AlN layers were formed on (1 1 1)Al substrates at a temperature below the melting point of Al using preheated ammonia in vacuum. The effect of the removal of the surface oxides on the substrate in the process was investigated. It was found that treatment using a buffered HF solution and subsequent annealing in vacuum was effective for obtaining a clean Al substrate surface. The absorption and fluorescence spectra of 7-aminocoumarins and 7-aminocarbostyrils with different degrees of alkylation were studied in 2-propanol (IP), polyfluorinated alcohols and water. The spectral properties of substituted 7-aminocoumarins and 7-aminocarbostyrils in hexafluoro-2-propanol (HFP) are very different from those in 2-propanol due to the strong hydrogen-bonding (HB) interaction between the solute and the solvent (HFP). The spectral behaviour can be explained in terms of the strength of the HB interaction which depends on the degree of alkylation of the amino group and the electron affinity of the electron-accepting moiety. The absorption spectra indicate that a structural change at the amino nitrogen is induced on formation of strong hydrogen bonds. 相似文献

Curdlan beads consisting of liquid crystalline gel (LCG) and amorphous gel (AG) in alternating layers in a wide range of diameters were newly prepared by interfacial insolubilization reactions using calcium chloride as the setting reagent. The thickness of the liquid crystalline layer was proportional to the diameter of the gel bead, and the proportional constant agreed with that determined for the cylindrical gel prepared by a dialysis method. The proportional constant initially increased with increasing calcium concentration of the dispersing medium and saturated at a high concentration limit. These results suggest that the mechanisms for forming the alternating LCG/AG structures prepared with different boundary conditions are the same. Using the method of ab initio molecular dynamics, we examine the structural fluctuation and the low-frequency dynamics of beta-ribofuranose puckering in aqueous solution. Our analysis suggests that the distance between the anomeric and hydroxymethyl oxygens is a simple relevant geometrical parameter that dynamically correlates with the phase angle in the north region. The time-frequency analysis using the Hilbert-Huang transform also confirms the correlation, and most of the instantaneous frequencies for the phase angle and the above distance are found to be concentrated on the region below about 100 cm(-1). Our analysis of ab initio molecular dynamics trajectories suggests that the molecular origin of the hydration effects on the low-frequency dynamics of beta-ribofuranose puckering is closely related to this correlation and thus primarily attributed to the relatively local interactions among the anomeric and hydroxymethyl oxygens and the surrounding water molecules near them. Additionally, we discuss the difference in the low-frequency dynamics of beta-ribofuranose puckering between two hydroxymethyl rotamers. 相似文献

By coupling two equivalents of N,N-diethyldithiocarbamoylmethylbenzoic acid succinimidyl ester with cystamine dihydrochloride, a disulfide-carrying compound (Cys-BDC) was prepared and used as iniferter (a compound which pursues initiation, chain transfer, and termination) in the telomerization of N,N-dimethylacrylamide and 3-acrylamidophenylboronic acid. The telomerization was carried out in the presence of N,N,N',N'-tetraethylthiuram disulfide under photoirradiation at 365 nm. An aqueous solution of the telomer obtained showed responsiveness to both temperature and sugars as confirmed by the turbidity measurements. The telomer formed a self-assembled monolayer (SAM) on a gold surface as confirmed by both cyclic voltammetry (CV) and ellipsometry. The recognition of sugar residues by the telomer SAM constructed on the gold electrode was detected by the CV measurements. The usefulness of the iniferter to prepare various telomer-carrying SAMs with bio-related functions was strongly suggested. 相似文献

A new example of tubular materials based on sodium rare-earth tetrafluorides, NaHoF(4) and NaSmF(4), has been fabricated by a simple hydrothermal method. In addition, an unusual nanotube with a perfect couple of an outer prismatic shell with an inner concentric prismatic nanorod at the center is found. According to the architectures of various products, the general growth mechanism of these tubes is proposed. 相似文献
