Four recoverable and reusable ionic liquids based on 1,4-diazobicyclo[2.2.2]octane(DABCO) have been synthesized to catalyze the aza-Michael addition of secondary amines to a,b-unsaturated compounds.Among the catalysts tested,[DABCO-PDO][OAc] was found to be most suitable for the reaction of a wide range of cyclic substrates without any solvent at room temperature,and afford the products in good to excellent yields within an appropriate amount of time.The proposed mechanism for the dual activation of the catalyst was supported by experimental results as well as the DFT calculation.In addition,the ionic liquids used can be regenerated and recycled several times without any loss of activity.  相似文献

A high‐expression epidermal growth factor receptor cell membrane chromatography using the silica gel with the average particle size of 3 μm as the stationary phase carrier coupled with high‐performance liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry was established for the online screening of epidermal growth factor receptor antagonists from Radix Scutellariae (Huang Qin in Chinese), a traditional Chinese medicine. In this study, the growth factor receptor cell membrane chromatography model using the smaller particle size carrier showed a higher efficiency for simultaneous screening baicalein, another one of the potential epidermal growth factor receptor antagonists from Radix Scutellariae extract besides wogonin, which was found in our previous work. The molecular docking result showed the occupancy site and binding mode of baicalein and wogonin with epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase were similar to gefitinib. The result of the assay for the in vitro inhibitory activity showed that baicalein and wogonin inhibited the growth of the high‐expression epidermal growth factor receptor cell in a dose‐dependent manner and even achieved a better inhibition effect than gifitinib in the low‐dosage range.  相似文献

Hydrogel microfibers have been considered as a potential biomaterial to spatiotemporally biomimic 1D native tissues such as nerves and muscles which are always assembled hierarchically and have anisotropic response to external stimuli. To produce facile hydrogel microfibers in a mathematical manner, a novel dynamic‐crosslinking‐spinning (DCS) method is demonstrated for direct fabrication of size‐controllable fibers from poly(ethylene glycol diacrylate) oligomer in large scale, without microfluidic template and in a biofriendly environment. The diameter of fibers can be precisely controlled by adjusting the spinning parameters. Anisotropic swelling property is also dependent on inhomogeneous structure generated in spinning process. Comparing with bulk hydrogels, the resulting fibers exhibit superior rapid water adsorption property, which can be attributed to the large surface area/volume ratio of fiber. This novel DCS method is one‐step technology suitable for large‐scale production of anisotropic hydrogel fibers which has a promising application in the area such as biomaterials.

Two near-infrared(NIR) p H-activated heptamethine indocyanine probes with quaternary ammonium unit were designed and synthesized. The absorption and emission titrations indicate that cationic structure improves the cyanine dye's aqueous solubility and these two probes exhibit highly sensitive response to p H in acid condition. Their fluorescence intensities both gradually increase about 25-fold from p H 7.60 to 3.00 with p Ka values of 4.72 and 4.45 respectively, which are suitable for studying acidic organelles in living cells. Moreover, their fluorescence intensities are linearly proportional to p H values in the range of 5.50–4.00. These results are probably attributed to the protonation of the indole nitrogen atoms, which are verified by 1H NMR spectra. Furthermore, these two probes can achieve real-time imaging of cellular p H and detection of p H in situ in living He La cells due to their excellent properties,including good reversibility, desirable photostability, high selectivity, low cytotoxicity and remarkable membrane permeability.  相似文献

