Two new triterpenes,2α,3β-dihydroxyurs-12-en-18,19-epoxy-28-oic acid(1)and 18,19-seco,2α,3α-dihydroxyl-19-oxo-urs-11, 13(18)-dien-28-oic acid(2)were isolated from the herbaceous part of Duchesnea indica.Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis,including 2D NMR technique.The isolated compounds exhibited moderate cytotoxic activities against HeLa and L929 cell lines.  相似文献

Anatase mesostructured TiO2 nanocrystalline was prepared in a mixture of 1-butyl-3-methyl-imidazolium tetrafluoroborate (BMIM+BF4) ionic liquid and water by a low temperature hydrothermal method. The obtained materials were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and N2 adsorption–desorption. The existence of BMIM+BF4 enhanced the polycondensation and crystallization rate, which encouraged the formation of anatase crystal. The TiO2 particles were thermally very stable and thus resistant to anatase-rutile phase transformation during calcination at high temperatures. The anatase TiO2 showed high photocatalytic activity in the degradation of p-chlorophenol than that of the commercially available TiO2, Degussa P25. After 2 h reaction under the UV-irradiation of 250 W, the removing rate of p-chlorophenol was up to 96.3%.  相似文献

Bi1.5ZnNb1.5O7 cubic pyrochlore ceramic was successfully prepared by the aqueous solution method. The preparation, microstructure development and dielectric properties of ceramics were investigated. Homogeneous precalcined ceramics powders have a cubic pyrochlore phase after thermal treatment at the temperature as low as 450 °C. The aqueous solution–gel method, which Bi, Zn and Nb ions are chelated to form metal complexes, leading to the formation of cubic pyrochlore phase at low firing temperatures. No detectable intermediary phase such as BiNbO4 or pseudo-orthorhombic pyrochlore is observed in the XRD patterns of ceramics at the sintering temperature range from 850 to 1,000 °C. The dielectric properties study revealed that the ceramics sintered at 900 °C show excellent performance with dielectric constant of 111 and dielectric loss of 2.3871 × 10−4 under 1 MHz at room temperature.  相似文献

This paper describes a highly efficient method for size determination of water-soluble CdSe/ZnS core-shell quantum dots (QDs) by capillary electrophoresis (CE) using polymer additive as sieving medium. The influence of some factors, such as kinds and concentrations of the sieving medium, pH, concentrations of the background electrolyte (BGE) and applied voltage, on the separation of QDs was investigated. Under the optimal separation conditions, four different sized QDs were successfully separated, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) of the migration times for these QDs was below 1.013%. In addition, an equation was fit by taking into account the correlation existing between the electrophoretic mobilities and the sizes of a set of QDs. The feasibility of this equation to measure the sizes of other QDs was confirmed by comparison with the sizes obtained by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) experiment. This work offers a novel method for size determination of QDs, and provides an important reference on the study of QDs based on CE.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel nonenzymatic glucose voltammetric sensor based on a kind of nanocomposite of gold nanoparticles (GNPs) embedded in multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs)/ionic liquid (IL) gel was reported. The surface morphology of this nanocomposite was characterized using X-ray photoelectron spectrometer (XPS), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM), respectively. It can be found that most of GNPs lie close to the ektexine of MWCNTs and the others have obviously inserted the inner of MWCNTs through the defects or ends of MWCNTs, due to the attraction between GNPs and MWCNTs as well as the repulsion between GNPs and IL. Voltammetry was used to evaluate the electrocatalytic activities of the nanocomposite biosensor toward nonenzymatic glucose oxidation in alkaline media. The GNPs embedded in MWCNTs/IL gel have strong and sensitive voltammetric responses to glucose, owing to a possible synergistic effect among GNPs, MWCNTs and IL. Under the optimal condition, the linear range for the detection of the glucose is 5.0-120 μM with the correlation coefficient of 0.998, based on the oxidation peak observed during cathodic direction of the potential sweep. The kinetics and mechanism of glucose electro-oxidation were intensively investigated in this system. This kind of nanocomposite biosensor is also highly resistant toward poisoning by chloride ions and capable of sensing glucose oxidation in the presence of 20 μM uric acid and 70 μM ascorbic acid. This work provides a simple and easy approach to the detection of glucose in body fluid with high sensitivity and excellent selectivity.  相似文献

