The structure of the new medium‐pore aluminophosphate molecular sieve PST‐6 is determined by the combined use of rotation electron diffraction tomography, synchrotron X‐ray powder diffraction, and computer modeling. PST‐6 was prepared by calcination of another new aluminophosphate material with an unknown structure synthesized using diethylamine as a structure‐directing agent, which is thought to contain bridging hydroxy groups. PST‐6 has 36 crystallographically distinct tetrahedral sites in the asymmetric unit and is thus crystallographically the most complex zeolitic structure ever solved. 相似文献

The gaseous PVTx properties of ethyl fluoride (HFC-161) + 1,1,1,2,3,3,3-heptafluoropropane (HFC-227ea) mixtures were measured at temperatures from 318.180 to 403.205 K and corresponding pressures from 961.3 to 3129.8 kPa using the isochoric method. The uncertainties in the present measurements were estimated to be ±1.5 kPa for pressure and ±6 mK for temperature. On the basis of the experimental PVTx property data, a truncated virial equation of state was developed for the binary HFC-161/227ea system. This equation reproduced the experimental data in the gas phase within ±0.164% in pressure and within ±0.178% in density. 相似文献

The tetracycline aptamer is an in vitro selected RNA that binds to the antibiotic with the highest known affinity of an artificial RNA for a small molecule (Kd approximately 0.8 nM). It is one of few aptamers known to be capable of modulating gene expression in vivo. The 2.2 A resolution cocrystal structure of the aptamer reveals a pseudoknot-like fold formed by tertiary interactions between an 11 nucleotide loop and the minor groove of an irregular helix. Tetracycline binds within this interface as a magnesium ion chelate. The structure, together with previous biochemical and biophysical data, indicates that the aptamer undergoes localized folding concomitant with tetracycline binding. The three-helix junction, h-shaped architecture of this artificial RNA is more complex than those of most aptamers and is reminiscent of the structures of some natural riboswitches. 相似文献

In order to develop applications for the abundant waste rubber powder, chlorinated waste rubber (Cl-WR) was prepared by a water based chlorination method using chlorine as chlorinating agent. In this paper, Cl-WR was used as an elastic filler and blended with poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) matrix to develop a new thermoplastic elastomer PVC/Cl-WR. The mechanical properties, hydrophilicity, swelling resistance, morphology and thermal properties of PVC/Cl-WR were characterized and compared with those of PVC/waste rubber powder (PVC/WR) blends. The results indicated that the mechanical properties, hydrophilicity, swelling resistance and thermal properties of the PVC/Cl-WR blends showed noticeable improvements over PVC/WR blends due to the improved polarity of Cl-WR. Also, the excellent miscibility and compatibility of Cl-WR with PVC was demonstrated by scanning electron microscope (SEM) images of the resulting blends. 相似文献

Two novel coordination polymers, [Cd(BIM)Cl2]n ( 1 ) and [Pb(BIM)Cl2]n ( 2 ) [wherein BIM = bis(imidazol‐1‐yl)methane], were synthesized by the reactions of the BIM ligand with CdCl2 and PbCl2, respectively. They were characterized by elemental analyses, IR, TGA and X‐ray single‐crystal diffraction techniques. Single‐crystal X‐ray structure analyses showed there is a pseudooctahedral arrangement around the cadmium atom in the complex 1 . It has a three‐dimensional network which contains one‐dimensional inorganic‐organic hybrid chains and μ2‐bridging chloride ligands. A rare pentacoordinate square‐pyramidal arrangement was adopted for the lead(II) atom in the complex 2 , which has an unusual two‐dimensional layer structure of macrometallacycles crosslinked with the bridging Pb2Cl2 units. The metal atoms in both complexes were coordinated with two BIM ligands in cis arrangement and bridged by μ2‐bridging chloride ligands. 相似文献

In order to provide the chemical markers for the quality control of herbal medicines, four diterpenoids, pseudolaric acids A and B (PAA and PAB), and their glucosides were isolated from the methanol extract of the Chinese herb Pseudolarix kaempferi using high‐speed counter‐current chromatography (HSCCC). The diphase solvent system was n‐hexane/EtOAc/MeOH/H2O which was used at two ratios (5:5:5:5 and 1:9:4:6 by volume) in the separation of pseudolaric acids and their glycosides, respectively. As a result, PAA (14 mg), PAB (129 mg), PAA‐O‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside (8 mg, PAAG), and PAB‐O‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside (42 mg, PABG) were obtained from 0.5 g of the crude extract. Their purities were determined to be above 97% by HPLC analysis. Their chemical structures were confirmed by 1H and 13C NMR analysis or HPLC comparison with the reference compounds. 相似文献

3‐Alkyl‐2,5‐bis[p‐(hexa‐2,4‐dienoyloxy)phenyl]‐thiophene derivatives were synthesized by using Kumada coupling and Suzuki coupling reactions as key steps.
