A novel mixed-ligand nickel complex, [Ni(PMBP—PNH) (Py)3], [PMBP—PNH=N-(1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzylidene-5-pyrazolone) p-nitrobezoylhydrazide; Py = pyridine], has been synthesized by the hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, thermal analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The X-ray diffraction reveals that the nickel (II) ion in the title complex is in a slightly distorted octahedral arrangement of the ONO donor atoms of primary ligand PMBP-PNH and three N-donor atoms in the secondary ligand pyridine.  相似文献

Isothermal pressure (p)-mass fraction (w) phase diagrams were measured for CO2 + tetradecanoic acid at six temperatures from 328.2 K to 373.2 K and for CO2 + docosane at four temperatures from 343.2 K to 393.2 K as well as isobaric temperature (T)-mass fraction (w) phase diagrams for both systems at 34.5 MPa. In addition the isothermal and isobaric Gibbs phase prisms at 373.2 K and 34.5 MPa respectively were determined for the ternary system CO2 + tetradecanoic acid + docosane, and and isobaric miscibility window was found between 333 K and 385 K at 34.5 MPa.  相似文献

Abstract The short-term adaptation of intact leaves to an increase in light intensity was studied by an analysis of chlorophyll fluorescence and oxygen evolution monitored by photoacoustics. An increase in light intensity led to an oxygen “gush”. This “gush” was followed by a large (up to 120%) biphasic increase in the yield of oxygen evolution characterized by a fast phase (T = 0.5–2 min) and a slow phase (T = 4–20 min). The fast phase of the increase in oxygen yield was coupled to a decrease of fluorescence, whereas the slow phase was accompanied by a parallel fluorescence increase. A comparison of fluorescence parameters with oxygen yield indicates that the slow phase of the increase in oxygen yield was coupled to an increase in the antenna size of photosystem II. The slow phase was not inhibited by the uncoupler Nigericin but it was absent in chlorophyll-b-less barley mutants dencient in the light harvesting chlorophyll a/b protein complex of photosystem II (LHC II). These experiments indicate that changes in the LHC II mediated energy distribution, which occur in the time-range of several minutes, are involved in the adaptation to changing light intensities. Moreover, electrophoretic analysis of 32P orthophosphate labeled leaf discs adapted to low and high light intensities suggests that the slow phase of the increase in oxygen evolution involves dephosphorylation of the 25 kDa polypeptide of LHC II, by a small extent of 12%. The trigger for the slow phase of the increase in oxygen yield does not involve the oxidation of the plastoquinone pool. It was found that in response to the increased light intensity, the plastoquinone pool became more reduced as judged by model calculations. Experiments with the uncoupler Nigericin suggest that the control of the slow phase of adaptation to increased light intensity was also not exerted by the pH gradient across the thylakoid membrane. The similarities between the adaptation to increased light intensity and the state II to state I transition suggest that both adaptation phenomena involve LHC II dephosphorylation possibly triggered by the cytochrome b6/f complex.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung An Stelle eines Choppers wird zur Modulation des flammenspektrometrischen Signals die Probenflüssigkeit periodisch der Flamme zugeführt (intermittierende Zerstäubung). Es wird zunächst über die beobachtete Eigenmodulation der Zerstäubung berichtet und danach über die intermittierende Zerstäubung mit Frequenzen bis zu 50 Hz. Anschließend wird an Hand von Beispielen gezeigt, daß sich die intermittierende Zerstäubung als besonders vorteilhaft in der Absorptions-Flammenspektrometrie erweist. Wird das Gleichlicht des Hintergrundstrahlers mittels der intermittierenden Zerstäubung in der Flamme moduliert und ein Wechselstromverstärker verwendet, so fallen der 0- und 100%-Durchlässigkeitspunkt zusammen. Bei der Registrierung über die Wellenlänge werden dann nur solche Linien angezeigt, welche in der Flamme das eingestrahlte Licht absorbieren.
Summary For modulating the flame spectrometric signal without using a chopper the sample is introduced into the flame periodically (intermittent atomisation). First, the observed self-modulation of the atomisation is described and subsequently the intermittent atomisation with frequencies up to 50 cps. Some examples demonstrate that intermittent atomisation proves to be especially advantageous in absorption flame spectrometry. When modulating the light of the dc-operated line source by means of intermittent atomisation and using ac-amplification of the modulated signal the 0- and 100%-transmittance points of the transmittance scale are the same. When scanning over the wave length only such lines are detected which absorb the light of the background source.

A new organic photochromic compound containing pyrazolone-ring photochromic functional unit: 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzyl-5-one pyrazole S-methyl thiosemicarbazone (PMBP-smtsc) was synthesized. The photochromic properties and photochemical kinetics of PMBP-smtsc have been studied by UV reflectance spectra under irradiation of 365 nm light. The crystal structure analyses of photocolored product show the photochromism is due to the photoisomerization from enol form to keto form through an intermolecular proton transfer.  相似文献
