We utilize the classical hypercircle method and the lowest-order Raviart–Thomas H(div)H(div) element to obtain a posteriori error estimates of the P1P1 finite element solutions for 2D Poisson's equation. A few other estimation methods are also discussed for comparison. We give some theoretical and numerical results to see the effectiveness of the methods.  相似文献

Excited-state structure and dynamics of 1,3,5-tris(phenylethynyl)benzene (TPB) have been studied in n-hexane and n-heptane solutions. Time-resolved fluorescence spectra, fluorescence anisotropy, and lifetime of TPB were recorded with femtosecond to nanosecond time resolution. Raman depolarization ratio was also measured to elucidate a nonplanar structure of the ground state. Two fluorescence components, the short-lived component with 150 fs lifetime and the long-lived component with 10 ns lifetime, were observed. The analysis of the fluorescence anisotropy values combined with the Raman depolarization data has led to a conclusion that TPB is primarily excited to a short-lived excited singlet state with a nonplanar structure, and then it relaxes to a long-lived excited singlet state with a 3-fold axis. A rapid structural change from a nonplanar to a planar structure is suggested to take place in the process of relaxation.  相似文献

The boron 1s photoelectron spectrum of (11)BF(3) has been measured at a photon energy of 400 eV and a resolution of about 55 meV. The pronounced vibrational structure seen in the spectrum has been analyzed to give the harmonic and anharmonic vibrational frequencies of the symmetric stretching mode, 128.1 and 0.15 meV, as well as the change in equilibrium BF bond length upon ionization, -5.83 pm. A similar change in bond length has been observed for PF(3) and SiF(4), but a much smaller change for CF(4). Theoretical calculations for BF(3) that include the effects of electron correlation give results that are in reasonable accord with the experimental values. The Lorentzian (lifetime) width of the boron 1s core hole in BF(3) is found to be 72 meV, comparable to the value of 77 meV that has been reported for CF(4).  相似文献

The phase behavior in the brine/sodium N-dodecanoyl sarcosinate (Sar)/isopropyl N-dodecanoyl sarcosinate (SLIP) system has been investigated by means of phase study, static light scattering, and small-angle X-ray scattering. The liquid crystal phases, hexagonal (H(1)) and discontinuous cubic (I(1)), melt upon the addition of NaCl, which shows the similar effect to the increasing of temperature. The addition of SLIP to the brine/Sar solution at high Sar concentration induces the phase transition from H(1) to I(1) via the isotropic micellar solution (W(m2)). The micellar structure in the W(m2) phase also changes from the wormlike to the globular micelle with SLIP concentration. Adding NaCl reduces the repulsive force between the Sar head groups and simultaneously the space of the solubilized SLIP in the palisade layer, leading SLIP to shift their location further into the micelle core. As a consequence, the hexagonal symmetry breaks into the micelle solution and the liquid crystal order is destabilized entropically.  相似文献

A flavanone, in which a hydroxyl group at the 5-position was protected with a methyl group, converted to the corresponding 5-methoxy-2-phenyl-4-quinolone via flavylium salt under mild conditions. Flavanone-O-rhamnoglucoside, naringin, was also converted to 5-methoxy-2-phenyl-4-quinolon-7-O-rhamnoglucoside in the same way in an overall 25% yield.  相似文献

Polymer-based protein engineering has enabled the synthesis of a variety of protein–polymer conjugates that are widely applicable in therapeutic, diagnostic and biotechnological industries. Accurate characterizations of physical–chemical properties, in particular, molar masses, sizes, composition and their dispersities are critical parameters that determine the functionality and conformation of protein–polymer conjugates and are important for creating reproducible manufacturing processes. Most of the current characterization techniques suffer from fundamental limitations and do not provide an accurate understanding of a sample''s true nature. In this paper, we demonstrate the advantage of asymmetrical flow field-flow fractionation (AF4) coupled with multiple detectors for the characterization of a library of complex, zwitterionic and neutral protein–polymer conjugates. This method allows for determination of intrinsic physical properties of protein–polymer chimeras from a single, rapid measurement.

