The production of propionic acid by Propionibacterium freudenreichii CCTCC M207015 was investigated in a 7.5-l stirred-tank fermentor. Batch fermentations by P. freudenreichii CCTCC M207015 at various pH values ranging from 5.5 to 7.0 were studied. Based on the analysis of the time course of specific cell growth rate (μ x) and specific propionic acid formation rate (μ p), a two-stage pH-shift control strategy was proposed. At first 48 h, pH was controlled at 6.5 to obtain the maximal μ x, subsequently pH 6.0 was used to maintain high μ p to enhance the production of propionic acid. By applying this pH-shift control strategy in propionic acid fermentation, the maximal propionic acid and glucose conversion efficiency had a significant improvement and reached 19.21 g/l and 48.03%, respectively, compared with those of constant pH operation (14.58 g/l and 36.45%). Fed-batch fermentation with pH-shift control strategy was also applied to produce propionic acid; the maximal propionic acid yield and glucose conversion efficiency reached 25.23 g/l and 47.76%, respectively.  相似文献

In this study a method is presented for measuring the modulation transfer function of line-array fiber optic image bundles. The measurements are performed using a designed experimental setup containing a tunable V-shape spatial filter, using three frequencies at one third of Nyquist frequency, two thirds of Nyquist frequency, and Nyquist frequency, respectively. Comparing the measured MTF curve of the fiber optic image bundles with the theoretically computed MTF curve, we have obtained good agreement.  相似文献

In the present study, the anticancer activity of chamaejasmine towards A549 human lung adenocarcinoma cells was investigated. In order to explore the underlying mechanism of cell growth inhibition of chamaejasmine, cell cycle distribution, ROS generation, mitochondrial membrane potential (Δψ(m)) disruption, and expression of cytochrome c, Bax, Bcl-2, caspase-3, caspase-9 and PARP were measured in A549 cells. Chamaejasmine inhibited the growth of A549 cells in a time and dose-dependent manner. The IC?? value was 7.72 μM after 72 h treatment. Chamaejasmine arrested the cell cycle in the G2/M phase and induced apoptosis via a ROS-mediated mitochondria-dependent pathway. Western blot analysis showed that chamaejasmine inhibited Bcl-2 expression and induced Bax expression to desintegrate the outer mitochondrial membrane and causing cytochrome c release. Mitochondrial cytochrome c release was associated with the activation of caspase-9 and caspase-3 cascade, and active-caspase-3 was involved in PARP cleavage. All of these signal transduction pathways are involved in initiating apoptosis. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report demonstrating the cytotoxic activity of chamaejasmine towards A549 in vitro.  相似文献

Recent development of computer technology may lead to the quantum image algorithms becoming a hotspot. Quantum information and computation give some advantages to our quantum image algorithms, which deal with the limited problems that cannot be solved by the original classical image algorithm. Image processing cry out for applications of quantum image. Most works on quantum images are theoretical or sometimes even unpolished, although real-world experiments in quantum computer have begun and are multiplying. However, just as the development of computer technology helped to drive the Technology Revolution, a new quantum image algorithm on constrained least squares filtering computation was proposed from quantum mechanics, quantum information, and extremely powerful computer. A quantum image representation model is introduced to construct an image model, which is then used for image processing. Prior knowledge is employed in order to reconstruct or estimate the point spread function, and a non-degenerate estimate is obtained based on the opposite processing. The fuzzy function against noises is solved using the optimal measure of smoothness. On the constraint condition, determine the minimum criterion function and estimate the original image function. For some motion blurs and some kinds of noise pollutions, such as Gaussian noises, the proposed algorithm is able to yield better recovery results. Additionally, it should be noted that, when there is a noise attack with very low noise intensity, the model based on the constrained least squares filtering can still deliver good recovery results, with strong robustness. Subsequently, discuss the simulation analysis of the complexity of implementing quantum circuits and image filtering, and demonstrate that the algorithm has a good effect on fuzzy recovery, when the noise density is small.  相似文献

