Redox properties of phenothiazine-labeled poly(ethyl glycidy ether)-block-poly(ethylene oxide) (PT-EGEn-b-EOm) are reversibly changed by core-shell micelle formation. In the temperature range higher than the critical micellization temperature (cmt), the anodic potential of PT group positively shifts and concomitantly its anodic current decrease, or levels off compared to those of the reference polymer PT-EOm without the thermo-responsive EGEn segment. The former alteration is caused by incorporation of hydrophobic PT groups into a core of the micelle and the latter by the decrease in the diffusion coefficient of PT groups due to formation of the core-shell micelles. The cmt value and the temperature-dependent alteration in the redox properties strongly depend on the polymer structure, especially the length of thermo-responsive EGEn segment. The electrochemically determined hydrodynamic radii of the polymer aggregates seem to be overestimated, compared to the values reported for the aggregates of other thermo-responsive polymers with similar molecular weights, implying the presence of electrochemically inactive PT groups in the copolymers having longer thermo-responsive segments.  相似文献

Di- and tri-substituted [(4-oxo-4H-1-benzopyran-7-yl)oxy]acetic acids, and 4-oxo-3-phenyl-4H-furo[2,3-h]-[1]benzopyran-8-carboxylic acid were synthesized and tested for natriuretic and uricosuric activities. Among the compounds tested, 3,5-disubstituted [(4-oxo-4H-1-benzopyran-7-yl)oxy]acetic acids (6c-f, h, n and x) showed potent natriuretic and uricosuric activities, whereas 4-oxo-3-phenyl-4H-furo[2,3-h][1]benzopyran-8-carboxylic acid (6dd) possessed only potent natriuretic activity. From the methanolic extract of the aerial parts of Isodon japonicus, two new ent-kaurane diterpenes, isodonterpenes I and II, were isolated together with 10 known diterpenes. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical and physicochemical evidence. The absolute configuration of isodonterpene I was elucidated by Cu-Kα X-ray crystallographic analysis. Antimutagenic activities of the major diterpenes were evaluated by the Ames test. This study represents the first evaluation of the antimutagenic activities of ent-kaurane diterpenes.  相似文献

In the replica-permutation method, an advanced version of the replica-exchange method, all combinations of replicas and parameters are considered for parameter permutation, and a list of all the combinations is prepared. Here, we report that the temperature transition probability depends on how the list is created, especially in replica permutation with solute tempering (RPST). We found that the transition probabilities decrease at large replica indices when the combinations are sequentially assigned to the state labels as in the originally proposed list. To solve this problem, we propose to modify the list by randomly assigning the combinations to the state labels. We performed molecular dynamics simulations of amyloid-β(16–22) peptides using RPST with the “randomly assigned” list (RPST-RA) and RPST with the “sequentially assigned” list (RPST-SA). The results show the decreases in the transition probabilities in RPST-SA are eliminated, and the sampling efficiency is improved in RPST-RA.  相似文献

The interaction of AlR2(BHT)(OEt2) and AlMe(BHT)2 with methylmethacrylate (MMA) leads to the formation of the Lewis acid-base complexes AlR2(BHT)(MMA) [R = Me (1), Et (2)] and AlMe-(BHT)2(MMA) (3), respectively. The molecular structure of 1 has been determined by X-ray crystallography. The decrease in the C=O and C=C stretching frequencies in the IR spectrum, and downfield shift in the 13C NMR spectrum of the - and γ-carbons of the MMA, when compared to free MMA, is presented with respect to the activator ability of sterically crowded aryloxide compounds of aluminum to aluminum-porphyrin catalyzed (Inoue) polymerization of MMA.  相似文献

Kelvin probe force microscopy (KFM) and conductive atomic force microscopy (C‐AFM) together with micro X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were performed for the stacking structure comprising of the transition metal oxide Co–O and metal electrode, which exhibits large reproducible resistance switching. The application of the external voltage by the C‐AFM cantilever decreases the resistance of Co–O, which well accords with the non‐polar forming process observed in the Pt/Co–O/Pt trilayer, known as the candidate of resistance random access memory (ReRAM). Furthermore, the KFM and micro XPS experimentally revealed that the local reductive reaction of Co–O possibly nucleates the defect related energy levels which dominates the current conduction in the low resistance state. Diffusion and solution behavior of methanol vapor in two diblock copolymers, poly(2-vinylpyridine)—block—polyisoprene [P(2VPbI)] and poly(2-vinylpyridine)—block—polystyrene [P(2VPbS)], was studied by the weighing method at 25°C. The domain structure of films of both copolymers showed an alternating lamellar arrangement. Methanol is a good solvent for P2VP, but a nonsolvent for PI and PS. Methanol dissolved exclusively in the P2VP phase of the copolymers. For both copolymer systems, absorption and desorption processes of non-Fickian type were observed as characterized by a thickness anomaly. However, the magnitude of the deviations from purely Fickian behavior was small, and the integral diffusion coefficient, D?, was obtainable with reasonable accuracy. At low and medium concentrations, D? for P(2VPbI) was greater, by about one order of magnitude, than that for P2VP, while D? for P(2VPbS) was lower than that for P2VP. A similar trend was observed in plots of the permeability coefficient against the vapor pressure of methanol. The results indicate that the rubbery PI phase may facilitate the transport of penetrant molecules in the P(2VPbI) film. On the other hand, the glassy PS phase in the P(2VPbS) film merely interferes with the transport of methanol molecules.  相似文献
