We design a continuous-wave Tm:YLF laser with a composite slab crystal end-pumped by two fiber-coupled laser diodes at room temperature. We achieve a maximum continuous wave output power of 105 W for the bonded slab Tm:YLF laser; the corresponding slope efficiency is 47.7% and the optical-to-optical conversion efficiency is 42.0% with respect to the incident pump power. 将具有高透射性的亚波长光栅置于微机械波长可调谐垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSEL)的内腔当中可以提高波长的调谐范围,为了使波长调谐范围达到最优则必须优化高透射性的亚波长光栅使其透射率达到最大。利用严格耦合波法分析了亚波长光栅的占空比、周期、厚度和入射角对其透射率的影响并找出最优的光栅参数。通过计算分析可得,对于TE和TM偏振存在最佳的占空比使其透射率达到99.5%。在文中条件下,它们对应的占空比分别为0.23和0.80。而光栅厚度对于TE和TM偏振透射率的影响是周期性的,在一个周期内存在一个最佳值使其透射率达到最高。在文中条件下,TE偏振的厚度周期是150 nm,TM偏振的厚度周期是300 nm。当光栅参数不变时,无论是TE还是TM偏振光,它们的透射率只有在垂直入射光栅时(入射角为0°)才能达到最大。而通过等效介质原理可以得出,周期对透射率没有影响。最后计算了透射率在光栅厚度和占空比同时变化时的变化趋势,并从中得出最优的光栅参数。 相似文献

Colon cancer (CC) is one of the most common intestinal malignancies and is difficult to detect in its early stage by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with currently used contrast agents (CAs). The development of targeted CAs contributes to the early diagnosis of CC and thereby enables early intervention and timely therapy. Considering the outstanding performance of upconversion nanoprobes (UCNPs) in high‐performance MR and fluorescence imaging, a new type of nanoprobes with considerably enhanced imaging performance is developed herein. Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) antibody is conjugated onto the surface of UCNPs to achieve the targeted imaging of early CC tumors, which overexpress CEA. Both toxicity tests and histological/hematological examinations demonstrate the excellent biocompatibility of these CC‐targeting nanoprobes, which possess great potential for clinical application in the early diagnosis of CC. 相似文献

We perform the ab initio calculation for obtaining the density of states and magnetic properties of ZrFe2 Laves phase compound based on the method of augmented plane waves plus local orbital The results indicate that the ferromagnetic state is more stable than the paramagnetic one, but with a slightly larger volume. The 3d - 4d exchange interactions between Fe and Zr electrons lead to the antiparallel coupling for Fe 3d and Zr 4d states, which is responsible for the ferrimagnetic ordering of the compound. The resulting magnetic moment of about 1.98μB for Fe is spatially localized near the Fe site, while around Zr a small but extended negative spin states causes a moment of about -0.44 μB. Antikaon condensation and kaon and antikaon production in protoneutron stars are investigated in a chiral hadronic model (also referred to as the FST model in this paper). The effects of neutrino trapping on protoneutron stars are analyzed systematically. It is shown that neutrino trapping makes the critical density of K^- condensation delay to higher density and fifo condensation not occur. The equation of state (EOS) of (proto)neutron star matter with neutrino trapping is stiffer than that without neutrino trapping. As a result, the maximum masses of (proto)neutron stars with neutrino trapping are larger than those without neutrino trapping. If hyperons are taken into account, antikaon does not form a condensate in (proto)neutron stars. Meanwhile, the corresponding EOS becomes much softer, and the maximum masses of (proto)neutron stars are smaller than those without hyprons. Finally, our results illustrate that the Q values for K^+ and K^- production in (proto)neutron stars are not sensitive to neutrino trapping and inclusion of hyperons. 相似文献
