Summary Sulphate was determined in natural water samples by flow-injection analysis using dimethylsulphonazo-III as reagent. The interference by Ca was eliminated by a cation-exchanger column inserted directly after the sample injection valve. In order to ensure high sensitivity and reproducibility it was necessary to saturate the carrier solution with barium sulphate and to fill the reaction coil with ethanol-water (11) when not in use. Standard deviations were 0.94–1.2% for 6–10mg/l sulphate. The limit of detection was about 0.2mg/l. The calibration graph was linear up to 14mg/l Mg2+, NH

Zusammenfassung Als Reagens dient Dimethylsulfonazo-III. Die Störung durch Calcium bei dieser Bestimmung wird durch eine Kationenaustauschersäule eliminiert, die direkt nach dem Probeinjektions-Ventil angeordnet ist. Zur Erhöhung der Empfindlichkeit und Reproduzierbarkeit ist es notwendig, die Trägerlösung mit Bariumsulfat zu sättigen sowie bei Nichtbenutzung des Systems den Reaktionsteil mit Ethanol-Wasser (11) zu füllen. Mit dem so modifizierten Verfahren ergaben sich Standardabweichungen von 0,94–1,2% für 6–10 mg/l Sulfat, die Nachweisgrenze liegt bei 0,2 mg/l. Die Eichkurve ist bis 14 mg/l linear. Rotationally resolved ultrahigh-resolution fluorescence excitation spectra of the S1 ← S0 transition of dibenzofuran have been observed using the technique of crossing a collimated molecular beam and the single-mode UV laser beam. 3291 rotational lines of the band and 3047 rotational lines of the band have been assigned. The band has been found to be a b-type transition, in which the transition moment is along the twofold symmetry axis of this molecule, and only the ΔKa = ± 1 transitions were observed. The excited state is identified to be the S11A1(ππ∗) state. In contrast with this, the band has been found to be an a-type transition in which the transition moment is along the long axis in plane. It indicates that the intensity of this vibronic band arises from vibronic coupling with the S21B2(ππ∗) state. We determined the accurate rotational constants and the molecule have been shown to be planar both in the ground and excited states. 相似文献

New germanosilicate glasses giving the crystallization of yttrium iron garnet Y3Fe5O12 (YIG) and Bi-doped YIG, 23Na2O-xBi2O3-(12−x)Y2O3-25Fe2O3-20SiO2-20GeO2 (mol%), are developed, and the laser-induced crystallization technique is applied to the glasses to pattern YIG and Bi-doped YIG crystals on the glass surface. It is clarified from the Mössbauer effect measurements that iron ions in the glasses are present mainly as Fe3+. It is suggested from the X-ray diffraction analyses and magnetization measurements that Si4+ ions are incorporated into YIG crystals formed in the crystallization of glasses. The irradiations (laser power: 32-60 mW and laser scanning speed: 7 μm/s) of continuous wave Yb:YVO4 fiber laser (wavelength: 1080 nm) are found to induce YIG and Bi-doped YIG crystals, indicating that Fe3+ ions in the glasses act as suitable transition metal ions for the laser-induced crystallization. It is suggested that YIG and Bi-doped YIG crystals in the laser irradiated part might orient. The present study will be a first step for the patterning of magnetic crystals containing iron ions in glasses. 相似文献

[reaction: see text] This paper describes cobalt-mediated cross-coupling reactions of alkyl halides with 1-(trimethylsilyl)ethenylmagnesium bromide and 2-(trimethylsilyl)ethynylmagnesium bromide, respectively. The cobalt system allows for employing secondary as well as primary alkyl halides as the substrates. The reactions offer facile formations of alkyl-alkenyl and alkyl-alkynyl bonds. The reaction mechanism would include single-electron transfer from a cobalt complex to alkyl halide to generate the corresponding alkyl radical. The cobalt system thus enables sequential radical cyclization/alkenylation and cyclization/alkynylation reactions of 6-halo-1-hexene derivatives. 相似文献

Abstract Energy loss spectra of 1000 keV electrons transmitted by [111]-: riented thin silicon crystals were observed by an energy analyzer attached to the HVEM. The crystals were set to the systematic 220 Bragg reflection. Measurements were made for crystal thickness ranging from 1000 to 10,000 Å, which were determined by observations of pendellösung fringes. The introduction of a five-membered ring α,α-disubstituted α-amino acid into l-Leu-based heptapeptides preferentially induced right-handed (P) helical structures. Using 5 ~ 20 mol% of a single helical foldamers-catalyst, enantioselective 1,4-addition reactions of dialkyl malonates to cycloalk-2-enones (5 ~ 7 rings) proceeded to give chiral 3-substituted cycloalkanones with 94 ~ 99% ee in moderate chemical yields, regardless of the ring size of substrates. 相似文献
