The hairpin probe using microwave resonance in plasma is applicable to high pressure 1.33×10 3-1.01×10 5 Pa)) as developed recently.In this work,an analytic model of the hairpin resonator probe surrounded by a thin dielectric layer and a sheath layer is proposed.The correction factor due to these surroundings is analytically found and confirmed by electromagnetic field finite difference time domain simulation,thus enabling the accurate measurement of electron density in a high-pressure non-equilibrium uniform discharge.  相似文献

We show that an isolated singularity at the origin 0 of a smooth solution (u,p) of the stationary Navier-Stokes equations is removable if the velocity u satisfies uLn or |u(x)|=o(|x|-1) as x→0. We study the structural properties of the surface roughness, the surface mound size and the interfacial structure in Ni thin films vacuum-deposited on polyethylene naphthalate (PEN) organic substrates with and without the application of magnetic field and discuss its feasibility of fabricating quantum cross (QC) devices. For Ni/PEN evaporated without the magnetic field, the surface roughness decreases from 1.3 nm to 0.69 nm and the surface mound size increases from 32 nm to 80 nm with the thickness increased to 41 nm. In contrast, for Ni/PEN evaporated in the magnetic field of 360 Oe, the surface roughness tends to slightly decrease from 1.3 nm to 1.1 nm and the surface mound size shows the almost constant value of 28-30 nm with the thickness increased to 35 nm. It can be also confirmed for each sample that there is no diffusion of Ni into the PEN layer, resulting in clear Ni/PEN interface and smooth Ni surface. Therefore, these experimental results indicate that Ni/PEN films can be expected as metal/insulator hybrid materials in QC devices, leading to novel high-density memory devices.  相似文献

A significant acceleration effect of a beta-silicon atom was observed on the electrocyclic ring-opening reaction of benzocyclobutene derivatives to form o-quinodimethanes. This acceleration effect could be attributed to an electronic sigma-donating nature of the C(alpha)-Si(beta) bond, associated with alpha-anion driven pericyclic reactions.  相似文献

Efficient monocyclic 1,2-diazepine formation via a tandem electrocyclization reaction of cyclobutenones with lithiodiazoacetate is demonstrated. The reaction proceeds through an oxy anion-accelerated 4π-ring opening of cyclobutene followed by an 8π-ring closure of the resultant oxy anion-substituted diazo-diene under mild conditions to furnish a 1,2-diazepine via formal diazomethylene insertion into the C-C bond of cyclobutenone.  相似文献

A direct benzylic oxidation of alkylarenes via C-H bond abstraction was developed using alkali metal bromides and oxidants under mild conditions. This reaction proceeded with excellent selectivity by thermal oxidation or photooxidation to provide a broad range of carbonyl compounds containing electron-deficient aryl carbonyl compounds in high yields.  相似文献

We found that La(2)Sb with a layered structure composed of alternate stacking of La square nets and LaSb layers exhibits bulk superconductivity with a critical temperature of 5.3 K. Protonation of parent azulene (1), homoazulene (8), representative isomeric benzazulenes (9, 9A, and 9B), and benzohomoazulenes (10, 10A, and 10B) as well as the mono- and diprotonation of isomeric azulenoazulenes (11-16) were studied by DFT at the B3LYP/6-31G(d) level. The most likely carbocations were identified based on relative protonation energies. For comparison, complete experimental 13C NMR data were obtained for parent azulenium ion 1H+ and guaiazulenium ion 2H+ in TFA. The oxidation dications derived from benzazulenes (9, 9A, and 9B), benzohomoazulenes (10, 10A, and 10B) and azulenoazulenes (11, 16) were also investigated. For azulenoazulene dications the singlet and triplet states are both minima, but except for 11(2+) and 13(2+), the triplet states are higher in energy. Structural/geometrical changes in the carbocations were examined. GIAO-NMR, NPA charges (and changes in charges), and NICS (and delta NICS) were employed to compute the NMR chemical shifts (delta delta 13C values) in order to derive charge delocalization maps and to gauge relative aromaticitylantiaromaticity in the energetically most favored carbocations and oxidation dications. The emerging trends are discussed and compared. Creation of tropylium or homotropylium entities in the carbocations (monoprotonated) and carbodications (diprotonated) is identified as an important driving force governing the protonation outcomes. Consideration of the AM1-derived delta delta Hf values (and the DFT-derived delta delta G values) suggests that the two-electron oxidation of azulenoazulenes should be experimentally feasible. Given their antiaromatic (paratropic) character, azulenoazulene dications represent interesting targets for NMR study. GIAO-derived charge delocalization mapping allows the most likely sites for nucleophilic attack on the dications to be identified.  相似文献

Five cytotoxic macrolides, aplyronines D–H (48), were isolated from the Japanese sea hare Aplysia kurodai. They are new congeners of the antitumor compound aplyronine A (1), which was previously isolated from the same organism. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis (NMR and MS). The cytotoxicity of these new compounds was evaluated in comparison with that of aplyronines A–C (13), suggesting the importance of the 7-O-seryl ester group for mediating the potent cytotoxicity of aplyronines.  相似文献
