The densities of aqueous solutions of the phosphonium halides, Bu 4-n Ph n PX(n=0–4), some of which were synthesized from the phosphines, were measured at 15, 25 and 35°C. Partial molal volumes at infinite dilution, , and B v coefficients for the apparent molal volumes were determined at each temperature. For the first four cations varies little with n. For all salts B v are negative but become less negative with increasing n. The temperature dependence of B v is positive for butyl-rich salts (n<2) but negative for phenyl-rich salts (n>1). Also it appears that is relatively large for phenyl-rich cations in comparison with that for butyl-rich cations.  相似文献

The effect of propranolol (PPL), phenoxybenzamine (PBZ) or bicuculline (BCL) on the diazepam (DZP)-induced changes of pineal melatonin synthesis in male rats was examined in vivo and in vitro. Administration of PBZ did not affect the inhibitory action of DZP on pineal melatonin synthesis in vivo. A single injection of PPL inhibited the pineal melatonin synthesis similarly to the administration of DZP alone, but the two drugs together did not exhibit additive or synergistic effects on the melatonin synthesis. Significant decreases in the N-acetyltransferase (NAT) activity and the N-acetylserotonin (NAS) and melatonin contents were observed in the BCL-injected group, being greater than those in the DZP-treated group. Unexpectedly, however, the combination treatment of DZP and BCL causes an increase in the NAT activity and melatonin content compared with the BCL-alone group. Incubation with DZP at higher concentrations resulted in an increase of pineal NAT activity in vitro, but this increase was inhibited by preincubation with PPL, PBZ or BCL. DZP treatment thus appeared to have different effects on pineal NAT activity in vivo and in vitro. These results suggest that both a GABAergic mechanism and peripheral benzodiazepine (BZP) receptors in rat pineal gland may be involved in the modulation of melatonin synthesis by DZP.  相似文献

An attempt was made to produce carrier particles for dry powder inhalation with lactose carrier particles surface-coated using a Wurster fluidized bed. The lactose carrier particles were coated with lactose aqueous solution containing hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) as a binder using a Wurster coating apparatus. Drug/carrier powder mixtures were prepared consisting of micronized salbutamol sulfate and lactose carriers under various particle surface conditions. These powder mixtures were aerosolized by a Jethaler((R)), and the in vitro deposition properties of salbutamol sulfate were evaluated by a twin impinger. The in vitro inhalation properties of the powder mixture prepared using the coated lactose carrier differed significantly compared with those of the powder mixture prepared using the uncoated lactose carrier, indicating improvements in in vitro inhalation properties of sulbutamol sulfate. In vitro inhalation properties increased with the surface coating time. This surface coating system would thus be valuable for increasing the in vitro inhalation properties of dry powder inhalation with lactose carrier particles.  相似文献

Conformational characteristics of 1-butanol incorporated not only in hexagonal and lamellar aggregates formed by a lyotropic liquid crystal composed of sodium octanoate, 1-butanol, and water but also in a thermotropic liquid crystal, 4'-methoxybenzylidene-4-n-butylaniline (MBBA), have been investigated from 2H NMR quadrupolar splittings of the perdeuterated and partially deuterated compounds. In the lyotropic phases, 1-butanol shows strong trans preferences and renders itself extended, and octanoate decreases the trans fraction toward the methyl terminal to fill the inner space of the aggregate on behalf of 1-butanol. In MBBA, 1-butanol prefers globular conformations. This tendency was also indicated from the phase behaviors of 1-butanol/MBBA and 1-decanol/MBBA systems. In the nematic field, two successive C-C bonds of 1-butanol mostly adopt g+/-g+/- conformations, which are formed in the vicinity of the headgroup of 1-decanol in the lamella of the sodium octanoate/1-decanol/water system. A large degree ofconformational freedom near the hydroxyl group of alcohols, being shown by ab initio molecular orbital calculations at the Gaussian-2 level, permits them to change conformation for each environment.  相似文献

A new infrared-spectroscopic method to characterize acid sites of zeolites using small and weakly basic molecules such as diatomic and monoatomic molecules is reviewed. It has been revealed that N2 is an effective probe molecule to characterize both Brønsted acidity and Lewis acidity of H-form zeolites. The characteristics of the N 2 probe are discussed in detail in comparison with the CO probe. O2 and rare gases have also been applied to monitor the strong acid sites in the H-form zeolites. Further, the studies of the adsorption of water on H-form zeolites are shortly reviewed: a recent IR study of the H2 18O adsorption on H-ZSM-5 has given direct experimental evidence that the main feature of the observed IR bands is due to the hydrogen-bonded adsorption of water on the Brønsted acid sites.  相似文献

The reaction of C6Cl5Ni(PPhMe2)2Cl with CHRCR′CH2MgX (X = Br or Cl) yields π-allylnickel compounds, (π-CHRCR′CH2)Ni(PPhMe2)C6Cl5 (Ia, R = R′ = H; Ib, R = H, R′ = CH3; Ic, R = CH3, R′ = H), which are stable in the solid state below ca. 150°C and are fairly stable in solution in the absence of oxygen. The π-allyl group was found by PMR spectroscopy to be rigid even in the presence of an excess of PPhMe2, P(OEt)3 or P(OMe)3.  相似文献

Novel metal-complex assemblies constructed from the flexible hinge-like ligand H(2)bhnq (H(2)bhnq=2,2'-bi(3-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone)) have been synthesized. The X-ray crystal structures of these compounds reveal that four types of architectures are accessible by variation of the metal ions. In copper(II) compounds 1-3, the chelating bhnq(2-) ions bridge copper(II) centers to form one-dimensional zigzag chains. The chains of 1-3 are arranged by hydrogen-bonding interactions and stacking interactions to produce porous structures. Cobalt(II) and zinc(II) compounds 4 and 5 form one-dimensional helical chains. In 4 and 5, the crystal packing induces spontaneous resolution of the helical chains with chiral cavities formed perpendicular to the helices. Nickel(II) compounds 6 and 7 form cyclic tetramers. The fourth architecture, a dimer (compound 8), is obtained by the reaction of zinc(II) and bhnq(2-) in MeOH. In these compounds, changes of the dihedral angles and the metal-coordination mode of the bhnq(2-) ion induce the structural versatility. The assemblies of the zigzag chains of the copper(II) compounds exhibit reversible vapochromic behavior. UV/Vis, powder X-ray diffraction, EPR, and adsorption isotherm measurements indicate that this vapochromic behavior is based on the hinge-like flexibility of the bhnq(2-) ion.  相似文献

A highly sensitive method for the quantitative determination of 2,6-dimethy-4-(3-nitrophenyl)-1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid 3-[2-(N-benzyl-N-methyl-amino)]-ethyl ester 5-methyl ester hydrochloride (YC-93) in plasma is described. After extraction, YC-93 was oxidized to pyridine analogue with nitrous acid and detected by electron capture gas chromatography. The sensitivity was 2–3 ng/ml, which is suficient to determine plasma concentrations of YC-93 after oral administration of clinical doses to humans.  相似文献
