Magnetic and superconducting properties of Fe/Nb epitaxial bilayers have been studied. Single crystal Fe/Nb (110) bilayers with a Nb thicknessd Nb in the range from 250 to 650 Å and with a Fe thicknessd Fe in the range from 7 to 27 Å were prepared using molecular beam epitaxy techniques. Magnetization measurements showed the existence of a magnetically “dead” Fe-interface layer with a thicknessd NM varying strongly with minor modifications of the growth conditions. For bilayers with a small magnetic layer thicknessd M and a smalld NM the FMR measurements revealed an anomalous decrease of the effective magnetization 4πM eff of the ferromagnetic Fe layer below the superconducting transition temperatureT c. The absolute change of 4πM eff belowT c depends strongly on the actual values ofd M andd NM: upon decreasing bothd M andd NM the effect increases considerably. As a possible mechanism for the anomalous temperature dependence of 4πM eff belowT c we discuss a spatial modulation of ferromagnetic order due to a modification of the RKKY inter-action in the superconducting state. 相似文献

The kinetics of muonic atoms of hydrogen isotopes in an axially symmetric trap is studied. The problem of the determination of the initial kinetic energy distribution of µp and µd atoms from time-of-flight spectra is discussed. The effects of the scattering of muonic atoms from gas and of the stopping distribution are evaluated. When the collision length is much larger than the target radius, the moments of the kinetic energy distribution are shown to be determined by the time-of-flight spectrum in a model-independent way. 相似文献

A gas-discharge gold-vapor laser on self-terminating transitions with operating wavelength λ=312.2 nm has been used to develop a highly efficient system for image transfer. An optical scheme and all its parameters have been chosen optimal for image quality. It has been found both theoretically and experimentally that the best results on micron-structure image transfer are obtained with 2–5-times image reduction. Various types of masks have been used. A 1-µm structure has been resolved due to the choice of optimal exposure time of 10 ms under a period of pulse repetition (0.6 – 0.8) ms; in this case, the minimal fringe dimension was ≈2 µm with an image dimension of 2 mm for a laser tube 1.8 cm in diameter. 相似文献

A procedure for calculating the efficiency at which electrons are captured into axial channeling with a realistic axis potential is discussed. That region in the space of the electron's total transverse energy E and angular momentum L (integrals of motion) which corresponds to stable bound states of the electron with an atomic row is found. The temperature dependence of the capture coefficient is analyzed.
