The solubilization of n-alkylbenzenes (benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, n-propylbenzene, n-butylbenzene, n-pentylbenzene, n-hexylbenzene) into an aqueous micellar solution of sodium cholate was carried out. Solubilizate concentrations at equilibrium were determined spectrophotometrically at 293.2, 298.2, 303.2, 308.2, and 313.2 K. The first stepwise association constants (K(1)) between solubilizate monomers and vacant micelles were evaluated from the equilibrium concentrations and found to increase with increasing hydrophobicity of the solubilizate molecules. From the Gibbs energy change for solubilization at different micelle aggregation numbers and from the molecular structure of the solubilizates, the function of sodium cholate micelles as solubilizer was discussed. Enthalpy and entropy changes of solubilization were calculated from the temperature dependence of the K(1) values, and the solubilization was found to be enthalpy-driven for the solubilizates with shorter alkyl chains. Although poly(lactic acid) is known as a biodegradable polymer, its hydrolytic degradation is extremely slow, taking years in water and in the human body. In this study the effects of blending oligomeric poly(aspartic acid-co-lactide) (PALs) on the hydrolytic degradation of poly(l-lactic acid) (PLLA) were studied in detail. It was found that the addition of PAL did not accelerate the hydrolysis of the PLLA in air (25 °C, 60% relative humidity), but significantly accelerated it in a phosphate buffer solution. The degradation rate becomes higher for the blends containing PAL with higher molar ratios of lactide to aspartic acid units, [LA]/[Asp], when PLLA/PAL blends prepared with different PALs are compared at the same PAL concentration. TEM results, in which the distribution of PALs with higher [LA]/[Asp] occurs at a smaller scale in blends, imply that higher miscibility of the PAL with PLLA results in higher contact area between the components, thereby accelerating the degradation efficiently. 相似文献

An amphoteric copolymer brush of methacrylic acid (MA) and 2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA) was prepared by reversible addition-fragmentation chain-transfer (RAFT) polymerization using both a free chain transfer agent (n-butylsulfanylthiocarbonylsulfanyl-2-methyl propionic acid) and a radical initiator (4,4'-azobis(4-cyanopentanoic acid)) covalently fixed to a glass substrate. An aqueous solution of the copolymer, Poly(MA-r-DMAEMA), which was simultaneously obtained in liquid phase, had a sufficiently small polydispersity in its molecular weight. The copolymer brush showed effective suppression of non-specific adsorption of bovine serum albumin and egg white lysozyme to the brush. In contrast, both negatively charged PolyMA and positively charged PolyDMAEMA brushes significantly adsorbed the proteins irrespective of their net charges. Upon ion beam irradiation, furthermore, a hollow space with a designed shape could be made on the glass substrate, and both HEK293 and HepG2 cells non-specifically adhered to the space, forming aggregates, while no adhesion to the non-treated area on the brush was observed. A catalytic asymmetric allylation of 3,4-dihydroisoquinoline was carried out with allyltrimethoxylsilane-Cu as the nucleophile in the presence of DTBM-SEGPHOS as the chiral ligand to afford corresponding chiral 1-allyltetrahydroisoquinoline derivatives in good yield and stereoselectivity. The allyl adduct thus obtained was applied to the synthesis of several isoquinoline alkaloids such as crispine A and homolaudanosine. We proposed a novel kinetic energy decomposition analysis based on information theory. Since the Hirshfeld partitioning for electron densities can be formulated in terms of Kullback–Leibler information deficiency in information theory, a similar partitioning for kinetic energy densities was newly proposed. The numerical assessments confirm that the current kinetic energy decomposition scheme provides reasonable chemical pictures for ionic and covalent molecules, and can also estimate atomic energies using a correction with viral ratios. 相似文献

The reaction of 1-ethoxycarbonylmethylpyridinium bromides 5a-k with nitro ketene dithioacetal, 1,1-bis-(methylthio)-2-nitroethylene ( 2 ), in the presence of triethylamine in ethanol gave the desired ethyl 2-methyl-thioindolizine-3-carboxylates 3a-k in good yields, along with ethyl 2-methylthio-1-nitroindolizine-3-carboxyl-ates 4a-d . Deesterification of 3 using sodium hydroxide in methanol followed by treatment with polyphosphoric acid gave the corresponding 2-methylthioindolizines 5a-d in good yields. The desulfurization of 5 with Raney-nickel in ethanol occurs smoothly to give the 1,2,3-unsubstituted indolizines 6a-c (a , parent indolizine; b , 8-methylindolzine; c , 6,8-dimethylindolizine). Similarly, pyrrolo[2,1-a]isoquinoline ( 19 ) was also synthesized. These indolizine and pyrrolo[1,2-a]isoquinoline derivatives were allowed to react with dimethyl acetylene to give the corresponding cycl[3.2.2]azine and benzo[g]cycl[3.2.2]azine derivatives in good results. 相似文献

We have succeeded in the first total synthesis of apigenin 7,4′-di-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (1a), a component of blue pigment, protodelphin, from naringenin (2). Glycosylation of 2 according to Koenigs-Knorr reaction provided a monoglucoside 4a in 80% yield, and this was followed by DDQ oxidation to give apigenin 7-O-glucoside (12a). Further glycosylation of 4′-OH of 12a with 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-α-d-glucopyranosyl fluoride (5a) was achieved using a Lewis acid-and-base promotion system (BF3·Et2O, 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylpyridine, and 1,1,3,3-tetramethylguanidine) in 70% yield, and subsequent deprotection produced 1a. Synthesis of three other chiral isomers of 1a, with replacement of d-glucose at 7 and/or 4′-OH by l-glucose (1b-d), and four chiral isomers of apigenin 7-O-β-glucosides (6a,b) and 4′-O-β-glucosides (7a,b) also proved possible. 相似文献

As a new concept for the design of effective photocatalysts, an ion beam technology using accelerated metal ions, a metal ion implantation and an ionized cluster beam (ICB) method, have been applied to design unique photocatalysts. The metal ion implantation of TiO2 and Ti-containing zeolites with highly accelerated metal ions (V+, Cr+, etc.) is useful in designing photocatalysts that can operate efficiently under visible light irradiation. Also, an ICB method with a low acceleration energy is useful in preparing transparent TiO2 thin films on various types of substrates for the efficient photocatalytic degradation of pollutants diluted in water and air. The combination of the ICB method and metal ion implantation can develop the TiO2 thin films that are able to operate not only under UV light but also under visible light irradiation. 相似文献

7beta-Carbamoyl-4,5alpha-epoxymorphinans 5 were stereoselectively synthesized from the 7alpha-carboxylate intermediate 3 in the presence of 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene (DBU) and amines under reflux conditions in mesitylene via a novel and reactive gamma-lactone 7. These were the first examples of the stereoselective syntheses of 7beta-substituted 4,5alpha-epoxymorphinans. The mechanism of the reaction process was elucidated as follows: 1) epimerization of 7alpha-carboxylate 3, 2) intramolecular lactonization of 7beta-carboxylate 6, and 3) aminolysis of the resultant gamma-lactone 7. The aminolysis of the isolated reactive gamma-lactone 7 with allylamine and the alcoholysis with MeOH in the presence of NaBH(4) proceeded at room temperature. The gamma-lactone 7 can be a useful intermediate for the preparation of 7beta-substituted 4,5alpha-epoxymorphinans that would be potent selective delta opioid receptor ligands. The stereoselective syntheses of the 7alpha-carbamoyl-4,5alpha-epoxymorphinans 9 from 7alpha-carboxylate 3 via 7alpha-carboxylic acid were also successful. 相似文献
