Facilitated or complexation-mediated transport of oxygen in the solid membrane containing a fixed carrier was described, by using the polymer-bound cobalt Schiff's base chelate (CoS) and cobaltporphyrin (CoP). α3 β-Substituted cobaltporphyrin derivatives were synthesized: The oxygen-binding reaction to cobalt was affected by the cavity structure on porphyrin, i.e., unbulky amido-substituted groups such as acetylamido- and acrylamido-substituents enhanced oxygen-binding and -dissociation rate constant or provided an oxygen-binding pathway. Oxygen transport through the membranes of these polymer-bound CoP derivatives was selectively augmented due to the rapid and reversible oxygen-binding. Diffusion constants via the fixed CoPs correlated to the characteristics of oxygen-binding reaction.  相似文献

The oxidative polymerization provides a new synthetic route to polyaromatics. Poly(p-phenylene sulfide) (PPS) is produced by oxidative polymerization of thiophenol with a vanadyl complex catalyst. The metal complexes act as an efficient catalyst of oxygen oxidative polymerization. Rapid large-scale magnetic-field dissipation is observed in a full kinetic simulation of cross-field current instabilities in a current sheet even when the thickness of the current sheet is at ion scale. The Kelvin-Helmholtz instability caused by the velocity shear between the current-carrying ions and the cold background ions excites the lower-hybrid drift instability at the edges of the undulated current sheet. We show that the nonlinear coupling between these two instabilities is responsible for the observed rapid dissipation. The simulation result presents a new route for magnetic-field dissipation in an ion-scale current sheet and demonstrates the general significance of nonlinear cross-scale coupling in collisionless plasmas.  相似文献

There have been reports of fake artesunate (ART), which has led to deaths from untreated malaria in South East Asia. To rapidly screen for fake and adulterated ART products in the drug market, a lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA) based on a colloidal gold–monoclonal antibody probe for detection of ART within samples was developed. With this method, the calibration curve for ART was determined by the intensity ratio of the test and control bands at various ART concentrations. The linearity range was 12.5–200 μg/ml of ART. Samples were tested by the developed LFIA and can be calculated for ART contents. The levels of ART in the samples were also confirmed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The results of the two methods were in good conformance. The proposed LFIA was demonstrated to be a simple and rapid analytical method for detecting ART in the pharmaceutical formulation.  相似文献
