A sensitive and specific heating block method coupled with ultra-HPLC (u-HPLC) was developed for the analysis of capsaicin in Gochujang and validated by comparing with a conventional HPLC (AOAC Method 995.03). The method validation parameters yielded good results, including linearity, precision, accuracy, and recovery. The u-HPLC separation was performed on a reversed C18 column (50 x 2 mm id, particle size 2 microm), followed by fluorescence detection (excitation 280 nm, emission 325 nm). Methanol was used as the extracting solvent, and the amount of sample taken was approximately 0.2 g; the optimum amount of extraction solvent and extraction time were 15 mL and 1 h, respectively. The recovery of capsaicin in Gochujang was more than 93%, and the LOD and LOQ of the u-HPLC analysis were 0.05 and 0.16 microg/g for capsaicin and 0.05 and 0.16 microg/g for dihydrocapsaicin. The calibration graphs for capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin were linear from 0.2 to 10.0 microg/mL for u-HPLC. The interday and intraday precisions (RSD values) were < 6.27%. 相似文献

Two novel palladium(0)-catalyzed cyclizations of allenenes are described. Treatment of allenenes such as N-(1-alkyl-2,3-butadienyl)-N-allylsulfonamide with an aryl halide and K(2)CO(3) in the presence of a catalytic amount of Pd(PPh(3))(4) in dioxane affords 2,3-cis-pyrrolidines in a stereoselective manner. In sharp contrast, cyclization of the same allenenes using catalytic Pd(2)(dba)(3) x CHCl(3) in the presence of allyl methyl carbonate in CH(3)CN leads to stereoselective formation of a 3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane framework in moderate yields. 相似文献

A synthetic oxygen (O(2)) and carbon monoxide (CO) receptor (hemoCD) composed of 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-sulfonatophenyl)porphinatoiron(ii) and a per-O-methylated β-cyclodextrin dimer with a pyridine linker (Py3CD) was functionalised with poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) to elongate the circulation time of the receptor in the bloodstream. α-PEG monocarboxylic acid (HOOC(CH(2))(3)(CO)O-PEG(mw)-OCH(3); mw = 750 or 5k) or α,ω-PEG dicarboxylic acid (HOOC(CH(2))(3)(CO)O-PEG(mw)-O(CO)(CH(2))(3)COOH; mw = 10k or 20k) was reacted with the amino group of 5-(4-aminophenyl)-10,15,20-tris(4-sulfonatophenyl)porphyrin to afford a porphyrin monomer having a PEG chain or a porphyrin dimer having a PEG linker, respectively. The ferrous complexes of these PEGylated porphyrins (PEG750-, PEG5k-, PEG10k- and PEG20k-hemoCDs) bound O(2) in aqueous solution, P(1/2) values being 6.5-8.1 Torr at pH 7.0 and 25 °C. Each PEG(mw)-hemoCD was infused into the femoral vein of a Wistar male rat. After 6 h of the infusions, 67, 82, 86 and 42% of PEG750-, PEG5k-, PEG10k- and PEG20k-hemoCD were excreted in the urine. PEG750-hemoCD with a hydrodynamic diameter (D(h)) of 3.4 nm seemed to partly leak from the blood vessels (pore size: 2-6 nm) before renal filtration (pore size: 4-14 nm). PEG5k- (D(h) = 6.2 nm) and PEG10k-hemoCDs (9.0 nm) hardly passed through the blood vessels but were fully filtered by the kidney, resulting in high excretion rates. A considerable amount of PEG20k-hemoCD (D(h) = 12.0 nm) was retained in the blood even at 6 h after administration. The present study demonstrates that the behaviour of hemoCD in blood after administration can be controlled by modification of hemoCD with PEG having an appropriate molecular weight. 相似文献

A rapid column-adsorption method has been developed for concentrating traces of copper, cadmium, and lead in water prior to their determinations by graphite-furnace atomic-absorption spectrometry. The adsorbent used was prepared by loading a strongly basic anion-exchanger QAE-Sephadex A-25 (50 mg) with thiacalix[4]arenetetrasulfonate (20 mol). Two-hundredfold preconcentration of the analyte elements was achieved by passing 100 mL of sample solution (pH 8.0) through a column packed with the adsorbent (6 mm i.d.×7 mm high) at a flow rate of 10 mL min–1 and by the subsequent elution with 500 L of aqueous nitric acid solution (1 mol L–1). A laser-induced fluorescence spectrum was observed in the 500-560 nm region when a mixture of 1,4-cyclohexadiene and oxalyl chloride was photolyzed at 193 nm. The observed excitation spectrum was assigned to the A (2)A(2)<--X (2)B(1) transition of the cyclohexadienyl radical c-C6H7, produced by abstraction of a hydrogen atom from 1,4-cyclohexadiene by Cl atoms. The origin of the A<--X transition of c-C(6)H(7) was at 18 207 cm(-1). From measurements of the dispersed fluorescence spectra and ab initio calculations, the frequencies of several vibrational modes in both the ground and excited states of c-C(6)H(7) were determined: nu(5)(C-H in-plane bend)=1571, nu(8)(C-H in-plane bend)=1174, nu(10)(C-C-C in-plane bend)=981, nu(12)(C-C-C in-plane bend)=559, nu(16)(C-C-C out-of-plane bend)=375, and nu(33)(C-C-C in-plane bend)=600 cm(-1) for the ground state and nu(8)=1118, nu(10)=967, nu(12)=502, nu(16)=172, and nu(33)=536 cm(-1) for the excited states. 相似文献

We have developed an effective and practical trap-and-release method based on chemoselective ligation of carbohydrates with reactive aminooxyl groups attached to the surface of nanoparticles (referred to as glycoblotting nanoparticles). These glycoblotting nanoparticles were synthesized by UV irradiation of diacetylene-functionalized lipids that contain the aminooxyl group. The glycoblotting nanoparticles captured carbohydrates in aqueous solution under mild conditions and were collected by simple centrifugation. The trapped carbohydrates were effectively released from the nanoparticles under acidic conditions to give pure oligosaccharides. This glycoblotting process reduced the time required for the purification process of carbohydrates to less than 6 h, compared to the several days needed for conventional chromatographic techniques. The oligosaccharides (N-glycan) were released from ovalbumin (glycoprotein) by PNGase F after tryptic digestion. MALDI-TOF mass spectra before purification did not show any significant signals corresponding to N-glycans because these signals were hidden by the large signals of the abundant peptides. However, after purification with the glycoblotting nanoparticles, only signals corresponding to oligosaccharides appeared. We report the energy and power voltage-dependencies of supercapacitors using single-walled carbon nanotube electrodes. The energy density was dependent on the cell-voltage cubed (up to 4 V: E = 1.43 × V3). The cubic relationship was attributed to the linear increase of the capacitance as a function of voltage, enabled by electrochemical doping. Furthermore, while up to 3.5 V, the maximum power rating of the nanotube electrodes increased as a function of the cell-voltage squared, beyond 3.5 V, a decline in power was observed as a result of depletion of the electrolyte's ions. 相似文献
