The Isoelectric Point and the Points of Zero Charge of Fe-Al-Mg Hydrotalcite-like Compounds

The relation of the isoelectric point (IEP) and the point of zero net charge (PZNC) of the hydrotalcite-like compounds was discussed. It was found that the IEP does not equal to the PZNC and the IEP is higher than the PZNC. The structural positive charges existing in the HTlc,which cause the difference between the IEP and the PZNC. The effects of the structural positive charges of the HTlc on its IEP and PZNC are the same as the specific adsorption of metal cations.     

Nickel Chloride Promoted Glaser Coupling Reaction in Hot Water

A Glaser coupling reaction of terminal alkynes in the presence of nickel chloride withoutany organics and bases in hot water has been developed, which produces the correspondinghomo-coupling products in good yields.

从激光调Q速率方程出发,分析推导了激光调Q过程中,腔内光子数与工作物质内反转粒子数间的关系.再根据激光调Q的过程中,对腔Q值控制方式不同,将激光调Q技术分为:转镜调Q、声光调Q、电光调Q、饱和吸收调Q和脉冲透射式调Q.用C语言进行了激光调Q CAI软件的开发研制,获得了将文学、图形、动画和计算融为一体的,直观而生动地将调Q的理论和过程再现于屏幕的CAI课件.介绍了课件的内容、结构及其特点.     

叶栅全三维粘性反问题的数值解

本文发展了一种解叶栅全三维粘性反问题的新的数值方法.基于非正交曲线坐标与相应的非正交速度分量下完全守恒型的Navier－Stokes方程,全三维反问题规定叶片表面的无量纲压力分布反求叶型。计算中叶片表面的边界条件采用一种特殊的方式来处理，即一方面强加给定的压力分布条件,另方面叶面的几何位置在迭代过程中又是可移动的，其移动速度将与Navier—Stokes方程在当地的解联系起来，从而形成一种解定常问题的新的不定常过程.试算证明了本文方法的可行性。     

金属有机化学气相沉积法制备钛酸铅铁电薄膜

利用低压ＭＯＣＶＤ工艺分别在（００１）取向的ＬａＡｌＯ_３，ＳｒＴｉＯ_３和重掺杂硅单晶衬底上制备ＰｂＴｉＯ_３铁电薄膜，并通过Ｘ射线衍射谱对薄膜的微结构进行分析．Ｘ射线θ－２θ扫描显示硅衬底上得到了ＰｂＴｉＯ_３多晶薄膜，另两种衬底上得到了择优取向的ＰｂＴｉＯ_３薄膜．ＬａＡｌＯ_３衬底上的ＰｂＴｉＯ_３薄膜有ａ和ｃ两个取向，也就是薄膜中存在着９０°畴结构，而生长在ＳｒＴｉＯ_３衬底上的ＰｂＴｉＯ_３薄膜中只存在ｃ方向的择优取向．由于薄膜的尺度效应，发现ｃ轴晶格常数与块材相比均缩短．Ｘ射线的φ扫描验证了后两类薄膜的外延特性，利用同步辐射的高强度和高能量分辨率用摇摆曲线方法研究了这两种外延薄膜的品质，进一步证明了ＳｒＴｉＯ_３衬底上的ＰｂＴｉＯ_３薄膜的单畴特性．利用重掺杂的硅衬底作底电极，测量显示直接生长于硅衬底上的ＰｂＴｉＯ_３多晶薄膜具有良好的铁电性能 关键词：     

Stability control of the electrooptic effect with new maleimide copolymers containing photoreactive tricyanopyrrolidene‐based chromophores

New photocrosslinkable maleimide copolymers have been synthesized by the attachment of a tricyanopyrrolidene‐based chromophore. The 2‐(3‐cyano‐4‐(2‐{4‐[hexyl‐(6‐hydroxy‐hexyl)‐amino]‐phenyl}‐vinyl)‐5‐oxo‐1‐{4‐[4‐(3‐oxo‐3‐phenyl‐propenyl)‐ phenoxy]‐butyl}‐1,5‐dihydro‐pyrrol‐2‐ylidene)‐malononitrile chromophore exhibits nonlinear optical activity and contains a chalcone moiety that is sensitive to UV light (λ = 330–360 nm) for crosslink formation. The maleimide monomers have also been functionalized with chalcone moieties. The resultant copolymers exhibit great processability, and one of them shows a maximum electrooptic coefficient of 90 pm/V at 1300 nm. We could control the thermal stability of the electrooptic coefficient with the newly synthesized photoreactive copolymers successfully. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Separate Polarization Modes Synchronization and Synchronization Switches between Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Lasers

For vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs) with polarization-rotated feedback, there exist several synchronization types such as synchronizations between total powers and synchronizations between separate polarization modes. Based on the two-mode rate equations, we study and compare numerically the performances of different synchronization types. Our results show that three synchronization types exhibit good performances when their synchronization conditions are satisfied. They are the complete synchronization between total powers, complete synchronization between x-polarized modes, and generalized synchronization between x-polarized and y-polarized modes. The former two types are sensitive to the injection rate and spontaneous emission, while the third type is contrary. Synchronization type with the best performance may switch from one to another, with changing of injection rate and spontaneous emission factor.
