Time-dependent conformational change of thrombin molecules induced by sulfated polysaccharides

Dextran sulfate (DS) had a greater ability to elute thrombin adsorbed on a small Sepharose 6B column than heparin did, while chondroitin sulfate A had little ability. It is probable that the strength of the interaction of thrombin depends mostly on the charge-density of strongly acidic sulfate groups in the polysaccharides. The change in intrinsic fluorescence intensity of thrombin with time was closely correlated with the rate of inactivation of the enzyme in the presence of sulfated polysaccharides. Both rates were affected by the pH of the solution in the presence of the polyanions. The rates in the presence of DS were highest at pH 6.05 among the three pHs tested, while they were enhanced only at pH 6.05 by heparin, but not by chondroitin sulfate A. Therefore, extensive charge-neutralization of thrombin by the sulfated polysaccharides is able to induce time- and temperature-dependent intramolecular conformational change (irreversible denaturation) of the enzyme molecules.     

双奇核172Re高自旋态转动带结构实验研究

利用重离子熔合蒸发反应¹⁴⁹Sm(²⁷Al,4nγ)¹⁷²Re布居了形变双奇核¹⁷²Re的高自旋态,用12套带有BGO反康普顿抑制的高纯锗探测器阵列进行了在束γ实验测量,首次建立了形变双奇核¹⁷²Re由3个转动带构成的高自旋态能级纲图.研究和讨论了3个转动带的结构特征,基于已有的高自旋态核结构知识并通过系统学比较和分析指出它们的准粒子组态分别为πh_11/2⊙νi_13/2,πh_9/2⊙νi_13/2和π1/2^－[541]⊙ν1/2^－[521].发现前两个转动带在自旋小于18.5h时其转动能级呈现反常的旋称劈裂.     

Speciation of chromium in seawater by ICP-AES with dual mini-columns containing chelating resin.

A method for the preconcentration and speciation of chromium in seawater was developed. On-line preconcentration and determination were carried out by using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) with dual mini-columns containing a chelating resin. In this system, Cr(III) was collected on the first column. The effluent containing residual chromium from the first column was collected on the second column after passing through a reduction-switching unit, in which the reducing agent was introduced, or not, for the reduction of Cr(VI) to Cr(lII). Cr(VI) was determined as the difference between the concentration of pre-reduced Cr(VI) and Cr(III) in the effluent from the first column. The detection limits for Cr(III) and Cr(VI) were 0.04 and 0.09 microg l(-1), respectively.     

Trace and ultratrace analysis of purified water samples and hydrogen peroxide solutions for phosphorus by flow-injection method.

A highly sensitive fluorescence-quenching method for the determination of phosphorus based on the formation of an ion associate between molybdophosphate and Rhodamine B (RB) was developed. A simple flow-injection system coupled with a fluorescence detector was used to measure the fluorescence intensity at 560 nm and 580 nm as an excitation and an emission wavelength, respectively. The calibration graph for phosphorus showed a good linearity in the range of (0 - 1) x 10(-7) M (1 M = 1 mol L(-1)), and a detection limit of 1 x 10(-9) M (S/N = 3). The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of ultratrace amounts of phosphorus in ultrapurified and purified water samples, and to the determination of trace amounts of phosphorus in commercially-available hydrogen peroxide solutions with satisfactory results.     

Stereoselective synthesis of vinylgermanes and their facile transformation into vinyl halides

Whereas iododegermylation of (Z)-1-triethylgermyl-1-dodecene gives (Z)-1-iodo-1-dodecene, bromodegermylation proves to give (E)-1-bromo-1-dodecene. Two general procedures for the preparation of vinylgermanes are also described.     

179Au的1/2[660](πi13/2)转动带

利用能量为164—180MeV的³⁵Cl束流,通过重离子核反应¹⁴⁹Sm(³⁵Cl,5n)研究了¹⁷⁹Au的高自旋态能级结构.实验进行了γ射线的激发函数、X-γ和γ-γ-t符合测量.基于对实验测量结果的分析,首次建立了¹⁷⁹Au的1/2[660](πi_13/2)转动带.结合已有的实验数据,着重讨论了奇AAu核中1/2[660](πi_13/2)转动带的带头激发能随中子数的变化     

Diarrhetic shellfish toxins

As the causative agents of a new type of shellfish poisoning, named diarrhetic shellfish poisoning, okadaic acid, 35(S)-methylokadaic acid, 7-O-acyl derivatives of 35(S)-methylokadaic acid, two novel polyether lactones named pectenotoxin-1 and -2 have been isolated and had their structures determined. Three pectenotoxin analogues were also present. In addition to the previously identified Dinophysis fortii, D. acuminata was newly suggested as a source of toxins.
