Synthesis of dimeric estradiol enzyme model containing imidazolyl and study on its catalytic efficiency in hydrolysis of carboxylates and phosphates

Dimeric estradiol enzyme model (2) was synthesized by etherification of 2,4-bis(N-imidazolylmethyl)-17β-estradiol (1) with 1,3-dibromopropane in the presence of anhydrous K2CO3. Hydrolysis of carboxylates and phosphates catalyzed by the model showed Michaelis-Menten kinetic behavior. Hydrophobic interaction between the model and ester accelerates the hydrolysis markedly, rate enhancement of up to 65 and 285 fold, relative to imidazole, is observed.     

Transition probabilities for NII 2p4f-2p3d and 2s2p^23d-2s2p^23p obtained by a semiclassical method

Based on NII spectra, some transition probabilities for 2p4f--2p3d and 2s2p$^2$3d--2s2p$^2$3p are obtained by a semiclassical method. The results are in good agreement with other measurements and the data reported by the National Institute of Standards and Technology. The transition probability for a line of 424.18nm is reported for the first time. Meanwhile, a feasible method of calculating transition parameters related to special excited configurations or highly excited states is provided.     

太阳电池单二极管模型中的参数提取方法

近年来,太阳电池参数提取方法获得了广泛关注.原因在于匹配的电池参数,可以有效减少内外因素对光伏阵列发电效率的影响.本文以太阳电池单二极管模型为讨论对象,对其五个参数的提取方法进行了详细介绍;对目前典型的四类太阳电池参数提取方法 (即解析提取参数方法,借助朗伯W函数函数提取参数方法,构建或利用特殊函数提取参数方法,利用智能算法提取参数方法)进行归纳与总结.阐述了这些方法的主要理论与实现途径,更重要的是对它们的优缺点进行了探讨.最后,对参数提取未来的研究动态进行了展望,以期对参数提取方法提供一些思路,为国内同行开展相关研究提供一些帮助.
