Crystal structures of dimethylsuccinate and dimethyloxalate: Carbonyl group orientation for C13 chemical shielding tensor studies

The crystal structures of dimethylsuccinate (DMS) and dimethyloxalate (DMO) have been determined to facilitate the determination of the C-13 chemical shielding tensors of the carbonyl carbon in esters. Crystals of DMS are monoclinic, space groupC2/c,Z=4,a=13.154(4),b=6.156(1),c=9.363(4)Å,=98.53(3)°. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined by leastsquares procedures to giveR=0.071 for 932 observed data. Crystals of DMO are monoclinic space group,P2₁/n,Z=2, witha=3.891(1),b=11.879(2),c=6.213(2) Å,=103.32(2)°. The structure is the same (within experimental error) as that reported by Dougill and Jeffrey (1953) and refined to giveR=0.074 for 395 observed data.     

INFLUENCE OF COMPOSITIONAL HETEROGENEITY ON MORPHOLOGY AND PROPERTIES OF SEGMENTED COPOLYMERS

Polyethylene terephthalate(PET)/polycaprolactone(PCL) segmented copolymers with different hard segment contents and a blend of two of them were studied by using DSC, WAXS, TEM and IR techniques and dynamic mechanical, stress-strain and isothermal crystallization measurements. Emphasis was laid on the studies of influence of compositional heterogeneity on the morphology and properties of these segmented copolymers. It was found that the solution cast specimens of the more heterogeneous sample exhibit better segregation of segments, high crystallinity and melting temperature. They have higher thermal stability of mechanical properties at small deformations. However, they are less stable against large deformations and may become softer than the more homogeneous ones.     

过氧铌杂多配合物位置异构体的合成、表征及催化性能

合成了6种钨硅杂多配合物异构体α、β_i-M₃H₂[SiW₁₁(NbO₂)O₃₉]·H₂O(M=Me₄N⁺(TMA),Bu₄N⁺(TBA),Et₄N⁺(TEA);β_i=β₁,β₂,β₃)。IR光谱、UV光谱、极谱、I^--S₂O₃^2-滴定证明合成的杂多配合物中有NbO₂基存在, ¹⁸³W NMR光谱证明其阴离子具有Keggin结构,催化实验结果表明,合成的化合物对烯烃环氧化反应具有催化活性,且过氧杂多配合物的催化活性高于非过氧杂多配合物,β异构体的催化活性高于α。     

Analysis of 17β-Estadiol from Sewage in Coastal Marine by Surface Plasmon Resonance Technique

In this study, surface plasmon resonance （SPR） for monitoring 17β-eatradiol （E2） was developed. The small molecule E2 was immobilized on a CM5 sensor chip for an indirect competitive immunoassay to detect E2. The SPR response bahed on the antigen-antibody reaction was measured by injecting the sample solution into the flow system. The limitation of detection was 0.445 μg/L. The developed SPE-SPR system was applied to analyze the seawater samples. Recovery of E2 was 91.6%-93. 1%. Relative standard deviations（RSD） for the E2 assay were between 10.9%-15.1% （n = 3）. The range of determination of E2 samples from the sewage in the coastal marine environ-ment was between ND（lower than detection limit） and ca. 11.78 ng/L.     

钴镍取代杂多酸盐甘氨酸超分子化合物的合成及性质

Supermolecular compounds of glycine monosubstituted heteropolytungstates isomer with Keggin structure β_i-K_6-n(HGly)_n[SiW₁₁M(H₂O)O₃₉]·xH₂O (M=Co²⁺, Ni²⁺； β_i=β₂, β₃) were synthesized and characterized by means of elementary analysis, IR, UV, TG-DTA, X-ray diffraction, polarography and CV. The results indicate that glycin combines the electrostatic effect with heteropolytungstates isomer. The heteropoly anion still remains its Keggin structure in supermolecular compounds. The electrochemical behavior of the compound in 1 mol·L^-1 HAc-NaAc shows that two redox waves correspond to two two-electron processes attributing to the reduction of [SiW₁₁Co(H₂O)O₃₉]^6-. Steady-state fluorescence spectrum shows two intenser fluorescence emission peaks in 447 nm and 486 nm appeared after the supermolecular compound being excited by the excitation wavelength in 274 nm.     

Synthesis and Characterization of Novel Orange-emitting Iridium（Ⅲ） Complexes with Diphenylquinoline Ligands Containing Fluorinated Substituent

Three new cyclometalated iridium（m） complexes based on ligands of diphenylquinoline with fluorinated subsfituents were prepared, and characterized by elemental analysis （EA）, ^1H NMR, and mass spectroscopy （MS）. The photophysical and electrophosphorescent properties of the complexes were briefly discussed.     

克拉霉素漂浮-生物粘附微囊的制备及性能研究

选用乳化-溶剂挥发法制备乙基纤维素载药微球(EMs), 并通过内部凝胶化法进行包衣制得海藻酸钠-乙基纤维素载药微囊(AEMs), 最后通过离子交联法进一步包衣制得壳聚糖-海藻酸钠-乙基纤维素载药微囊(CAEMs). 研究克拉霉素漂浮\|生物粘附微囊的制备工艺, 并考察微囊的体外漂浮性能、 粘附性能及体内滞留性能. 结果表明, CAEMs球形度较好, 药物包封率为72.3%~78.2%, 载药量为7.1%~12.7%. 在pH=5的醋酸缓冲液中, 6 h时的累积释放率为56.6%~70.6%, 漂浮率大于70%, 4 h时的体内滞留率为60.5%. CAEMs有望通过延长药物胃内滞留时间, 在临床用于根除幽门螺旋杆菌, 从而降低消化道溃疡的复发率.     

几种常见水果的微量元素分析

运用原子吸收分光光度法测定了几种常见水果中部分微量元素含量。其中榴莲的Mg、Zn、Cu、K含量位于四种水果之首。美国提子中Ca含量最高，芒果中Fe含量最高。以上差别具有统计学意义。六种元素的回收率为90％-106．5％。连续6次测定样品，变异系数(CV)为0．96％。
