报导了表面相Li在甲烷氧化偶联反应中的作用。应用XRD,SEM,ESR及IR-PAS等技术对Li-Mn-Mg-O催化剂体系表面相的组成、结构及活性进行了测试,发现C_2产物的生成量同表面相Li的含量有较好的对应关系。同时发现含Li催化剂的失活同表面相Li的流失有密切的关系。表面Li的流失可借助体相Li在适当温度下扩散得到补充,但这种补充也是很有限的。     

A quantitative structure-activity relationship study of antifungal analogues of 3,4-substituted 5-((1H-1, 2, 4-triazol-1-yl)methyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole

A series of 5-((1H-1, 2, 4-triazol-1-yl)methyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole derivatives were prepared and evaluated for their antifungal activities. Quantitative structure–activity relationship studies were performed on these compounds using physicochemical parameters as independent parameters and antifungal activity as a dependent parameter, where antifungal activity correlated best (correlation coefficient r > 0.8) with physicochemical parameters (Hammett’s constants σ _p , F) and van der Waals volume V ₁. Results are interpreted on the basis of multiple regression and cross-validation methodology. Furthermore, the domain of applicability which indicates the area of reliable predictions is defined. New double Wronskian solutions of the AKNS equation

Soliton solutions, rational solutions, Matveev solutions, complexitons and interaction solutions of the AKNS equation are derived through a matrix method for constructing double Wronskian entries. The latter three solutions are novel. Moreover, rational solutions of the nonlinear Schrodinger equation are obtained by reduction.     

A DR-WFOI fusion system for the real-time molecular imaging in vivo

Digital radiography (DR) and whole-body fluorescent optical imaging (WFOI) have been widely applied in the field of molecular imaging, with the advantages in tissues and functional imaging. The integration of them contributes to the development and discovery of medicine. We introduce an equipment, performance of which is better than that of another molecular imaging system manufactured by Kodak Corp. It can take real-time small animal imaging in vivo, with lower cost and shorter development cycle on the LabVIEW platform. At last, a paradigm experiment on a nude mouse with green fluorescent protein (GFP) transgenic tumor is given to present a real-time DR-WFOI fusion simultaneous image.     

Intracavity frequency-doubled green vertical external cavity surface emitting laser

An intracavity frequency-doubled vertical external cavity surface emitting laser (VECSEL) with green light is demonstrated. The fundamental frequency laser cavity consists of a distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) of the gain chip and an external mirror. A 12-mW frequency-doubled output has been reached at 540 nm with a nonlinear crystal LBO when the fundamental frequency output is 44 mW at 1080 nm. The frequency doubling efficiency is about 30%.     

Solid-phase synthesis of "mixed" peptidomimetics using Fmoc-protected aza-beta3-amino acids and alpha-amino acids

[structure: see text] A solid-phase fluorenylmethyloxycarbonyl (Fmoc)-based synthesis strategy is described for "mixed" aza-beta3-peptides as well as a convenient general approach for their required building blocks, the aza-beta3-amino acid residues (aza-beta3-aa). These monomers allow the synthesis of relatively large quantities of pure mixed aza-beta3-peptides. The required Fmoc-substituted aza-beta3-amino acids are accessible by convenient synthesis, and a number of monomers including those containing side chains with functional groups have been synthesized. The method was applied toward the solid-phase synthesis of aza-beta3-peptide mimetics of a biologically active histone H4 sequence.
