This work investigated macrophages labeled with magnetosomes for the possible detection of inflammations by MR molecular imaging. Pure magnetosomes and macrophages containing magnetosomes were analyzed using a clinical 1.5 T MR-scanner. Relaxivities of magnetosomes and relaxation rates of cells containing magnetosomes were determined. Peritonitis was induced in two mice. T1, T2 and T2* weighted images were acquired following injection of the probes. Pure magnetosomes and labeled cells showed slight effects on T1, but strong effects on T2 and T2* images. Labeled macrophages were located with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the colon area, thus demonstrating the feasibility of the proposed approach.  相似文献

Unstable cathode-electrolyte and/or anode-electrolyte interface in polymer-based sodium-ion batteries (SIBs) will deteriorate their cycle performance. Herein, a unique solvated double-layer quasi-solid polymer electrolyte (SDL-QSPE) with high Na+ ion conductivity is designed to simultaneously improve stability on both cathode and anode sides. Different functional fillers are solvated with plasticizers to improve Na+ conductivity and thermal stability. The SDL-QSPE is laminated by cathode- and anode-facing polymer electrolyte to meet the independent interfacial requirements of the two electrodes. The interfacial evolution is elucidated by theoretical calculations and 3D X-ray microtomography analysis. The Na0.67Mn2/3Ni1/3O2|SDL-QSPE|Na batteries exhibit 80.4 mAh g−1 after 400 cycles at 1 C with the Coulombic efficiency close to 100 %, which significantly outperforms those batteries using the monolayer-structured QSPE.  相似文献

In this paper we introduce linear graininess (LG) time scales. We further study orthogonal polynomials (OPs) with the weight function supported on LG time scales and derive the raising and lowering ladder operators by using the time scales calculus. We also derive a second order dynamic equation satisfied by these polynomials. The notion of an LG time scale encompasses the cases of the reals, the h-equidistant grid, the q-grid and, more general, a mixed (q, h)-grid. This allows a unified treatment of the ladder operators theory for classical OPs on these time scales. Moreover we will explain, why exclusively LG time scales provide the right framework for general OP theory.  相似文献

While polarized neutrons have long proved to be an outstanding tool for the investigation of magnetic structures by scattering, we report on their potential for real space investigations of magnetic fields on a macroscopic scale by neutron imaging. Due to the ability of neutrons to penetrate thick layers of matter and their high sensitivity to magnetic fields owed to their magnetic moment, neutron imaging enables the investigation of magnetic fields even in bulk samples of condensed matter. We demonstrate how neutrons provide images of magnetic fields trapped in or expelled by superconductors or even reveal the path of electric currents due to the corresponding magnetic fields.  相似文献

We report how a grating interferometer yields neutron dark-field scatter images for tomographic investigations. The image contrast is based on ultrasmall-angle scattering. It provides otherwise inaccessible spatially resolved information about the distribution of micrometer and submicrometer sized structural formations. Three complementary sets of tomographic data corresponding to attenuation, differential phase, and small-angle scattering can be obtained from one measurement. The method is compatible with conventional imaging and provides significantly higher efficiency than existing techniques.  相似文献
