Alkynylzirconation of alkynes and application to one-pot bisalkynylation of alkynes

Stereocontrolled alkynylzirconation of unactivated alkynes was achieved by the reaction of an alkyne with Cp2ZrEt2 and alkynyl halide in this order. After hydrolysis of the alkynylzirconation product, trisubstituted enyne derivatives were obtained in good yields. Functionalized enynes were also prepared by the reaction of the alkynylzirconation products with a variety of electrophiles. Subsequent addition of the second alkynyl halide to the alkynylzirconation products provided an in situ protocol for bisalkynylation of alkynes into (Z)-enediynes in good yields.

负载型TiO2-聚酰亚胺亲水复合膜的制备与分离性能

采用溶解－流涎法，湿相转换法和干湿相转换法制轩了负载型ＴｉＯ２－聚酰亚胺亲水复合膜，采用扫描电镜，红外光谱，压汞和透气性实验等手段对该膜的孔径分布，表面结构及扩散性能进行了表征，并讨论了制备亲水对膜孔结构的影响，实验结果表明，三种膜均具有很好的亲水性能，而干湿相转换膜具有良好的孔径分布和分离性能。     

微波辐照下无皂阳离子聚(St-MMA)高分子纳米粒子的制备和表征

讨论了微波辐照下 ,以丙酮 水为分散介质 ,利用阳离子型自由基引发剂偶氮二异丁基脒盐酸盐(AIBA)引发苯乙烯 (St)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (MMA)共聚 ,合成出表面带正电荷的P(St MMA)共聚物纳米粒子 ,考察了丙酮用量、单体和引发剂浓度对纳米粒子粒径、粒径分布和乳液稳定性的影响 .结果表明 ,丙酮 水的体积比由 0增加到 1 2 6∶1时 ,粒子的平均水化半径从 12 2 2 1nm降低到 2 4 6 8nm ,粒径分布变宽 ,乳液抗电解质稳定性逐渐增强 ;增加引发剂和共聚单体MMA的浓度 ,粒子的水化半径逐渐减小 ,粒径分散系数增大 .     

A New Glycoside and a Novel‐Type Diterpene from Hemerocallis fulva (L.) L.

The CHCl₃ extract of dried roots of Hemerocallis fulva (L.) L. afforded a novel diterpene named hemerocallal A ( 1 ), which is the second reported naturally occurring diterpene with a trans‐bicyclo[5.1.0]octane system. The BuOH extract afforded a new glycoside named hemerocalloside ( 2 ). Their structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic and chemical studies.     

Sesquiterpene Lactone Glycosides from Carpesium macrocephalum

Two new sesquiterpene lactone glycosides were isolated from the seeds of Carpesium meacrocephalum. Their structures were elucidated as 2α-O-β-D-glucopyranosy-5α,11αH-eudesma-4(15)-en-12,8β-olide and 2α-O-β-D-glucopyranosy-5αH-eudesma-4(15),11(13)-dien-12,8β-olide by spectral methods (HRMS,1D and 2D NMR).     

Synthesis and biological activities of hydroxyl-protected fluorine-containing 4,4-dihydroxylmethyl-2-aryl-iminothiazolidines

Eight novel compounds were synthesized by a facile and mild method with high yields, and the structures of all the compounds were characterized by ¹H NMR IR mass and high resolution mass spectroscopy. Their inhibitory activity against insect-flight and trehalase in vitro were screened. Some target compounds have moderate inhibitory activity against trehalase, and show inhibition action to insect-flight.
