采用电阻率为10000—20000Ω.cm的高阻单晶硅材料,研制成功灵敏区尺寸为60mm,耗尽层厚度~1000μm的大面积厚PIN半导体探测器.设计了该类探测器厚度测量专用的反冲质子测量系统,对探测器的时间响应、γ灵敏度、漏电流、γ/n分辨等物理参数进行了测量和分析,结果表明,这类探测器可满足低强度裂变n/γ混合场中脉冲γ强度测量的需要.  相似文献

We have investigated the bound states and resonance states of plasma-embedded tdμ and ddμ molecular ions using accurate correlated basis functions. The plasma effect has been taken care of by considering the Debye shielding approach of plasma modeling which admits a variety of plasma conditions. The density of resonance states are calculated using the stabilization method. The ground and excited states energies, and the S-wave resonance energies of tdμ and ddμ molecular ions immersed in plasmas are reported for various shielding parameters, along with the 1S and 2S threshold energies of the tμ and dμ atoms.  相似文献

Recent advances in film synthesis have made it possible to investigate the properties of well-controlled interfaces in perovskite metal-oxides. A review of published experimental data and computational results indicate that so far most interfaces that have been analyzed in ferroelectric materials—while necessary to impose large lattice strain on the polar material—contribute little to the ferroelectricity and may instead be detrimental to the desired properties. In contrast, a very different situation arises at interfaces that show changes in the electronic configuration as a consequence of a compositional discontinuity. Data is shown for LaMnO3/SrTiO3 superlattices as an example of electronic effects that produce enhanced properties, further illustrating the richness of interfacial properties that can be obtained at interfaces (as shown in numerous published results for different but related interfaces).  相似文献

This work presents an investigation on the doubly excited 1S e autoionizing states of screened helium atom lying below the n = 4 threshold of the He+ ion. The potential generated in this system is represented by a Yukawa type potential. We have employed complex-coordinate rotation method, as it is a powerful scheme to study high lying resonances. Hylleraas type wave function is used to consider the correlation effect between all the charged particles. Our resonance parameters for the resonances lying below the He+ (n = 2) threshold agree well with those of the existing calculations by using the stabilization method. Resonances associated with higher thresholds are new calculations. All the present results are well converged with basis length N = 444.  相似文献

The effect of weakly coupled hot plasma environment on the oscillator strengths of the ultraviolet and visible series and the polarizabilities of helium has been investigated using variational highly correlated wave functions within the non-relativistic framework. The Debye shielding approach that admits a variety of plasma conditions is used to simulate the plasma effects. For each shielding parameter, dipole oscillator strengths are calculated for the 1 1S-n1P (n=2, 3), 2 1S-2 1P, 2 3S-n3P (n=2, 3) and 2 1,3P-n1,3D (n=3, 4) transitions. The dipole and quadrupole polarizabilities for the ground He (1s21S) state are also reported for each screening parameter. Results obtained are useful in plasma diagnostic purposes besides several other applications.  相似文献

A novel diced spherical quartz analyzer for use in resonant inelastic X‐ray scattering (RIXS) is introduced, achieving an unprecedented energy resolution of 10.53 meV at the Ir L3 absorption edge (11.215 keV). In this work the fabrication process and the characterization of the analyzer are presented, and an example of a RIXS spectrum of magnetic excitations in a Sr3Ir2O7 sample is shown.  相似文献

In this article, we review or report recent works on atomic wavelengths in screening environments. We mainly review recent works on the transition, tune-out and magic wavelengths with Coulomb and screened Coulomb potentials. We also present our investigation on tune-out and magic wavelengths for two-electron Yukawa atoms. Chitosan-montmorillonite nanocomposites were prepared by an ion exchange reaction between water soluble oligomeric chitosan and a Na+-montmorillonite. The chitosan-montmorillonite nanocomposites were rapidly prepared within 1 h due to the high affinity between the chitosan and the montmorillonite clay host. The basal spacings of the composites were in a range of 14.5-19.6 Å depending on the mixing ratio of chitosan to clay. According to the thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and powder X-ray diffraction analysis the thermal stability of chitosan was remarkably improved in the interlayer space due to the strong electrostatic interaction of cationic chitosan molecules with anionic silicate layers. From the antimicrobial activity test it was found that the nanocomposites showed a synergistic effect in the antimicrobial activity against to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.  相似文献

We investigated the effects of in situ plasma-treatment on optical and electrical properties of index-matched indium tin oxide (IMITO) thin film. To render the IMITO-coated surface hydrophilic and study the optical and electrical characteristics, we performed in situ oxygen plasma post-treatment without breaking vacuum. The 94.6% transmittance in the visible wavelength range (400-700 nm) increased on average to 96.4% and the maximum transmittance reached 98% over a broad wavelength range. The surface roughness and sheet resistance improved from 0.9 nm and 200 Ω/sq to 0.0905 nm and 100 Ω/sq, respectively, by in situ plasma post-treatment. We confirmed by contact angle measurement that the hydrophobic IMITO surface was altered to hydrophilic. The improved optical and electrical characteristics of in situ plasma-treated IMITO makes it adequate for high-resolution liquid crystal on silicon displays.  相似文献

We study a new scenario for baryogenesis due to the spontaneous breaking of the CPT   invariance through the interaction between a baryon current and a hypermagnetic helicity. The hypermagnetic helicity (Chern–Simons number) of UY(1)U(1)Y provides a CPT violation background for the generation of baryons via sphaleron processes, which protects these baryons from the sphaleron wash-out effect in thermal equilibrium. It is shown that if the present amplitude of the resultant magnetic fields are sufficiently large, for a wide range mass scale (from TeV to the Planck scale), the observational magnitude of the baryon asymmetry of the Universe can be realized.  相似文献