提出了一种适用于典型结构声辐射预报的声场匹配波叠加方法。该方法利用少量的参考点声压,通过声场匹配搜索等效源分布,得到最小二乘意义下的最优等效源位置。并研究了表面振动测点位置、数目及振动分布的离散性对声场预报精度的影响。最后在半空间消声水池中,对两端带帽圆柱壳的声辐射预报进行了试验验证。结果表明:等效源最佳位置一经确定,即可利用结构的表面振速,对不同激励下的该结构进行声辐射预报。该方法在较宽频段内对不同的振动分布有较好的适应性。   相似文献

We propose a new type of Josephson junction consisting of topologically nontrivial superconductors with inherent orthogonality and a ferromagnetic interface. It is found this type of junction can host rich ground states: 0 phase, π phase, 0+π phase, φ0 phase and φ0±φ phase. Phase transitions can be controlled by changing the direction of the interfacial magnetization. Phase diagrams are presented in the orientation space. Novel selection rules for the lowest order current, sin?? or cos??, of this kind of junction are derived. General conditions for the formation of various ground states are established, which possess guiding significance to the experimental design of required ground states for practical applications. We construct the succinct form of a Ginzburg–Landau type of free energy from the viewpoint of the interplay between topological superconductivity and ferromagnetism, which can immediately lead to the selection rules. The constructed terms are universally available to the topological Josephson junctions with or without inherent orthogonality reported recently. The spin supercurrent, its selection rules and their relations to the constructed energy are also investigated.  相似文献

The surface states of supported PtNi nanoparticles treated at alternating O2 and H2 atmosphere were studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Reversible structural changes at the surfaces of the supported PtNi nanoparticles in response to reaction gases were observed, showing NiO-rich surface in oxidizing gases and Pt-rich surface in reducing gases. The dynamic behaviors can be attributed to two opposite gas-driven mass transport processes at bimetallic particle surfaces, including surface segregation of Pt at the bimetallic particles in H2 and encapsulation of the particles by NiO in O2. The similar surface structural changes can be observed in other bimetallic catalyst systems, as exemplified in supported PtCu and PtCo nanoparticles.  相似文献

The role of Kupffer cells (KCs) in liver regeneration is complicated and controversial. To investigate the distinct role of F4/80+ KCs at the different stages of the regeneration process, two-thirds partial hepatectomy (PHx) was performed in mice to induce physiological liver regeneration. In pre- or post-PHx, the clearance of KCs by intraperitoneal injection of the anti-F4/80 antibody (α-F4/80) was performed to study the distinct role of F4/80+ KCs during the regenerative process. In RNA sequencing of isolated F4/80+ KCs, the initiation phase was compared with the progression phase. Immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence staining of Ki67, HNF-4α, CD-31, and F4/80 and Western blot of the TGF-β2 pathway were performed. Depletion of F4/80+ KCs in pre-PHx delayed the peak of hepatocyte proliferation from 48 h to 120 h, whereas depletion in post-PHx unexpectedly led to persistent inhibition of hepatocyte proliferation, indicating the distinct role of F4/80+ KCs in the initiation and progression phases of liver regeneration. F4/80+ KC depletion in post-PHx could significantly increase TGF-β2 serum levels, while TGF-βRI partially rescued the impaired proliferation of hepatocytes. Additionally, F4/80+ KC depletion in post-PHx significantly lowered the expression of oncostatin M (OSM), a key downstream mediator of interleukin-6, which is required for hepatocyte proliferation during liver regeneration. In vivo, recombinant OSM (r-OSM) treatment alleviated the inhibitory effect of α-F4/80 on the regenerative progression. Collectively, F4/80+ KCs release OSM to inhibit TGF-β2 activation, sustaining hepatocyte proliferation by releasing a proliferative brake.  相似文献
