A simple, rapid, and efficient method, based on surfactant assisted dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (SA-DLLME), followed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) has been developed for the extraction and determination of chlorophenols as model compounds in environmental water samples. A conventional cationic surfactant called cethyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) was used as a disperser agent in the proposed approach. Thirty-five microliter of 1-octanol as an extraction solvent was injected rapidly into 11 mL aqueous sample containing 0.09 mmol L−1 of CTAB, the mixture was then shaken for 3 min to disperse the organic phase. Having the extraction procedure been completed, the mixture was centrifuged and 20 μL of collected phase was injected into HPLC for subsequent analysis. Some parameters such as the type and volume of the extraction solvent, the type and concentration of surfactant, pH, ionic strength, shaking time, extraction temperature and centrifugation time were optimized. The preconcentration factors (PFs) in a range of 187-353 were obtained under the optimum conditions. The linear range, detection limit (S/N = 3), and precision (n = 5) were 0.2-200, 0.1 μg L−1, and 4.7-6.9%, respectively. Tap water, sea water and mineral water samples were successfully analyzed for the existence of chlorophenols using the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, we generalize the concept of codismantlable graphs to hypergraphs and show that some special vertex decomposable hypergraphs are codismantlable. Then we generalize the concept of bouquet in graphs to hypergraphs to extend some combinatorial invariants of graphs about disjointness of a set of bouquets. We use these invariants to characterize the projective dimension of Stanley–Reisner ring of special hypergraphs in some sense.  相似文献

Abstract

In this work, two polysulfide polymers were synthesized using aromatic organic monomer (α,α′-dichloro-p-xylene) and sodium disulfide (Na2S2) and sodium tetrasulfide (Na2S4) aqueous monomers. Then, the curing process of the polymers was carried out at 170° C using a rheometer. The structural characteristics of synthesized and cured samples were identified by Raman and Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopies. Also, morphological and thermophysical properties of samples were studied by using the X-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), respectively. Moreover, the molecular weight of the synthesized samples was determined by proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR). Furthermore, the mechanical properties and hardness of the samples were investigated by tensile test and Shore A. The results showed that in the noncured samples during the increase of sulfur in the polymer structure, solubility was increased whereas it decreased the hardness, melting point (Tm ) and glass transition temperature (Tg ) of polymers. But in cured samples, hardness and Tg increase by increasing sulfur and the mechanical properties also improved. This is due to the increase in crosslinks. Also, Tm and solubility are not observed due to the formation of crosslinks.  相似文献

A potentiometric ion-selective electrode based on new compound, as a carrier, has been successfully developed for detection of perchlorate anion in aqueous solution. Within the perchlorate ion concentration range 1.0×10–6 to 1.0 mol L–1 the electrode had a linear response with a Nernstian slope of 60.6±1.0 mV per decade . The limit of detection as determined from the intersection of the extrapolated linear segments of the calibration plot was 8.0×10–7 mol L–1. The proposed electrode has fairly a good discriminating ability towards ClO4 ion in comparison to other anions. The sensor has a response time of 10 s and can be used for at least 2 months without substantial divergence in potential. It was successfully applied to direct determination of perchlorate in urine and water.  相似文献
