Hairy root culture is a promising alternative method for the production of secondary metabolites. In this study, transformed root of Linum usitatissimum was established using Agrobacterium rhizogenes A4 strain from root cultures for lignans, phenolic acids and antioxidant capacity determination. Total lignin content (secoisolariciresinol diglucoside, secoisolariciresinol and matairesinol) was 55.5% higher in transformed root cultures than in the non-transformed root culture. Secoisolariciresinol was detected in higher concentration (2.107 μmol/g DM) in the transformed root culture than non-transformed culture (1.099 μmol/g DM). Secoisolariciresinol diglucoside and matairesinol were exclusively detected in the transformed root culture, but were not found in the non-transformed root culture. The overall production of phenolic acids in transformed roots was approximately 3.5 times higher than that of the corresponding non-transformed culture. Free radical scavenging DPPH˙ and ABTS˙+ assays showed 2.9-fold and 1.76-fold higher anti-oxidant activity in transformed root culture as compared to non-transformed. 相似文献

The simple and facile strategy for the synthesis of 2,3-disubstituted-chromeno[4,3-b]pyrrole-4(1H)-ones has been established. This method describes the Kornblum oxidation reaction of acetophenones, followed by the Knoevenagle treatment of the resulted (het)arylglyoxals with active methylene compounds and consequently iodine-activated Michael type reaction with 4-amino coumarin in a one-pot manner to afford disubstituted chromeno[4,3-b]pyrrole-4(1H)-one derivatives. 相似文献

Gastrointestinal tract disorders constitute a heavy burden to healthcare providers. To eradicate Helicobacter pylori infection, different triple therapy protocols have been proposed. Among which are combinations of proton pump inhibitors (e.g., omeprazole), histamine-2 receptor antagonists (e.g., famotidine), along with antibiotics (e.g., amoxicillin). In this work, a sensitive and accurate high-performance thin-layer chromatographic method was developed for the simultaneous determination of amoxicillin, metronidazole, and famotidine in bulk powder and laboratory-prepared combined-tablet mixtures. Complete separation of the cited compounds was achieved using pre-coated silica gel plates with a mixture of methanol:chloroform:toluene:water:glacial acetic acid (5:2:1.5:0.5:0.1 v/v/v/v/v) as the mobile phase. The method was fully validated as per the international conference of harmonization guidelines. Good linearity, a correlation coefficient of 0.9991, was obtained in the concentration ranges 0.1–1.6 μg/band (amoxicillin), 0.1–0.9 μg/band (metronidazole), and 0.1–0.9 μg/band (famotidine). Since the method allowed the determination of the three compounds in combined tablets with a high degree of selectivity, accuracy, precision, with cost-effectiveness, it could be used for regular quality control. Moreover, the applicability of the proposed method was extended to the determination of the ternary mixture in simulated gastric juice. Pt electrode prepared by chemical method has been employed as counter electrode in dye-sensitized solar cell. TiO2 nanomaterial was deposited on fluorine-doped tin oxide substrate to be used as photoanode. Structure of the TiO2 and Pt films was investigated by atomic force microscope. The effect of illumination intensity on the photovoltaic parameters such as open circuit voltage, short circuit current density, output power, fill factor and efficiency of these cells was investigated in the range 2.5–130 mW/cm?2. The cell efficiency is stable above 70 mW/cm2. The fill factor is almost constant all over the studied range of illumination intensity. Impedance spectroscopy of the studied device as the summary measurements of the capacitance–voltage, conductance–voltage and series resistance–voltage characteristics were investigated in a wide range of frequencies (5 kHz–1 MHz). At low frequencies, the capacitance has positive values with peak around the origin due to the interfaces. At 200 and 300 kHz, the capacitance is inverted to negative with further increasing of the positive biasing voltage. Above 400 kHz, C–V profile shows complete negative behavior. Also, the impedance–voltage and phase–voltage characteristics were investigated. Moth-flame optimization (MFO) algorithm inspired by the transverse orientation of moths toward the light source is an effective approach to solve global optimization problems. However, the MFO algorithm suffers from issues such as premature convergence, low population diversity, local optima entrapment, and imbalance between exploration and exploitation. In this study, therefore, an improved moth-flame optimization (I-MFO) algorithm is proposed to cope with canonical MFO’s issues by locating trapped moths in local optimum via defining memory for each moth. The trapped moths tend to escape from the local optima by taking advantage of the adapted wandering around search (AWAS) strategy. The efficiency of the proposed I-MFO is evaluated by CEC 2018 benchmark functions and compared against other well-known metaheuristic algorithms. Moreover, the obtained results are statistically analyzed by the Friedman test on 30, 50, and 100 dimensions. Finally, the ability of the I-MFO algorithm to find the best optimal solutions for mechanical engineering problems is evaluated with three problems from the latest test-suite CEC 2020. The experimental and statistical results demonstrate that the proposed I-MFO is significantly superior to the contender algorithms and it successfully upgrades the shortcomings of the canonical MFO. 相似文献

