3,3-Dimethoxypropylsulfonyl (Dimps) chloride was prepared and used as a new versatile sulfonating agent for ammonia, primary and secondary amines to afford corresponding Dimps-amides in excellent yields. The resulting N-nonsubstituted and N-monosubstituted Dimps-amides, activated amines, were alkylated satisfactorily under new Mitsunobu conditions. The Dimps group was removed by treatment in aqueous solution under acidic followed by basic conditions. Furthermore, epilachnene, the defensive droplets from the Mexican bean beetle, Epilachna varivestis, was synthesized utilizing this Dimps methodology in short steps.  相似文献

A new type of amino amide organocatalysts was designed and synthesized from commercially available amino acids in easy steps. Their catalytic activities were examined in enantioselective crossed aldol reaction of various acyclic and cyclic ketones with aromatic aldehydes to afford the corresponding chiral anti-aldol adducts with good to excellent chemical yields, diastereoselectivities and enantioselectivities (up to 99%, up to syn:anti?=?1:99, up to 97% ee).  相似文献

Copper-mediated chemoselective trifluoromethylation at the benzylic position by the use of shelf-stable electrophilic trifluoromethylating reagents 3 in good to high yields under mild conditions is described for the first time. Michael addition reaction of α-branched aldehydes to β-nitroacrylates was successfully carried out by using a mixed catalyst consisting of a primary amino acid, L-phenylalanine, and its lithium salt to give β-formyl-β'-nitroesters having a quaternary carbon centre in good yields (up to 85%) with high enantioselectivity (up to 98% ee). By using benzyl β-nitroacrylates as Michael acceptors, the obtained β-formyl-β'-nitroesters were converted into various 4,4-disubstituted pyrrolidine-3-carboxylic acids including analogues of gabapentin (Neurotin(?)) in one step from the Michael adducts in high yields.  相似文献

Lembehsterols A (1) and B (2), two novel sulfated sterols, were isolated from the marine sponge Petrosia strongylata. Both sterols showed inhibitory activity against thymidine phosphorylase, which is an enzyme related to angiogenesis in solid tumors. Radioactivities dispersed from 0.1 N sodium hydroxide solutions of 123I, 125I, or 131I were measured, and the factors influencing dispersion of radioiodines were analyzed. The radioiodines dispersed were trapped by glass fiber filters, charcoal filters, and separable paint. The factors influencing the dispersion of radioiodines are discussed in terms of the dispersal rate, which defined as the ratio of total activity of three kinds of traps in a unit time to whole activity. In order to clarify the factors influencing the dispersal rate, we carried out the experiments; on the effect of reducing agent, that of radioactive concentration of radioiodine, that of mixing the 125I solution with 131I, and that of scavenging hydrated electrons and hydroxyl radicals. It could be concluded from experimental results that the principal factors influencing dispersion of radioiodines are the number of atoms of radioiodine per volume and the energy absorbed in solution from radioiodines. In regard to the absorbed energy, we thought that the dispersion of radioiodines is influenced mainly by hydrated electron, not markedly by hydroxyl radical.  相似文献
