Some terms of the 4s4p 4 configuration in RuXII, RhXIII and PdXIV ions can be improved and all the energy values of the configuration in AgXV can be predicted theoretically by means of a configuration-interaction ab initio analysis for the level structure of the 4s4p 4 configuration along the AsI sequence of KrIV-AgXV ions. Three new anthraquinones, emodin-8-β-D-(2"-O-coumarate)glucoside 1, emodin-8-β-D-(6'-O-acetyl)glucoside 2 and physicon-8-β-D-(6'-O-acetyl)glucoside 3, were isolated from the roots of Polygonum cillinerve and their structures were established by spectroscopic methods. The biological activity indicated that compound 1 had the scavenging activity on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radicals (the IC50 = 8.5 μmol/L), and compound 1-3 showed no activities against HL-60 and BCJC-823 cells by MTT method in vitro. 相似文献

(+)-SCH 351448 (Na+ salt A) was synthesized employing ring-closing olefin metathesis reaction of an open diene diester intermediate for construction of the 28-membered macrodiolide structure. The open diene diester was prepared from the monomeric hydroxy carboxylic acid and two different olefin fragments. The monomeric hydroxy acid was synthesized via Julia-Julia coupling reaction of intermediates derived from the same olefinic fragments. Oxane units in these fragments were prepared by radical cyclization reactions of beta-alkoxyacrylates. Analogous SCH 351448 salts incorporating other mono- and divalent cations may be prepared. Under acidic conditions, SCH 351448 (Na+ salt A) was the most stable complex, but SCH 351448 (Ca2+ salt) and (Na+ salt B) appear to be physiologically important species. 相似文献

To realize the effective conversion of renewable energy through water decomposition, efficient electrocatalysts for the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) are essential. In this article, PBA@POM was successfully prepared with a Prussian blue analogue (PBA) as the initial structure. A facile hydrothermal process is reported for obtaining PBA@POM by etching the cubic PBA with a strong Brønsted acid, H3PMo12O40 (HPMo). The hollow cube structure not only exposes more active sites but also promotes electron transport, which results in excellent electrocatalytic activity for the OER. Compared with the PBA, which initially simply adhered to POM, the optimum PBA@POM hybrids display remarkably enhanced OER catalytic activity, with an almost constant overpotential of 440 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm?2 and a small Tafel slope (23.45 mV dec?1). The facilely prepared PBA@POM with good electrochemical activity and stability promises great potential for the OER. 相似文献

A methodology based on the coupling of experimental design and a modified simplex method is proposed for the optimization of a new flow injection-kinetic system for the spectrophotometric determination of Os (IV) with m-acetylchlorophosphonazo, which has for the first time been used as chromogenic reagent in the quantitative analysis of this element. An orthogonal array design is utilized to design the experimental protocol, in which six variables are varied simultaneously, and obtain the initial simplex using 25 experiments. A modified simplex method is applied to continuously optimize the data of the orthogonal array design; the search for optimum conditions of 6 variables using the modified simplex method required only 25 experiments. The efficiency and simplicity of the coupling of the experimental design and the modified simplex method are attractive for the development of new analytical methods. The method has been applied to the determination of Os (IV) in a refined ore as well as in a secondary alloy and provided satisfactory results. 相似文献
