为研究大气腐蚀对Q420钢管构件服役期内耐撞性的影响,提出了计及腐蚀损伤的材料模型。引入损伤因子(ω)修正Voce模型,推导随腐蚀程度变化的低合金钢材本构方程,并通过加速腐蚀试验结果回归相应参数。利用ABAQUS软件定义构件材料特性,建立起受腐蚀的Q420钢管仿真模型,采用显式动力算法分析多种初始状态下,撞击体与不同腐蚀程度钢管的冲击响应规律。开展预腐蚀Q420钢管的落锤试验,将试验结果与数值计算结果进行对比,验证所建模型的合理性。结果表明:大气腐蚀导致材料名义强度降低,对Q420钢管抗撞击能力影响显著;随着腐蚀程度增加,冲击力峰值减小,撞击时间和深度增加;Q420钢管受腐蚀后抗冲击刚度减小,构件整体变形耗能增加,表明大气腐蚀使其抗冲击性能下降;同等动能增量下,增大撞击体初速度比增加初始质量获得的冲击力峰值增幅更大,而所得到的接触时间增幅更小。 相似文献

基于SiGe HBT(异质结双极晶体管)的物理模型,建立了描述SiGe HBT的大信号等效电路模型.该等效电路模型考虑了准饱和效应和自热效应等,模型分为本征和非本征两部分,物理意义清晰,拓扑结构相对简单.该模型嵌入了PSPICE软件的DEVEO(器件方程开发包)中.在PSPICE软件资源的支持下,利用该模型对SiGe HBT器件进行了交直流特性模拟分析,模拟结果与理论分析结果相一致,并且与文献报道的结果符合较好.

The aim of this paper is to derive, in the Hilbert space setting, an integral representation formula for the effective elasticity tensor for a two‐component composite of elastic materials, not necessarily well‐ordered. This integral representation formula implies a relation which links the effective elastic moduli to the N‐point correlation functions of the microstructure. Such relation not only facilitates a powerful scheme for systematic incorporation of microstructural information into bounds on the effective elastic moduli but also provides a theoretical foundation for inverse‐homogenization. The analysis presented in this paper can be generalized to an n‐component composite of elastic materials. The relations developed here can be applied to the inverse‐homogenization for a special class of linear viscoelastic composites. The results will be presented in another paper. The microstructure, impact strength, and rheological properties of blends consisting of high‐density polyethylene (HDPE) and maleated poly (ethylene‐octene) (POEg) and/or calcium carbonate (CaCO3) were investigated. The improvement of impact strength of HDPE/POEg was limited due to the high miscibility between them. The introduction of CaCO3 had a negative impact on the toughness of the matrix because of the poor interfacial adhesion. In ternary blends of HDPE/POEg/CaCO3, an elastomer layer was formed around CaCO3 particles due to the strong interaction between POEg and CaCO3, which improves the HDPE‐CaCO3 interfacial strength and the toughness of the blends. A significant enhancement of dynamic viscosity, storage modulus, and the low‐shear viscosity were observed as the results of the high miscibility of HDPE with POEg and strong interaction between POEg and CaCO3. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Poly(trimethylene terephthalate) (PTT)/montmorillonite (MMT) nanocomposites were prepared by the solution intercalation method. Two different kinds of clay were organomodified with an intercalation agent of cetyltrimetylammonium chloride (CMC). X‐ray diffraction (XRD) indicated that the layers of MMT were intercalated by CMC, and interlayer spacing was a function of the cationic exchange capacity of clay. The XRD studies demonstrated that the interlayer spacing of organoclay in the nanocomposites depends on the amount of organoclay. From the results of differential scanning calorimetric analysis, it was found that clay behaves as a nucleating agent and enhances the crystallization rate of PTT. The maximum enhancement of the crystallization rate for the nanocomposites was observed in nanocomposites containing about 1 wt % organoclay with a range of 1–15 wt %. From thermogravimetric analysis, we found that the thermal stability of the nanocomposites was enhanced by the addition of 1–10 wt % organoclay. According to transmission electron microscopy, the organoclay particle was highly dispersed in the PTT matrix without a large agglomeration of particles for a low organoclay content (5 wt %). The suitability of ormosils as photonic materials was investigated. Vinyl and phenyl silicates were synthesised below 100°C. A detailed assignment of mid-infrared vibrational absorption bands is given. This allowed assignment of overtone and combination bands in the near-infrared region and an assessment of residual water contamination, which is low and can be expelled by evacuation. These ormosils have low intrinsic and extrinsic optical absorption in the visible spectral region and at useful wavelengths in the near-infrared. 相似文献
