The upper limit temperature Thn of the onset of homogeneous nucleation of Guinier-Preston (GP) zones was determined for three Al Zn alloys with xZn = 4.5, 6.0 and 8.0 at.% by SAXS investigations (cooling from the range of homogeneity to various temperatures Ta and ageing at Ta). The results are Thn = (95 ± 3) °C for xZn = 4.5 at.%, (118 ± 3) °C (6.0 at.%) and (154 ± 3) °C (8.0 at.%), respectively. The obtained results fit well the data known for the alloys with higher contents of Zn. It is stressed that one has to distinguish between Thn, determined by isothermal measurements after a direct quench or cooling to the respective Ta, and the upper limit temperature Trhn of the onset of the rapid homogeneous nucleation of GP zones (continuous cooling). 相似文献

We demonstrate a laser system consisting of a >1.6 W titanium:sapphire laser that is phase locked to another free-running titanium:sapphire laser at a wavelength of 852 nm with a phase noise of -138 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz from the carrier, using an intracavity electro-optic phase modulator. The residual phase variance is 2.5 x 10(-8) rad2 integrated from 1 Hz to 10 kHz. This system can phase-continuously change the offset frequency within 200 ns with frequency steps up to 4 MHz. Simultaneous atom interferometers can make full use of this ultralow phase noise in differential measurements, where influences from the vibration of optics are greatly suppressed in common mode. 相似文献

根据多镜面地基望远镜在近红外实现共相衍射极限成像的需求,提出了一种基于压电堆栈致动器的高分辨率倾斜镜设计方案。该方案以哑铃型柔性铰链和菱形位移缩小结构(RADS)作为倾斜镜的运动传递元件,压电堆栈致动器(PSA)作为动力元件,并使用电涡流传感器作为角度测量部件。介绍了高分辨倾斜镜的工作原理,并对哑铃型柔性铰链和菱形位移缩小结构进行设计。柔性铰链和位移缩小结构的关键结构参数均采用理论计算、实验和仿真进行优化。建立倾斜镜模型,利用理论计算和有限元仿真软件分别计算倾斜镜的倾斜角度和分辨率。实验结果表明:设计的倾斜镜角度分辨率达到0.017″,最大倾斜角度为14.6″,谐振频率为136.97 Hz,与有限元仿真结果相吻合,满足地基望远镜系统衍射极限成像的要求。 相似文献

采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理方法计算了存在Ga空位缺陷和掺杂B原子的二维GaAs的能带结构、态密度和光学性质.计算结果表明空位缺陷二维GaAs显示出金属特性,B原子的引入使体系变为间接带隙半导体,禁带宽度为0.35 eV.态密度计算发现体系低能带主要由Ga的s态、p态、d态和As的s态、p态构成;高能带主要由Ga和As的s态、p态构成.掺杂B原子与存在空位缺陷的二维GaAs相比,静态介电常数相对较低,变为8.42,且易于吸收紫外光,在3.90~8.63 eV能量范围具有金属反射特性,反射率达到52%. 相似文献

采用化学气相沉积法,以三氧化钼作为钼源,硒粉作为硒源,在H_2/Ar气氛下生长出硒化钼纳米片.扫描电镜、X射线衍射表征结果表明,MoSe_2产物呈六角星状,横向尺寸约10μm,具有很好的晶体质量和结构.拉曼光谱表征其结构,确定其为双层纳米片.研究表明,高温反应时间对双层纳米片的生长具有重要的影响.通过对双层纳米片的生长机理的探究,推测其经历了3个生长过程:在高温下,Mo源和Se源被气化成气态分子并发生硒化反应形成晶核;晶核呈三角形外延生长;当反应时间持续增加,在空间位阻效应的影响下,晶体以中心原子岛为核,外延耦合生长出第二层三角形,最终形成六角星状双层纳米片.光致发光光谱结果表明,六角星状MoSe_2双层纳米片在1.53 eV处具有直接带隙和1.78 eV处具有间接带隙,其较宽范围的激发光谱响应预测其在光电探测器件领域具有潜在的应用前景. 相似文献

Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis is a standard thermal analysis technique used to determine the phase transition temperature, enthalpy, heat of fusion, specific heat and activation energy of phase change materials (PCMs). To determine the appropriate heating rate and sample mass, various DSC measurements were carried out using two kinds of PCMs, namely N-octadecane paraffin and calcium chloride hexahydrate. The variations in phase transition temperature, enthalpy, heat of fusion, specific heat and activation energy were observed within applicable heating rates and sample masses. It was found that the phase transition temperature range increased with increasing heating rate and sample mass; while the heat of fusion varied without any established pattern. The specific heat decreased with the increase of heating rate and sample mass. For accuracy purpose, it is recommended that for PCMs with high thermal conductivity (e.g. hydrated salt) the focus will be on heating rate rather than sample mass. 相似文献

The external beam particle‐induced X‐ray emission (PIXE) setup has been upgraded by introducing a new silicon drift detector with the aim of obtaining better minimum detection limits (MDLs) at the 2 × 1.7 MV Tandetron accelerator of the Beijing Normal University in China. The upgraded external beam PIXE setup is equipped with two silicon drift detectors for PIXE analysis of low and high Z elements. A surface barrier detector for Rutherford backscattering spectrometry monitors beam and helium flow. Two kinds of aerosol filter samples (quartz fiber filters and Teflon filters) were studied. A 200‐μm thick Mylar absorber in front of the medium‐high energy X‐rays detector was adopted, and it got the best MDLs for atmospheric aerosol samples analysis. Multielemental analysis of quartz fiber filter aerosol samples was achieved. For more accurate and better MDLs of low Z elements in PIXE analysis, it is necessary to keep sufficient helium flow behind the thin samples. 相似文献