DMAKO-05, a novel dimethylation of alkannin oxime derivative, exhibits remarkable anticancer activity as well as excellent cellular selectivity and thus has been considered as a promising antineoplastic agent for colorectal carcinoma and melanoma. However, its potent cytotoxicity is not closely associated with reactive oxygen species (ROS) and bioreductive alkylation. Its specific antitumor target(s) has still remained elusive. To recognize the molecular target(s) of DMAKO-05 and its analogs, four biotinylated DMAKO derivatives were designed and prepared. The biotin moiety was successfully introduced in the molecule through a modified Mitsunobu reaction, which kept its anticancer activity. Moreover, the cellbased investigation demonstrated that replacement of the linker C4 chain with another alkyl chain (C6 or C8) gave rise to the enhancement of cytotoxicity. Among these biotinyl derivatives, both compound 16 and 8c exhibited more potent anticancer activity than DMAKO-05 against MCF-7 cells and were comparatively effective to alkannin toward HCT-15 cells. As expected, they might be thought as ideal chemical probes. Collectively, our present work could provide an available approach for the identification of the potential antineoplastic target(s) of DMAKO derivatives.  相似文献

Two Co(II) coordination polymers (CPs), namely [Co(L)(tp)] n (1) and [Co(L)0.5(tbip)·H2O] n (2), (L = 1,6-bis(2-methylbenzimidazolyl) hexane, H2tp = terephthalic acid, H2tbip = 5-tert-butyl isophthalic acid), were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods. CP 1 possesses a 2D (4,4) corrugated layer structure, which further extends into a 3D supramolecular framework by π–π stacking interactions, while CP 2 has a 1D ladder-like chain structure and combines into a 2D layer via O–H?O hydrogen-bonding interactions. The thermal stabilities, luminescence and electrochemical properties of both CPs, as well as photocatalytic activities for the decomposition of methylene blue, were presented. The photocatalytic mechanism was investigated by introducing t-butyl alcohol, EDTA-2Na and benzoquinone as ?OH, (hole)+ and ·O2? scavengers, respectively.  相似文献

以羧基化多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)做模版剂,采用化学氧化法将吡咯(Py)在羧基化MWCNTs表面聚合制备PPy/MWCNTs导电材料,将其添加到溶剂型聚氨酯(PU)溶液中制备了PPy/MWCNTs/PU导电复合材料,研究了Py用量对PPy/MWCNTs及其PU复合材料性能的影响.研究表明,随Py用量的增加,PPy/MWCNTs的长度不变,管径增大,sp~2和sp~3杂化C含量先提高后减少,N的掺杂梯度降低,PPy/MWCNTs的导电率高于羧基化MWCNTs和PPy.当Py用量为羧基化MWCNTs的20%时,其导电率最大.PPy/MWCNTs中N元素的掺杂程度及其管径变化是引起PPy/MWCNTs/PU复合材料的性能不同的主要原因.增加Py用量,MWCNTs中亲水的羧基因对PPy掺杂而消耗,相同导电材料用量时纳米导电粒子数目相对减少,PPy/MWCNTs/PU复合材料的耐水性能提高,定向应力、储能模量和玻璃化温度降低,导电率先增加后减小.当Py用量为羧基化MWCNTs的15%时,导电率最大.  相似文献

手性是自然界中普遍存在的有趣现象之一,在生命体中手性大分子特有的不对称结构在维持生命过程、新陈代谢和进化等面均起着决定性作用.受此启发,合成具有新型结构的光学活性聚合物,研究其独特的物理化学性质和功能已成为当今高分子领域研究的热点.左旋和右旋的圆偏振光已被广泛应用于氨基酸衍生物的不对称光合成、光分解和去消旋化反应,以及诱导含有偶氮苯或三苯胺等特定功能基团的超分子组装体或无机纳米粒子形成稳定螺旋结构.本文详细地介绍了圆偏振光辐照在手性聚合物合成与螺旋结构调控中的应用,初步揭示了圆偏振光的作用机制以及优势,归纳总结了已取得的研究进展,并对圆偏振光在手性聚合物合成与结构调控中的应用及发展进行了简单的评述和展望.  相似文献

In 2002, Bollobás and Scott posed the following problem: for an integer and a graph G of m edges, what is the smallest f (k, m ) such that V (G ) can be partitioned into V 1,…,V k in which for all , where denotes the number of edges with both ends in ? In this paper, we solve this problem asymptotically by showing that . We also show that V (G ) can be partitioned into such that for , where Δ denotes the maximum degree of G .
