A new class of heterogeneous catalytic systems utilizing cation-guest interactions was designed based on microporous titanosilicate molecular sieves. Introducing heavier alkali metal cations on ion-exchange sites of the framework resulted in a significant enhancement of the catalytic activity for oxidation of cyclohexene and styrene, whereas such an enhancement was not observed in oxidation of cyclohexane without π systems. Distinct relationships between the catalytic activities and intermolecular interaction energies which were determined by IR spectroscopic and computational approaches clearly evidenced the predominance of the cation-π interaction in this catalytic system.  相似文献

A catalytic asymmetric allylation of 3,4-dihydroisoquinoline was carried out with allyltrimethoxylsilane-Cu as the nucleophile in the presence of DTBM-SEGPHOS as the chiral ligand to afford corresponding chiral 1-allyltetrahydroisoquinoline derivatives in good yield and stereoselectivity. The allyl adduct thus obtained was applied to the synthesis of several isoquinoline alkaloids such as crispine A and homolaudanosine. The reaction was further used for the synthesis of the isoquinoline moiety of schulzeine A.  相似文献

Amyloid nitroxyl radical (nitroxide) ligands were used to detect amyloid-β fibrils, the main constituents of senile plaques in Alzheimer's disease, using anisotropic ESR spectra, and were found to affect the aggregation process due to the radical functionality. These compounds have great potential as novel and multifunctional probes, combining spin labels, spin probes, and fluorescence probes.  相似文献

This paper describes a promising method to synthesize supported metal catalysts based on a photochromic reaction. Highly dispersed Ag nanoparticles (NPs) with a mean diameter of ca. 10 nm stabilized by 3-mercaptopropionic acid (3-MPA) were prepared as a colloidal precursor solution. The zeta electric potential was found to be negatively charged in the region of pH higher than 5 due to the presence of dissociated carboxylate ions (-COO(-)), which led to electric repulsion between Ag NPs and kept the solution in a highly dispersed colloidal state. In the presence of photochromic molecules, trans-2-hydroxychalcone, the photo-irradiation gradually decreased the electric charge on the nanoparticles owing to the formation of flavylium cations, which induced the assembly of Ag NPs. Such photo-induced assembly-dispersion control of Ag NPs enables size selective deposition on a catalyst support, which is controlled by varying the photo-irradiation time.  相似文献

The formation conditions and characteristics of a liquid/liquid optical waveguide (LLW) were studied using a two-phase sheath flow, where the inner organic phase flow acted as the core and the outer aqueous flow acted as the clad. In immiscible solvent systems, i.e., toluene/water and diethyl ether/water systems, the LLWs were formed in the range of higher than ca. 600 of the Reynolds number (Re), where the linear velocity of the organic solvent was much higher than that of the aqueous solution. On the other hand, in a miscible solvent system, i.e., a tetrahydrofuran/water system, a stable LLW was formed in the range of a much lower Re than in immiscible systems. Moreover, the molecules at the toluene/water interface of the LLW were observed with both fluorescence and absorbance measurement systems. In particular, the change in the fluorescence spectrum of 1-anilino-8-naphthalenesulfonate (ANS) at the interface within 1 ms was observed by this method, indicating the usefulness of the LLW for a fast kinetic study of a liquid/liquid interface.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] The solid-phase Horner-Emmons reaction was successfully applied for the convenient syntheses of olefin-containing protease inhibitors. The isomerization during the solid-phase Horner-Emmons reaction can be minimized simply by the use of an appropriate amount of the base. The synthesized olefin peptides, which have an olefin gamma-amino acid at the scissile site, were found to act as effective inhibitors for the HTLV-1 protease for the first time.  相似文献

Methacrylic acid (MA) and [3-(methacryloylamino)propyl]trimethylammonium chloride (MAPTAC) were polymerized to give amphoteric copolymers with various compositions. The structure and H-bonding of water in an aqueous solution of the copolymer were analyzed using the contours of the O-H stretching in the polarized Raman spectra. For comparison, the H-bonded network structure of aqueous solutions of homopolymers (polyMA and polyMAPTAC) was also examined. From the relative intensity of the collective band (C value) corresponding to a long range coupling of the O-H stretching in the aqueous polymer solutions, the number of H-bonds disrupted due to the presence of one monomer residue of the polymers (Ncorr) was determined. The Ncorr value for polyMA was largely positive, and with an increase in the content of the MAPTAC residue, the Ncorr value became smaller, and after passing a minimum (which was still slightly positive) at a roughly equivalent molar ratio, the Ncorr value increased again. This is in significant contrast with the larger positive Ncorr values for the homopolymers (both polyMA and polyMAPTAC), and other ordinary polyelectrolytes such as sodium polyethylenesulfonate, poly-L-lysine hydrobromide and sodium polyacrylate. Furthermore, the Ncorr value for the copolymer (MA ratio MAPTAC = 56:44) became much smaller by the neutralization of MA residues in the copolymer with sodium hydroxide, and comparable to those for neutral polymers such as poly(ethylene glycol) and poly(N-vinylpyrrolidone) and zwitterionic polymers such as poly(2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine) (PMPC) and poly[3-sulfo-N,N-dimethyl-N-(3'-methacryloylaminopropyl)propanaminium inner salt]. The present results clearly indicate that the amphoteric polymers with comparative contents of cationic and anionic groups do not significantly disturb the H-bonded network structure of water, probably due to the counteraction of the electrostatic hydration effect by the proximity between the anionic and cationic side groups.  相似文献

Higher plants utilize various mechanisms to maintain iron homeostasis. To acquire sparingly soluble iron from the rhizosphere, graminaceous plants synthesize natural iron (III) chelators known as mugineic acid family phytosiderophores (MAs). Recent research has uncovered various genes involved in iron uptake and translocation, as well as factors regulating the expression of these genes, especially in rice. Manipulation of these molecular components is used to produce transgenic crops with enhanced tolerance to iron deficiency, or with a high seed iron content. Since iron homeostasis is closely linked to that of other mineral elements, an understanding of this phenomenon will serve as the basis for the production of crops with low concentrations of toxic metals and transgenic plants for phytoremediation.  相似文献
