Large-scale isolation of the minor nucleoside wyosine of torula yeast tRNA(Phe) was accomplished by a combination of enzymatic digestion and reversed-phase chromatography: the wyosine-containing nucleotide fraction, which was obtained by partial digestion of unfractionated tRNA (1 g) with nuclease P1, was concentrated by reversed-phase column chromatography followed by complete digestion with nuclease P1/alkaline phosphatase. The nucleoside mixture thus obtained was purified by reversed-phase HPLC, providing wyosine (70 microg). Comparison of this nucleoside with a chemically synthesized authentic sample has unambiguously established that the structure of wyosine is 4,6-dimethyl-3-beta-D-ribofuranosyl-3,4-dihydro-9H-imidazo[1,2-a]purin-9-one (2). 相似文献

Three FeCl4 salts based on non-tetrathiafulvalene (TTF) donors, 2,5-bis(1,3-dithiolan-2-ylidene)-1,3,4,6-tetrathiapentalene (BDH-TTP) and 2,5-bis(1,3-dithian-2-ylidene)-1,3,4,6-tetrathiapentalene (BDA-TTP), have been prepared and characterized as κ-(BDH-TTP)2FeCl4, β-(BDA-TTP)2FeCl4, and (BDA-TTP)3FeCl4 · PhCl. The κ-(BDH-TTP)2FeCl4 salt, with a room-temperature conductivity (σrt) of 39 S cm−1, is metallic down to 1.5 K, and its magnetic susceptibility obeys the Curie-Weiss law with a Curie constant (C) of 4.25 emu K mol−1 and a Weiss constant (θ) of 0.041 K. β-(BDA-TTP)2FeCl4 exhibits metallic behavior (σrt=9.4 S cm−1) with a sharp metal-to-insulator (MI) transition (TMI=113 K) and antiferromagnetic ordering with the Néel temperature of near 8.5 K, whereas the solvated (BDA-TTP)3FeCl4 · PhCl salt is a semiconductor with a thermal activation energy of 0.11 eV (σrt=2.0× 10−2 S cm−1) and exhibits Curie-Weiss behavior (C=4.42 emu K mol−1, θ=−0.35 K). 相似文献

Effect of sonication on the photo-catalytic mineralization of some chlorinated organic compounds 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Effects of the irradiation of ultrasound (US) on the photo-catalytic mineralization of some chlorinated organic compounds such as dichloroethane, tri- and tetrachloroethylenes, chloroacetic acids and chloromethanes were examined in oxygen saturated aqueous solutions suspended titanium dioxide (P25) particles. The yields of the sonochemical mineralization for these compounds were found to be extremely low compared to the photo-catalysis. However, the pre-sonication, US irradiation on the sample solution before the photo-irradiation, enhanced significantly the following photo-catalytic degradation to the complete oxidation. The effect was investigated in detail and it was found that the effect was mainly owing to the increase in the capability of the catalysis of which particles were sparsely dispersed by the sonication. The other contribution of the pre-sonication effect was found to be "pre-sonolysis", the initial formation of some intermediated products sonochemically, which are oxidizable more rapidly further to carbon dioxide than the original compound by the following photo-catalytic reactions. The pre-sonolysis effect was observed remarkably for trichloroacetic acid and tetrachloromethane, both of which are known to be hardly reactive to the photo-catalytic degradation. The photo-catalytic degradation with simultaneous sonication were also carried out for these compounds. The synergetic effect in the mineralization was observed both for carbontetrachloride and for trichloroacetic acid, the higher carbon dioxide yield being obtained in the simultaneous reaction than the sum of the yields in the photo-catalysis and the sonolysis each alone, while no significant synergetic effect was observed in the mineralization of other compounds. 相似文献

Heat capacity measurements have been made down to 5 mK for 3He fluid films adsorbed in one-dimensional (1D) nanometer-scale pores, 28 A in diameter, preplated with 4He of 1.47 atomic layers. At low 3He density, the heat capacity shows a density-dependent, Schottky-like peak near 150 mK asymptoting to the value corresponding to a 2D Boltzmann gas at high temperatures. The peak behavior is attributed to the crossover from a 2D gas to a 1D state at low temperatures. The degenerate state of the 1D 3He fluid is indicated by a predominantly linear temperature dependence below about 30 mK. 相似文献

The skeletal reorganization of enynes catalyzed by transition metal chlorides, such as PtCl(2), [RuCl(2)(CO)(3)](2), [RhCl(CO)(2)](2), and AuCl(3), in ionic liquids proceeds under milder conditions (at lower reaction temperatures and for shorter reaction times) than those needed for ordinary solvents. Sign-language comprehension activates the auditory cortex in deaf subjects. It is not known whether this functional plasticity in the temporal cortex is age dependent. We investigated particularly the proactive nature of the visual-motor system by steady and transient experiments of a hand-tracking task, and confirmed that the hand motion precedes on the average the target motion in steady runs within a finite frequency range of the sinusoidal target motion. The question why and how much the hand motion should precede was answered by frequency-jump experiments.
