Nine new secoiridoid glucosides from Jasminum nudiflorum   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Phytochemical study of the leaves of Jasminum nudiflorum has led to the isolation of nine new secoiridoid glucosides, jasnudiflosides F-L (1-7), nudifloside D (8) and isooleoacteoside (9). Reversible formation of F+-centers was observed over platinum promoted sulfated zirconia in the presence and absence of hydrogen. The intensity of ESR signal of F+-centers was increased by treatment in He stream and it was decreased rapidly by supply of hydrogen in gas phase. α-Vinylfurans were obtained by phosphine-initiated cyclization of various enynes bearing a carbonyl group at the ene end in the presence of various aldehydes, in moderate to high yields. The reaction may consist of 1,6-addition of phosphine to the enynes, ring closure, and Wittig reaction between the ylid resulting from cyclization and an aldehyde. Thus, various aldehydes were able to be used in the reaction. The reaction was influenced greatly by the substituents at the acetylene position (R1) and the α-position of the carbonyl group (R3).  相似文献

We propose a new analysis technique for characterizing molecular interactions that combines an energy decomposition scheme, such as the Kitaura-Morokuma decomposition method, with energy density analysis, which partitions the total energy of the system into atomic contributions. The combined scheme, termed Interaction-EDA, enables us to estimate the local contribution of interaction energy components, such as electrostatic, exchange, polarization, and charge transfer. The evaluation of the local interaction energy is rather important in large systems. For a numerical assessment, the Interaction-EDA method is applied to the process of CO adsorption on Si(100) - (2 x 1) surface.  相似文献

High proton-conducting P2O5-SiO2 glass was applied to the electrolyte of the hydrogen concentration cell for hydrogen gas sensing. 5P2O5·95SiO2 glass was prepared using the sol-gel method and its electrical conductivity and electromotive force were measured at 50°C as a function of both the ambient humidity and hydrogen gas concentration. The electrical conductivities increased with increasing humidity and reached 10–2 S/cm at 90% relative humidity. The electromotive force of the hydrogen concentration cell, where the glass was used as a membrane, showed good Nernstian response to hydrogen pressure in the high relative humidity region.  相似文献

Desilicated MTW zeolite was evaluated in methylation of 2-methylnaphthalene (2-MN) in a fixed-bed flow reactor at 450 °C. Mesoporous MTW was fabricated via a microwave-assisted desilication process using a harsh alkaline solution to improve the pore volume and the surface area. H-ZSM-12 zeolite was treated with 0.3 M of NaOH solution with different treatment times. Due to the harsh alkaline treatment, micropores were blocked by the deposition of the removed atoms. Due to the importance of methylnaphthalenes intermediates, modified MTW zeolites were evaluated in methylation of 2-MN. Methanol (MeOH), 2-MN and 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene (TMB) were fed to the reactor with a molar ratio of 15:15:70. Higher selectivity to 1-methylnaphthalene (1-MN) was observed rather than dimethylnaphthalene and trimethylnaphthalene with a yield of 13.6, 8 and 2.5 mol%, respectively. Moderate conversion up to 24.1 mol% was reached for 30 min reaction.  相似文献

We propose a novel analysis method of ab initio molecular dynamics (AIMD) simulation using a continuous wavelet transform (c-WT) technique. The c-WT technique, one of the time-frequency signal analysis methods, provides a clear view of the dynamical information in time developments. Combined with the auto-correlation function of velocity by AIMD simulation, c-WT analysis enables us to well understand dynamical distribution, such as the vibrational properties following a change of electronic structure in a molecular system. As a practical application, AIMD simulation of core-excited BF(3) (B1s --> 2a(2) (')) is illustrated. AIMD simulation leads to the change of vibrational motion as well as structural deformation by core-excitation. The c-WT analysis clarifies the relationship between structural deformation and the related significant vibrational modes in core-excitation within 50 fs.  相似文献

The structure and hydrogen bonding of water in the vicinity of carboxybetaine homopolymer (poly[1-carboxy-N,N-dimethyl-N-(2'-methacryloyloxyethyl)methanaminium inner salt] (PolyCMB), and a random copolymer of CMB and n-butyl methacrylate, Poly(CMB-r-BMA), with various molecular weights were analyzed in their aqueous solutions and thin film with contours of O-H stretching of Raman and attenuated total reflection infrared (ATR-IR) spectra, respectively. The relative intensity of the collective band (C value) corresponding to a long-range coupling of O-H stretchings of the Raman spectra for aqueous solution of Poly(CMB-r-BMA) was very close to that for pure water, which is in contrast with the smaller C value in aqueous solution of ordinary polyelectrolytes. The number of hydrogen bonds collapsed by the presence of one monomer residue (N(corr) value) of PolyCMB and Poly(CMB-r-BMA) (CMB, 45 mol %) (M(w), 1.14 x 10(4) and 1.78 x 10(4), respectively) could be calculated from the C value. The N(corr) values were much smaller than those for ordinary polyelectrolytes and close to those for nonionic water-soluble polymers such as poly(ethylene glycol) and poly(N-vinylpyrrolidone). Furthermore, a water-insoluble Poly(CMB-r-BMA) with a large BMA content (M(w) = 347 kD, CMB 27 mol %) could be cast as a thin film (thickness, ca. 10 microm) on a ZnSe crystal for the ATR-IR analyses. At an early stage of sorption of water into the Poly(CMB-r-BMA) film, the O-H stretching band of IR spectra for the water incorporated in the film was similar to that for free water, which is in contrast with the drastic change in the O-H stretching band of water incorporated in polymer films such as poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) and poly(n-butyl methacrylate) (PBMA). The theoretical vibrational frequency for water molecules hydrating a betaine molecule calculated by using a density functional method supported the experimental results. The adhesion of human platelets to Poly(CMB-r-BMA) films was much less than that to PMMA and PBMA. With an increase in the content of CMB residue, the number of platelets adhered to the Poly(CMB-r-BMA) film drastically decreased and then gradually increased, probably due to the increase in the roughness of the film surface. These results suggest that the carboxybetaine monomer residues with a zwitterionic structure do not significantly disturb the hydrogen bonding between water molecules in both aqueous solution and thin film systems, resulting in the excellent blood-compatibility of the carboxybetaine polymers.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] The solid-phase Horner-Emmons reaction was successfully applied for the convenient syntheses of olefin-containing protease inhibitors. The isomerization during the solid-phase Horner-Emmons reaction can be minimized simply by the use of an appropriate amount of the base. The synthesized olefin peptides, which have an olefin gamma-amino acid at the scissile site, were found to act as effective inhibitors for the HTLV-1 protease for the first time.  相似文献

Skeletal Ni catalysts were prepared from Ni–Zr alloys, which possess different chemical composition and atomic arrangements, by a combination of thermal treatment and treatment with aqueous HF. Hydrogen generation from ammonia borane over the skeletal Ni catalysts proceeded efficiently, whereas the amorphous Ni–Zr alloy was inactive. Skeletal Ni prepared from amorphous Ni30Zr70 alloy had a higher catalytic activity than that prepared from amorphous Ni40Zr60 and Ni50Zr50 alloys. The atomic arrangement of the Ni–Zr alloy also strongly affected the surface structure and catalytic activities. Thermal treatment of the amorphous Ni–Zr alloys at a temperature slightly lower than the crystallization temperature led to an increase of the number of surface‐exposed Ni atoms and an enhancement of the catalytic activities for hydrogen generation from ammonia borane. The skeletal Ni catalysts also showed excellent durability and recyclability.  相似文献
