a-C:F薄膜的热稳定性与光学带隙的关联

以CF4和C6H6的混合气体作为气源,在微波电子回旋共振化学气相沉积(ECRCVD)装置中制备了氟化非晶碳薄膜(aC:F),并在N2气氛中作了退火处理以考察其热稳定性.通过傅里叶变换红外吸收谱和紫外可见光谱获得了薄膜中CC双键的相对含量和光学带隙,发现膜中CC键含量与光学带隙之间存在着密切的关联,在高微波功率下沉积的氟化非晶碳膜具有低的光学带隙和较好的热稳定性. 关键词： 氟化非晶碳膜 光学带隙 退火温度 热稳定性     

一种新型可调谐锁模光纤激光器

利用法布里-珀罗腔的激光二极管作为调制器件，实现环形腔光纤激光器的主动锁模。并利用法布里-珀罗腔的激光二极管的多纵模特性，把激光二极管当作一梳状滤波器，通过偏振控制器来调整入射到激光二极管内光的偏振态，同时均衡腔内增益，得到波长大范围可调谐的锁模激光，其脉冲宽度约为48ps，脉冲重复速率2GHz。     

基因芯片荧光图象采集与分析

描述了基因芯片荧光图象的光学共聚焦成象,大范围高速扫描与控制,数据采集的原理和方法.并讨论了基因芯片荧光图象的分析算法,即模板定位与阈值分割相结合的半自动算法,并将其计算结果与完全采用人工分割算法的结果进行了比较.     

Electron–hole complexes in self-assembled quantum dots in strong magnetic fields

We present results of calculations and experiments on electron–hole complexes in InGaAs/GaAs self-assembled quantum dots in high magnetic field (B). Due to hidden symmetries, the chemical potential of an N-exciton system at special B fields becomes insensitive to the exciton number as well as the magnetic field. This results in plateau regions of high intensity in measured magneto-PL spectrum. Theoretical calculations using exact diagonalization techniques successfully explain the measured magneto-photoluminescence spectrum with B fields up to 28 T.     

一种不等带宽光学梳状滤波器

提出了一种新型—Michelson—三面镜FabryPerot型50GHz不等带宽光学梳状滤波器设计方案,分析和模拟表明:该器件将一路信道间隔为50GHz的输入信号分离成信道间隔为100GHz的奇偶两路输出信号,其中在3dB处,奇数信道带宽大于30GHz用于10Gb/s传输,偶数信道带宽大于60GHz用于40Gb/s传输对于将来的40Gb/s系统,该器件具有优势.     

Co-P非晶态合金电子性质和局域结构的理论研究

根据Co P非晶态合金结构的短程有序和结构中可能存在P -P相互作用的实验事实 ,选择了单磷原子簇模型ConP(n =1～ 5 )和双磷原子簇模型ConP2 (n =1～ 4 ) ,用密度泛函理论方法对其进行计算 .结果表明 ,在单磷Co2 P( 2 ) 、Co3 P( 1) 及Co4P( 2 ) 模型体系中 ,Co原子供给P原子电子 ,与电负性规则一致 ,同时Co和P之间具较强化学作用 ,可以形成稳定的原子簇 ;而在双磷和单磷原子簇Co5P( 1) 模型体系中 ,形成的原子簇不稳定 ,采用单磷Co2 P( 2 ) 、Co3 P( 1) 及Co4P( 2 ) 模型能较好地反映Co P非晶态合金的结构特点 .     

Laser-induced damage of Ta2O5/SiO2 narrow-band interference filters under different 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser modes

The laser-induced damage (LID) behavior of narrow-band interference filters was investigated with a Nd:YAG laser at 1064 nm under single-pulse mode and free-running mode. The absorption measurement of such coatings was performed with surface thermal lensing (STL) technique. The damage morphologies under the two different laser modes were also studied in detail. It was found that all the filters exhibited a pass-band-center-dependent absorption and laser-induced damage threshold (LIDT) behavior, but the damage morphologies were diverse. The explanation was given with the analysis of the electric field distribution and the operational behavior of the irradiation laser.     

Investigation of the Property Constants of Both Al and Cu Complexes with Picramine Ca and Using Competition Coordination for the Selective Determination of Trace Amounts of Cu

The reactions between Cu(II) and picramine CA (PCA) and Al(III) and PCA were both sensitive at pH 7. The competition coordination between Cu and the Al–PCA complex was applied to the selective determination of Cu (CCSD) by the spectral correction technique. Results have shown that the complexes formed at pH 7 are Al₂(PCA) and Cu(PCA)₃, their cumulative stability constants are 4.43 × 10⁵ and 2.08 × 10¹⁵, respectively, and their real molar absorptivities are 5.78 × 10³ at 650 nm and 3.19 × 10⁴at 530 nm. At the analysis of the samples, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 5.0% and the recovery rate of Cu was between 94 and 108%.     

Deposition of Hydrogen-Free Silicon Nitride Thin Films by Microwave ECR plasma Enhanced Magnetron Sputtering at Room Temperature

Hydrogen-free silicon nitride （SiNx） films were deposited at room temperature by microwave electron cyclotron resonance （MW-ECR） plasma enhanced unbalance magnetron sputtering system. Both Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy are used to study the bonding type and the change of bonding structures of the silicon nitride films. The results indicate that the chemical structure and composition of SiNx films deposited by this technique depend strongly on the N2 flow rates, the stoichiometric SiNx film, which has the highest hardness of 22.9 GPa, could be obtained at lower N2 flow rate of 4 sccm.     

A lithium ethyl­ene­diphos­phon­ate containing lithium chains and symmetric hydrogen bonds

In the title compound, catena‐poly[lithium‐μ₃‐ethyl­ene­diphos­phon­ato], [Li(C₂H₇O₆P₂)]_n, the supra­molecular monoclinic (C2/c) structure consists of one‐dimensional lithium chains [Li⋯Li = 2.7036 (8) Å] that are embedded within ethyl­ene­diphosphon­ate anions linked by strong symmetric hydrogen bonds [O⋯O = 2.473 (3) Å]. The Li atoms and the H atom in the symmetric hydrogen bond reside on twofold rotation axes and there is an inversion center at the mid‐point of the C—C bond of the ethylenediphosphonate ligand.
