The first effective method for the introduction of a versatile substituent on 3-phenyl-3-trifluoromethyldiazirine has been developed. The simple preparation of a useful aldehyde intermediate allows easy access to various elaborated photoaffinity ligands, including a l-phenylalanine analog bearing a diazirine ring (TmdPhe). The asymmetric synthesis of TmdPhe was easily accomplished in gram quantities. Site-directed incorporation of this compound into the structure of a calmodulin-binding peptide using automated peptide synthesis afforded a photoreactive peptide that was successfully used for the specific labeling of calmodulin.  相似文献

Pt(II)-catalyzed generation of unsaturated carbene complex intermediates from various propargyl ether derivatives based on electrophilic activation of alkynes was realized. These in situ generated unsaturated carbene complexes undergo [3+2] cycloaddition reaction with various vinyl ethers, leading to efficient formation of indoles, naphthols, and benzofuran fused with a five-membered ring in high yields.  相似文献

Two unique materials based on Mn4 single-molecule magnet (SMM) clusters (ST=9) and integer or non-integer average valent platinum maleonitriledithiolate (mnt2-) complexes, [{MnII2MnIII2(hmp)6(MeCN)2}{Pt(mnt)2}2][Pt(mnt)2]2.2MeCN (1) and [{MnII2MnIII2(hmp)6(MeCN)2}{Pt(mnt)2}4][Pt(mnt)2]2 (2), were synthesized by the material diffusion method and electrochemical oxidation, respectively (hmp-=2-hydroxymethylpyridinate). 1 and 2 are comprised of four and six [Pt(mnt)2]n- units, respectively, in addition to a common MnII2MnIII2 double-cuboidal unit, [MnII2MnIII2(hmp)6(MeCN)2]4+ (hereinafter [Mn4]4+). Among the [Pt(mnt)2]n- units, two units in 1 and four units in 2 are coordinated with the [Mn4]4+ unit, forming a 1D chain of {-[Mn4]-[Pt(mnt)2]2-} for 1 and a discrete subunit of {[Pt(mnt)2]2-[Mn4]-[Pt(mnt)2]2} for 2. The other two [Pt(mnt)2]n- units, occupying void space of the packing, form a stacking column with the coordinating [Pt(mnt)2]n- units, finally constructing hybrid frames of aggregates consisting of [Mn4]4+ units and [Pt(mnt)2]n- units. Electronic conductivity measurements revealed that 1 is an insulator and 2 is a semiconductor with sigma=0.22 S.cm(-1) at room temperature and an activation energy of 136 meV. Detailed magnetic measurements proved that the [Mn4]4+ units in 1 and 2 behave as SMMs with an ST=9 ground state at low temperatures. There is no significant interaction between [Mn4]4+ units and [Pt(mnt)2]n- units, but interactions between localized spins of [Pt(mnt)2]n- were detected even in 2 at low temperatures where the conductivity is electronically insulated. 2 is the first example of a hybridized material exhibiting SMM behavior and electronic conductivity.  相似文献

An efficient protocol of the Ir-catalyzed allylic substitution reaction is reported using N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)acetamide as a base in the presence of nBu4NF as a cocatalyst. The reaction completely proceeded under very mild conditions, and a branched allylated compound that is not easy to access via the Tsuji-Trost reaction can be synthesized. The reaction system is practical enough to be applicable for polymer syntheses. The Ir- and Pd-catalyzed allylation polycondensations generally show complementary regio- and stereoselectivities. The Ir-catalyzed reaction is versatile, and a mixed dual regioselectivity such as a branched-linear selectivity on each electrophile can also be achieved.  相似文献

Linear Fe(II) 1,2,4-triazole complexes with lipid counteranions are newly developed. These complexes show sharp and reversible spin conversion in toluene, with temperatures significantly higher (by 20-100 K) than the spin crossover temperatures observed in the crystalline states. This is accounted for in terms of increased metal-ligand interactions in organic media, which is caused by solvophobic compaction of charged coordination chains. In atomic force microscopy, developed nanowires are observed for low spin (LS) complexes. On the other hand, fragmented nanostructures are seen for high spin (HS) complexes, indicating that the spin conversion in solution is governed by a self-assembly process. The lipid packaging of charged coordination chains thus provides powerful means to improve and regulate their functions via solvophobic self-assembly.  相似文献

A mononuclear five-coordinate molybdenum(IV) monosulfide complex, (Et4N)2[MoS(L)2] (L = cyclohexene-1,2-dithiolate) (1), was obtained and characterized by IR, UV-vis spectroscopic methods, and X-ray crystallography. 1 was oxidized by an equivalent ferrocenium cation to give the corresponding mononuclear molybdenum(V) complex, (Et4N)[MoS(L)2] (2), which was stable for a few minutes under a lower concentration than 0.3 mM and then further dimerized to (Et4N)2[Mo(L)2]2(mu-S)2 (3).  相似文献

We have employed IR-UV double resonance spectroscopy to identify the tautomeric and isomeric structures of uric acid and its monohydrated clusters which are produced by the techniques of laser-desorption and supersonic-jet cooling. The IR spectrum obtained for bare uric acid exhibits four distinct NH stretching transitions assignable to those of the most stable triketo form. We have also observed the two most stable monohydrated clusters, each with uric acid in the triketo form and water bonded to either the N3H or N9H site. It is demonstrated that the R2PI spectra of these monohydrates can be separated by using the IR-purified spectroscopic method.  相似文献

Dual counter-current chromatography (dual CCC) has been successfully applied to rapid sample preparation for the simultaneous determination of residual carbaryl, fenobucarb and methomyl in vegetable oil and citrus fruit. The citrus fruit samples were extracted with n-hexane solution containing stable isotopically labeled internal standards (methomyl-d3, fenobucarb-d3 and carbaryl-d9), and applied to dual CCC using a two-phase solvent system of n-hexane-acetonitrile to purify the carbamate pesticides from aliphatic sample matrix. The coiled column was rotated at 420 rpm, the lower mobile phase was introduced through the head toward the tail, and the upper mobile phase in the opposite direction. Due to the high partition efficiency of dual CCC, the lower phase fraction collected from 2 to 5 min after injection could be subjected to flow-injection tandem mass spectrometry directly after concentration. Repetitive sample injection can be performed at high reproducibility without a risk of contamination from the compounds retained in the column.  相似文献
