A New Pathway to Synthesize Cyclomercurated Ferrocenylimines Containing Heterocyclic Ring

The cyclomercurated ferrocenylimines containing heterocyclic ring were prepared by the condensation of cyclomercuration of acylferrocene with the appropriate heterocyclic amine.This procedure provides an efficient method for the synthesis of cyclomerucurated ferrocenylimines containing heterocyclic ring which are difficultly synthesized by the conventional method.The reaction mechanism is proposed.     

Geometrical study of paraxial light beam transmission in free space

By introducing an imaginary space transform curvature ρ_s, a complex space called Riemannian space is constructed, in which the light propagating in free space has the trajectory of straight line while propagating. Moreover, this curvature couples with that of the wave front of the paraxial beam ρ_w, and therefore a complex curvature ρ_c is constructed, which can be employed to investigate the behavior of the light transmission and to generalize the ABCD law. 三羟甲基甲胺、季戊四醇及其二元体系固-固相变的变温红外光谱研究

利用傅里叶变温红外光谱仪分别测定了三羟甲基甲胺（TAM）、季戊四醇（PE）及其二元体系变温红外谱。实验表明，多元醇分子中羟基吸收峰随温度升高耐发生位移向高波数移动，此结果既能反映多元醇及其二体系固－固相变的温度区间，又与转变热相对应，从而揭示了多元醇及其二元体系固－固相变贮热的机理。     

Ga1-xInxAs/InAsyP1-y/InP异质结的MOCVD生长及表征

Ga1-xInxAs(x>0.53)材料是未来长距离低损耗光纤通信的理想光源材料和探测器材料之一.我们采用水平常压MOCVD系统,在InP衬底上成功地生长了Ga1-xInxAs(x>0.53)/InAsyP1-y/Inp异质结材料.其中InAs1-yPy为组份阶梯变化的多层结构.由样品的(400)面X光衍射结果测定了各层组份.由二次离子质谱(SIMS)得到了样品剖面组份变化结果,证明InAs1-yPy层组份为阶梯状变化的.通过对光致发光结果和X光衍射结果比较,可以看到,InAsyP1-y层通过位错和弹性畸变二种方式来释放或积累Ga1-xInxAs与InP间的失配应力,从而减少了Ga1-xInxAs中的失配位错.有效地改善了Ga1-xInxAs的质量.已获得了x高达0.94表面光亮的Ga1-xInxAs/InAs1-yPy/InP异质结材料.

本文运用复变函数论中的Rouche定理,对Person不可约方法作了大的改进,一系列多项式的不可约性被证实.

关于独立同分布随机变量部分和的增量有多小问题，目前已有了著名的结果.本文通过与独立同分布情形时完全不同的途径，讨论了独立不同分布情形时相应的问题.在矩母函数存在的条件下，获得了与同分布情形相近的结论.     

高压下液态Ag-20 at%Ge合金的凝固及密排六方亚稳相的形成

 利用高压淬火方法，在液态Ag-20at%Ge合金的凝固过程中，对比液态急冷低四个数量级的冷却速率得到了单相密排六方结构亚稳相，其点阵参数为a=0.289 8 nm，c=0.470 8 nm，c/a=1.625。

氯代5-氟脲嘧啶卟啉的红外光谱特性的研究

本文对新合成的对位及间位两类氯代苯基 5 氟脲嘧啶卟啉的红外光谱吸收峰进行了归属和总结 ,讨论了其红外吸收频率随取代基位置变化的规律。指出了苯环上的取代基为电负性强的基团时 ,由于场效应的存在 ,使被测化合物的羰基伸缩振动吸收峰的相对强度发生改变。同时 ,表明了嘧啶环上N原子发生了取代 ,形成单、双取代 5 氟脲嘧啶卟啉化合物的红外光谱特性。