Precise characterization of structural parameters and their polydispersities of protein–polymer conjugates is performed with rapid analysis using asymmetrical flow field-flow fractionation coupled with multiple detectors.  相似文献

在日本东京大学CRIB 次级束装置上,用长气体靶开展了22Na+ α共振散射的厚靶实验研究。针对长气体靶实验中的两体运动学重构问题,提出了一套包括构建空间复杂几何关系、计算能量损失以及反应运动学的逐事件分析方法;对22Na+α共振散射的实验数据进行了重构分析,得到了Ec.m. = 4.2 ~ 5.4 MeV 区间22Na( α,α ) 的激发函数,从实验的激发函数中观测到了复合核26Al 5 个较为明显的共振峰。鉴于26Al 共振态的衰变模式比较复杂,本工作发现的26Al新共振态的能级性质有待进一步的理论分析。The 22Na+α resonant scattering is studied via a conventional thick target inverse kinematic method with an extended gas target. A data analysis method is proposed for the two-body reaction kinematic reconstruction, in which the spatial geometry, the reaction kinematics and the energy losses are considered. The experimental data of 22Na+ αresonant scattering have been thus reconstructed, and the excitation function is obtained in the energy interval of Ec.m. =4.2~5.4 MeV. Five resonant states in 26Al are observed in the experimental excitation function. Since several decay modes coexist for the observed 26Al resonant states, multi-channel theoretical analysis is thus needed to reveal their structure and decay features.  相似文献

We consider the d+1-dimensional effective interface model of gradient type with a quadratic interaction potential and a self-potential. Without the self-potential, the model coincides with the d-dimensional massless Gaussian field. We show that for an arbitrary repulsive self-potential which can be thought as interaction of the interface with a “soft wall”, the field is pushed up at least to the same level when the original Gaussian field is conditioned to be positive everywhere, namely the “hard wall” condition is imposed.  相似文献

The second-order nonlinear electronic spectra were measured for a dye oxazine 750 (OX750) adsorbed at the air/water interface using the multiplex electronic sum frequency generation (ESFG) spectroscopy recently developed by our group. The excitation-wavelength dependence of the ESFG spectrum was investigated, and a global fitting analysis was performed to separate contributions of one- and two-photon resonances. The analysis yielded linear interface electronic spectra in the one- and two-photon resonance regions, which can be directly compared to bulk absorption spectra. A two-dimensional plot of the linear interface electronic spectra is newly proposed to graphically represent all the essential information on the electronic structure of interfacial molecules. On this new analytical basis of the ESFG spectroscopy, the spectroscopic properties of OX750 at the interface are discussed.  相似文献

The phase behavior and formation of self-assemblies in the ternary water/fluorinated surfactant (C(8)F(17)EO(10))/hydrophobic fluorinated polymer (C(3)F(6)O)(n)COOH system and the application of those assemblies in the preparation of mesostructured silica have been investigated by means of phase study, small angle X-ray scattering, and rheology. Hexagonal (H(1)), bicontinuous cubic (V(1)) with Ia3d symmetry, and polymer rich lamellar (L(alpha)(')) are observed in the ternary diagram. C(8)F(17)EO(10) molecules are dissolved in polymer rich aggregates, whereas (C(3)F(6)O)(n)COOH molecules are practically insoluble in the surfactant lamellar phase due to packing restrictions. Hence, two types of lamellar phases exist: one with surfactant rich (L(alpha)) and the other with polymer rich (L(alpha)(')) in the water/C(8)F(17)EO(10)/(C(3)F(6)O)(n)COOH system. As suggested by rheological measurements, worm-like micelles are present in C(8)F(17)EO(10) aqueous solutions but a rod-sphere transition takes place by solubilization of (C(3)F(6)O)(n)COOH. C(8)F(17)EO(10) acts as a structure directing agent for the preparation of hexagonal mesoporous silica by the precipitation method. The addition of (C(3)F(6)O)(n)COOH induces the formation of larger but disordered pores.  相似文献
