Ge_x Si_(1-x)/Si超晶格中纵声学声子的喇曼散射强度研究

本文用光弹理论,在全面考虑了超晶格中两种材料的声速,质量密度和光弹常数存在差别的基础上,计算了Ge_xSi_(1-x)/Si超晶格中折迭纵声学声子的喇曼散射强度,在高达50cm~(-1)的频率范围内,理论值和实验符合得很好。     

吡罗红为底物的辣根过氧化物酶催化荧光反应测定葡萄糖

吡罗红在辣根过氧化物酶催化下可被过氧化氢氧化而使其荧光猝灭。在pH 7.2中性介质中,稳态催化速率由酶和底物浓度决定,催化体系服从Michaelis-Menten方程,用Lineweaver-Burk作图法求得米氏常数、最大反应速度、催化常数分别为2.4×10~(-5)mol·L-1,2.5×10~(-6)mol·L-1s-1,75.8 s-1。在最佳反应条件下,荧光F0/F的猝灭程度与过氧化氢浓度在0-3.6×10~(-7)mol·L-1范围内成线性关系,检测限为6.3×10~(-9)mol·L-1;当与葡萄糖氧化酶联用时,可定量检测葡萄糖,线性关系为0-8.0×10~(-7)mol·L-1,检测限为3.4×10~(-8)mol·L-1。方法用于分析人血清中葡萄糖含量,分析结果与苯酚-4-氨基安替比林法基本一致。     

空间群O_h~7O~4T~2母分系数的计算

在群链G G_1 G_2中,把两个子群的IR(不可约表示)基相乘,然后把乘积基耦合成IR基,耦合系数我们称之为母分系数。本文把陈金全创立的本征函数法用于计算空间群的群链O_h~7 O~4 T~2的母分系数,计算的结果显示母分系数是满足正交关系,同时也说明此方法是适用的。     

一种软X射线多层膜界面粗糙度的计算方法

提出一个利用多层膜小角X射线衍射谱衍射峰积分强度计算多层膜界面粗糙度的公式。用磁控溅射技术制备Mo／Si多层膜,用波长为0．154nm的硬X射线测量样品在小掠入射角区的衍射曲线,分别用本文公式和反射率曲线拟合方法计算了样品的界面粗糙度。实验结果表明：由本文公式获得的界面粗糙度近似于拟合方法获得的界面粗糙度,它们略等于多层膜界面实际粗糙度。     

Effects of external fields on a two-dimensional Klein-Gordon particle under pseudo-harmonic oscillator interaction

We study the effects of the perpendicular magnetic and Aharonov-Bohm(AB) flux fields on the energy levels of a two-dimensional(2D) Klein-Gordon(KG) particle subjected to an equal scalar and vector pseudo-harmonic oscillator(PHO).We calculate the exact energy eigenvalues and normalized wave functions in terms of chemical potential parameter,magnetic field strength,AB flux field,and magnetic quantum number by means of the Nikiforov-Uvarov(NU) method.The non-relativistic limit,PHO,and harmonic oscillator solutions in the existence and absence of external fields are also obtained.

Two new secoiridoid glucosides from Syringa velutina Kom

Chemical investigation of Syringa velutina Kom. led to the isolation of two new secoiridoid glucosides. Their structures were identified as 6'-0-(6, 7-dihyrofoliamenthoyl)-8-epi-kingisidic acid (syrveoside A, 1) and 6'-O-menthiafoloyl-8-epi-kingisidic acid (syrveoside B, 2) on the basis of chemical and physicochemical evidence.     

THE INVERSE EIGENPROBLEM WITH RANK-ONE UPDATING AND ITS STABLITY

For the inverse eigenvalue problem: look for y∈Rn such that Г + yyT is similar to ∑, we prove thatu also the sufficient condition for the solvability of this inverse problem. Its solution (set) is given explicitly. In some case, the problem is unstable. But we prove that the sums of the square of some contigious components keep stable, i.e., small sum keeps small, large sum has a small relative perturbation, see Theorem 3.
