DNA tetrahedral nanostructures are considered to be uew nanocarriers because they can be precisely controlled and hold excellent penetration ability to the cellular membrane. Although the DNA tetrahedral nanostructure is extensively studied in biology and medicine, its behavior in the cells with nanoscale resolution is not understood clearly. In this letter, we demonstrate superrcsolution fluorescence imaging of the distribution of DNA tetrahedral nanostructures in the cell with a simulated emission depletion (STED) microscope, which is built based on a conventional eonfocal microscope and can t)rovide a resolution of 70 nm. 相似文献

Use of ionic liquids as reaction media was investigated in the design of an environmentally friendly single electron transfer‐living radical polymerization (SET‐LRP) for acrylonitrile (AN) without any ligand by using Fe(0) wire as catalyst and 2‐bromopropionitrile as initiator. 1‐Methylimidazolium acetate ([mim][AT]), 1‐methylimidazolium propionate ([mim][PT]), and 1‐methylimidazolium valerate ([mim][VT]) were applied in this study. First‐order kinetics of polymerization with respect to the monomer concentration, linear increase of the molecular weight, and narrow polydispersity with monomer conversion showed the controlled/living radical polymerization characters. The sequence of the apparent polymerization rate constant of SET‐LRP of AN was kapp ([mim][AT]) > kapp ([mim][PT]) > kapp ([mim][VT]). The living feature of the polymerization was also confirmed by chain extensions of polyacrylonitrile with methyl methacrylate. Generally, protection and deprotection procedures of amino groups are required in preparing propargyl ether‐containing benzoxazines. In this study, we report a facile, deprotection‐free preparation of a propargyl ether‐containing phosphinated benzoxazine (2) from the nucleophilic substitution of a phenolic OH‐containing phosphinated benzoxazine (1) and propargyl bromide in the catalysis of potassium carbonate. The structure of (2) was characterized and confirmed by a high‐resolution mass spectrum, 1H, 13C, 1H‐1H, 1H‐13C nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra, and X‐ray single crystal diffractogram. infrared (IR) and differential scanning calorimetry were used to monitor the ring‐opening of benzoxazine and crosslinking of propargyl ether. The microstructure and the structure–property relationship of the resulting homopolymers and copolymers are discussed. The Tg of homopolymer of (2) is 208 °C by dynamic mechanical analysis, the coefficient of thermal expansion is 43 ppm/°C, and Td 5% (N2) is 393 °C, respectively, which are higher than those of the homopolymer of (1) . Similar trends were observed in the copolymerization system. The results demonstrate the beneficial effect of crosslinking afforded by the propargyl ether group is higher than that by the phenolic OH group. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A concept to combine the plane fan antenna with the meshed-planar electromagnetic bandgap (MP-EBG) structure is proposed; and then, based on the theory, a novel ultra-wideband (UWB) antenna with double-deck meshed-planar fan-electromagnetic bandgap (MP-FEBG) is designed. The structure of the sector is beneficial to the increase of the antenna bandwidth. The double layer structure can greatly reduce the size of the antenna, and the aperture structure can easily adjust antenna's performance. The antenna is compact in size, suitable for UWB applications. An antenna model was established on the substrate of FR4 and at least 79.1% dimension of the antenna was reduced by the traditional UWB antenna in the related documents. The simulation results show that the antenna can achieve a wide bandwidth from 3.20 to 15.78 GHz with return loss less than −10 dB and exhibit stable antenna gain. A rapid real-time polarization measurement system was designed and implemented in this paper. The system is centered round a computer running application developed for the purpose. The paper illustrates how to build such an excellent application with National Instruments’ graphical programming language LabVIEW, a synchronized high speed multi-channels data acquisition card and some photoelectric conversion module in detail. With simple and friendly user interface, the experimental result shows that the measurement system has high computational efficiency, high precision calibration matrix, which can be efficiently utilized in experiments relating to the measurement of polarization. 相似文献