In this work Bi(SbxNbyTaz)O4 (x + y + z = 1) samples are prepared using mixed-oxide method. A pseudo-ternary phase diagram of Bi(Sb,Nb,Ta)O4 system is given below the melting point. It is composed of a monoclinic phase region, an orthorhombic phase region and a monoclinic–orthorhombic co-existing phase region. In the orthorhombic phase region, the transformation from orthorhombic to triclinic phase is found to be sensitive to the composition and sintering temperature. Both the transformation from monoclinic to orthorhombic structure and the transformation from orthorhombic to triclinic structure have been studied by the cell parameters.  相似文献

The use of Sudan I as an additive in food products has been prohibited in the European Union and many other countries. In this study, a highly sensitive and specific monoclonal antibody (mAb)-based indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the detection of Sudan I in food samples was developed. The hapten derivative with a three-carbon-atom length of carboxylic spacer at the azobound para-position was synthesized and coupled to carrier proteins. The hapten-bovine serum albumin (BSA) conjugate was used as an immunogen, while the hapten-ovalbumin (OVA) conjugate was applied as a coating antigen. The mAb against Sudan I was produced by hybridoma technique and the corresponding ELISA was characterized in terms of sensitivity, specificity, precision and accuracy. At optimal experimental conditions, the standard curve was constructed in concentrations of 0.1-100 ng mL−1. The values of IC50 for nine standard curves were in the range of 1.1-2.0 ng mL−1 and the LOD at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3 (S/N = 3) was 0.07-0.14 ng mL−1. The cross-reactivity values of the mAb with Sudan II, III and IV were 9.5%, 33.9% and 0.95%; no cross-reactivity was found with other six edible colorants: Lemon yellow, Bright blue, Indigotin, Kermes, Amarant and Sunset yellow, indicating the assay displays not only high sensitivity but also high specificity as well. The organic solvent effect on the assay was tested. It was observed that the ELISA was tolerated to 30% of methanol and 10% of acetonitrile without significant loss of IC50 value. Six food samples were spiked with Sudan I and the methanolic extracts after appropriate dilution were analyzed by ELISA. Acceptable recovery rates of 88.2-110.5% and coefficients of variation of 2.5-17.4% were obtained. The ELISA for nine spiked samples was confirmed by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with a high correlation coefficient of 0.9840 (n = 9). The mAb-based ELISA proven to be a feasible quantitative/screening method for Sudan I analysis in food samples with the properties of high sensitivity, specificity, simplicity of sample pretreatment, high sample throughput and low expense.  相似文献

A novel polyimide (PI) based on 2,6-bis(p-aminophenyl)-benzo[1,2-d;5,4-d′]bisoxazole has been synthesized via a conventional two-stage procedure with bis(ether anhydrides) (HQDPA). The intermediate poly(amic acid) had inherent viscosities of 1.70 dl/g and could be thermally converted into light yellow polyimide film. The resulted polyimide showed excellent thermal stability, and the glass transition temperatures (Tg) were above 283 °C, the 5% weight loss temperature of the polymer was at 572 °C in N2. The thermal degradation of the polyimide was studied by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) in order to determine the actual reaction mechanisms of the decomposition process. The activation energy of the solid-state process was determined using Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method, which does not require knowledge of the reaction mechanism, which resulted to be 361.36 kJ/mol. The activation energy of different mechanism models and pre-exponential factor (A) were determined by Coats-Redfern method. Compared with the value obtained from the Ozawa method, the actual reaction mechanism obeyed nucleation and growth model, Avrami-Erofeev function (A3) with integral form g(X) = [−ln(1−X)]3.  相似文献

0 引言 最近,我们对2,6-吡啶二酸的衍生物4-羟基-2,6-吡啶二酸(2,6-HAD)的配合物进行了一系列的研究,结果发现2,6-HAD是一个优良的刚性配体,其配位方式种类繁多,特别是配体上的4位羟基,既具有较强的配位能力[1],又可以形成分子间氢键[2,3],影响和控制配合物的超分子结构,4-羟基-2,6-吡啶二酸不仅能与过渡金属、镧系金属离子分别形成稳定的配合物[1-3],而且能同时与稀土和过渡金属形成具有纳米孔穴的混金属配合物,这些配合物在磁性、光学等方面都显示出优异的性能[4].  相似文献
