Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry was used to develop a rapid, sensitive, and accurate method for determination and identification of hepatotoxic microcystins, cyanobacterial cyclic heptapeptides. To optimize the electrospray ionization conditions, factors affecting charge state distribution, such as amino acid components of sample, proton affinity of the additives, and additive concentration, were investigated in detail and a method for controlling charge states was developed to provide molecular-related ions for assignment of molecular weight and reasonably abundant precursor ions for MS/MS analysis. A procedure for identification of microcystins consisting of known amino acids was proposed: for microcystins giving abundant [M + 2H]2+ ions, the addition of nitrogen-containing bases to the aqueous sample solution is effective to obtain an increased intensity of [M + H]+ ions, whereas the addition of Lewis acids containing nitrogen can produce increased abundances of [M + 2H]2+ ions for microcystins giving weak [M + 2H]2+ ions. Microcystins possessing no arginine residue always give sodium adduct ions [M + Na]+ as the base peak, and these are difficult to fragment via low energy collision-induced dissociation to yield structurally informative products; the addition of oxalic acid increases [M + H]+ ion abundances, and these fragment readily. 相似文献

We study the distances, called spacings, between pairs of neighboring energy levels for the quantum harmonic oscillator. Specifically, we consider all energy levels
falling between E and E+1, and study how the spacings between these levels change for various choices of E, particularly when E goes to infinity. Primarily, we study the case in which the spring constant is a badly approximable vector. We first give the proof by Boshernitzan-Dyson that the number of distinct spacings has a uniform bound independent
of E. Then, if the spring constant has components forming a basis of an algebraic number field, we show that, when normalized up to a unit, the spacings are from a finite set. Moreover, in the specific case that the
field has one fundamental unit, the probability distribution of these spacings behaves quasiperiodically in logE. We conclude by studying the spacings in the case that the spring constant is not badly approximable, providing examples for which the number of distinct spacings is unbounded. 相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title charge‐transfer complex, namely trans‐stilbene–2,2′‐(2,3,5,6‐tetrafluorobenzene‐1,4‐diylidene)propanedinitrile (1/1) (trans‐STB–TCNQF4), C14H12·C12F4N4, the planar STB and TCNQF4 molecules are stacked alternately. The structure is not isostructural with that of STB–TCNQ. No anomaly was found in the displacement parameters of any atoms, while the bond length of the central C=C moiety was shorter than the corresponding bond in ethylene. This suggests that the central C=C moiety of the STB molecule vibrates with a large amplitude, similar to the case in free STB and STB–TCNQ. 相似文献

57Fe and 237Np Mössbauer ōmeasurements have been performed for NpFeGa5, which is one of the so-called neptunium 1-1-5 compounds. The 57Fe Mössbauer spectra below T N = 118 K show the magnetically ordered state. The magnitude of the hyperfine magnetic field at the 57Fe nucleus is determined to be 1.98 ± 0.05 T at 10 K. From the 237Np Mössbauer spectrum at 10 K, the hyperfine magnetic field at the 237Np nucleus is 203 T and the hyperfine coupling constant is determined to be 237 T/μB using the Np atomic magnetic moment of 0.86 μB determined by the neutron diffraction study. 相似文献

An experimental relationship between superconductivity, magnetism and localization is explored in short-wavelength (14Å ? ? ? 40Å) sputtered Mo/Ni superlattices. A crossover to a superconducting state is observed for ? < 9Å consistent with the observed paramagnetic behavior when the Ni strata are four atomic layers thick, or less. We present the results of electron generation experiments conducted at the Advanced Photon Research Center, Japan Atomic Energy Research Institute, using 23-fs relativistically intense 20-TW tightly focused laser pulses with underdense plasma. We observed electron energies up to 40 MeV characterized by a two-temperature Maxwell distribution. With the help of particle-in-cell simulations, we found that these are due to different plasma wave-breaking processes. A charge of 5 nC/shot was obtained at a small solid angle, which corresponds to high peak current generation. 相似文献