Surface pressure–area (π–A), surface potential–area (ΔV–A), and dipole moment–area (μ–A) isotherms were obtained for the Langmuir monolayer of two fluorinated-hydrogenated hybrid amphiphiles (sodium phenyl 1-[(4-perfluorohexyl)-phenyl]-1-hexylphosphate (F6PH5PPhNa) and (sodium phenyl 1-[(4-perfluorooctyl)-phenyl]-1-hexylphosphate (F8PH5PPhNa)), DPPC and their two-component systems at the air/water interface. Monolayers spread on 0.02 M Tris buffer solution (pH 7.4) with 0.13 M NaCl at 298.2 K were investigated by the Wilhelmy method, ionizing electrode method and fluorescence microscopy. Moreover, the miscibility of two components was examined by plotting the variation of the molecular area and the surface potential as a function of the molar fraction for the fluorinated-hydrogenated hybrid amphiphiles on the basis of the additivity rule. The miscibility of the monlayers was also examined by construction of two-dimensional phase diagrams. Furthermore, assuming the regular surface mixture, the Joos equation for analysis of the collapse pressure of two-component monolayers allowed calculation of the interaction parameter (ξ) and the interaction energy (−Δ) between the fluorinated-hydrogenated hybrid amphiphiles and DPPC. The observations by a fluorescence microscopy also supported our interpretation as for the miscibility in the monolayer state. Comparing the monolayer behavior between the two binary systems, no remarkable difference was found among various aspects. Among the two combinations, the mole fraction dependence in monlayer properties was commonly classified into two ranges: 0 ≤ X ≤ 0.3 and 0.3 < X ≤ 1. In this paper we study finite Eulerian posets which are binomial, Sheffer or triangular. These important classes of posets are related to the theory of generating functions and to geometry. The results of this paper are organized as follows:

- We completely determine the structure of Eulerian binomial posets and, as a conclusion, we are able to classify factorial functions of Eulerian binomial posets.

- We give an almost complete classification of factorial functions of Eulerian Sheffer posets by dividing the original question into several cases.

- In most cases above, we completely determine the structure of Eulerian Sheffer posets, a result stronger than just classifying factorial functions of these Eulerian Sheffer posets.

In this paper, we consider nonlinear Schrödinger (NLS) equations, both in the anomalous and normal dispersive regimes, which govern the propagation of a single field in a fiber medium with phase modulation and fibre gain (or loss). The integrability conditions are arrived from linear eigen value problem. The variable transformations which connect the integrable form of modified NLS equations are presented. We succeed in Hirota bilinearzing the equations and on solving, exact bright and dark soliton solutions are obtained. From the results, we show that the soliton is alive, i.e. pulse area can be conserved by the inclusion of gain (or loss) and phase modulation effects. 相似文献

3-Ethyl 2-amino-4-methyl-5-phenyl thiophene carboxylate 1 was used as a starting material to synthesize 2a,b via coupling with malononitrile or acetyl acetone, respectively. When heated, under reflux in sodium ethoxide solution, 2a,b give 3a,b. On the other hand, when compounds 3a,b were heated under reflux in ethanol with hydrazine hydrate, thiourea, or 1,1-phenylenediamine hydrochloride and a catalytic amount of piperidine 4a,b, 5a,b and 6a,b, were produced, respectively. The new compounds were tested for their antimicrobial activity. Compounds 2a–6b showed antibacterial activities, and 2a,2b and 4b showed antifungal activities.
