The Monitoring System Using FOBG Sensor for The Health of the Rocket

A novel heath monitoring system of the rocket based on fiber optic Bragg gratings is brought forward, its component units and working principle are also described.     

枸橼酸铋制剂中铋元素的溶出量分析

微波消解溶样，ICP—AES法测定了枸橼酸铋制剂中铋元素的含量及其在人工胃液和人工肠液中的溶出量。结果表明，枸橼酸铋制剂中的铋元素在人工肠液中的溶出量明显高于人工胃液。方法的检出限为12ng／mL，相对标准偏差(n=7)为3．84％。     

A New Pathway to Synthesize Cyclomercurated Ferrocenylimines Containing Heterocyclic Ring

The cyclomercurated ferrocenylimines containing heterocyclic ring were prepared by the condensation of cyclomercuration of acylferrocene with the appropriate heterocyclic amine.This procedure provides an efficient method for the synthesis of cyclomerucurated ferrocenylimines containing heterocyclic ring which are difficultly synthesized by the conventional method.The reaction mechanism is proposed.     

Geometrical study of paraxial light beam transmission in free space

By introducing an imaginary space transform curvature ρ_s, a complex space called Riemannian space is constructed, in which the light propagating in free space has the trajectory of straight line while propagating. Moreover, this curvature couples with that of the wave front of the paraxial beam ρ_w, and therefore a complex curvature ρ_c is constructed, which can be employed to investigate the behavior of the light transmission and to generalize the ABCD law. 半参数广义线性模型的惩罚似然估计

一、引言我们知道,通常的广义线性模型其联接函数为 g(μ)=η,并且预测η有一已知参数形式,即η=xβ.然而,如果预测依赖于协变量的形式知道的并不很清楚,那么这时采用参数的线性化结构并非总是适当的.当缺乏确切的信息时,有时用非参数方法更可取.但是,当确信某些关系具有一定的参数形式时,完全的非参数方法其效率可能相当低.于是,可以考虑更一般的模型——半参数广义线性模型,它是由 Green 和 Yandell 等一些作者提出来的.这个类包括了通常的广义线性模型及非参数广义线性模型,因而处理问题也就更灵活了.     

金属颗粒-半导体膜Cu:CdS的制备及结构研究

利用磁控溅射产生金属Cu团簇，同时蒸发半导体介质CdS，将Cu团簇包埋在CdS介质中，制备出金属颗粒 半导体膜．团簇大小可通过改变溅射气压控制．用TEM研究了嵌埋团簇的结构．分析表明：CdS很好地包埋了Cu团簇，都呈多晶结构；团簇尺寸在5—20nm，Cu晶格发生了膨胀，膨胀量在7%左右 关键词：     

Ga1-xInxAs/InAsyP1-y/InP异质结的MOCVD生长及表征

Ga1-xInxAs(x>0.53)材料是未来长距离低损耗光纤通信的理想光源材料和探测器材料之一.我们采用水平常压MOCVD系统,在InP衬底上成功地生长了Ga1-xInxAs(x>0.53)/InAsyP1-y/Inp异质结材料.其中InAs1-yPy为组份阶梯变化的多层结构.由样品的(400)面X光衍射结果测定了各层组份.由二次离子质谱(SIMS)得到了样品剖面组份变化结果,证明InAs1-yPy层组份为阶梯状变化的.通过对光致发光结果和X光衍射结果比较,可以看到,InAsyP1-y层通过位错和弹性畸变二种方式来释放或积累Ga1-xInxAs与InP间的失配应力,从而减少了Ga1-xInxAs中的失配位错.有效地改善了Ga1-xInxAs的质量.已获得了x高达0.94表面光亮的Ga1-xInxAs/InAs1-yPy/InP异质结材料.     

用BBO晶体产生196～228nm波长的紫外辐射

本文报道了用BBO晶体通过混频产生196～228nm可调谐紫外辐射的研究结果.产生200nm及222nm的量子转换效率分别为12%及23%,与理论计算值基本相符.     

含铒碲酸盐玻璃的上转换荧光性质研究

在室温下,用804nm波长的半导体激光器作激发源,在TeO_2-PbO基掺铒碲酸盐玻璃中实现了中心波长分别为525nm,550nm和660nm的上转换发射.荧光强度与激发功率呈非线性关系.估测了PbO含量对上转换荧光相对强度的影响.
