反相高效液相色谱法测定强化奶粉中β-胡萝卜素含量

采用碱皂化石油醚提取,Kromasil C18柱分离,以甲醇∶氯仿=75∶25等度淋洗,二极管阵列检测器检测,测定了强化奶粉中β-胡萝卜素含量.对最佳皂化用碱量、皂化时间、α、β-胡罗卜素及β-胡罗卜素异构体分离条件进行了探索.该方法回收率为91.6%~96.3%,其标准偏差、变异系数分别为1.64%及1.76%.方法简便、快速,精密度及准确度在允许范围内,适用于奶粉中β-胡罗卜素的测定.     

A new Co(II) complex with N,O-donor Schiff base: Synthesis, structure and characterization

A new Co(II) complex with tridentate Schiff base ligand with a N,N,O donor set has been synthesized and characterized by single X-ray technique and spectroscopic techniques. The thermochemical properties have been studied. X-ray structure analysis of the title compound Co(II)L₂ [HL = 2-methyl-6-(2′-hydroxybenzylideneamino) pyridine] shows that the polyhedron around Co(II) is a distorted tetrahedron, and the self-assembly via intermolecular π-π interactions leads to a three-dimensional network. Crystal data for the title complex C₂₆H₂₂CoN₄O₂: Monoclinic, space group Ia, a = 11.741(7) Å, b = 8.149(5) Å, c = 22.764(16) Å, β = 98.530(12)°, V = 2154(2) ų, Z = 4.     

Synthesis and Characterization of Novel Organosoluble Methyl Substituted Poly(aryl Ether Ketone)s Containing Sulfone Linkage

Several new methyl substituted poly(aryl ether ketone)s containing sulfone linkage with inherent viscosities of 0.62–0.84 dL/g have been prepared from 4,4′‐bis(2‐methylphenoxy)diphenylsulfone and 4,4′‐bis(3‐methylphenoxy)diphenylsulfone with terephthaloyl chloride and isophthaloyl chloride by electrophilic Friedel‐Crafts acylation in the presence of DMF with anhydrous AlCl₃ as a catalyst in 1,2‐dichloroethane, respectively. These polymers having weight‐average molecular weight in the range of 71,000–49,000 are all amorphous and show high glass transition temperatures ranging from 167 °C to 191 °C, excellent thermal stability at temperatures over 400 °C in air or nitrogen, high char yields of 51–58% in nitrogen and good solubility in CHCl₃ and polar solvents such as DMF, DMSO and NMP at room temperature.     

微波消解-氢化物发生原子荧光法测定塑料原料及其制品中的砷、汞

采用微波消解进行样品前处理，以硫脲为预还原剂，用氢化物发生原子荧光法测定塑料原料及其制品中的砷、汞。测定砷和汞的线性范围均为0～8μg／L，砷、汞的检出限分别为0．005、0．076μg／L，测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为4.96％～7．38％、2．94％～7．20％(n=6)，回收率分别为92．0％～103．2％、92．0％～98.0％。     

Controlled/“Living “Radical Polymerization of(-)-Menthyl Methacrylate

The atom transfer radical polymerization(ARP)of (-)-menthyl methacrylatc((-)-MnMA) mediated by CuCl/bipyridine and ethy1 2-bromopropionate or 1-phenylethyl bromide in THF system has been studied.The dependence of the specific rotation on molecular weight and the CD of Poly((-)-MnMA) thus obatined was investigated.     

Cooperative C-F...Si interaction in optically active helical polysilanes

Cooperative amplification of the C-F...Si weak interaction between side chains and the main chain was found to afford rigid rodlike helical polysilanes with a preferential screw sense.     

热重质谱联用(TG/MS)系统的建立和应用

将两种商品型分析仪器热重（TG）和质谱（MS）联用，并将这一热重质谱联用系统（TG／MS）应用于含酚废水的催化氧化和煤燃烧的过程研究，在获取样品重量变化的同时对逸出气相产物进行了在线检测，获取了苯酚氧化反应的历程和煤燃烧过程中氮、硫氧化物的逸出信息。     

Site-directed exchange studies with combinatorial libraries of nanostructures

We describe a new combinatorial method for studying the exchange between solution adsorbates and nanoscale features within libraries generated via dip-pen nanolithography. Four different compounds, 1-octadecanethiol, 16-mercaptohexadecanoic acid, ferrocene (11-mercaptoundecyl), and ferrocene (11-mercapto-1-oxoundecyl), are studied on amorphous and single-crystal gold substrates. This series of adsorbates allows us to compare the exchange properties of patterns of nanoscale features as a function of composition, feature size, and type of underlying substrate. Moreover, these properties can be compared and contrasted with bulk SAM properties. The novel strategy provides not only a method for initiating site-specific exchange processes but also a way of extracting kinetic information about the rate of such processes in situ.
