Dynamic hepatobiliary image data were analyzed by the mathematical deconvolution to derive the transfer function (TF) which represents the impulse response function of the liver following direct bolus injection of a tracer into the liver. Biliary flow was evaluated by TF in patients with previous hepatobiliary surgery to detect abnormal flow causing problems such as cholangitis. Serial image data were collected for 60 min after intravenous injection of 37-75 MBq (1-2 mCi) of 99mTc-N-pyridoxyl-5-methyltryptophan (99mTc-PMT). TF was obtained by the matrix algorithm, using regional hepatogram as output and time-activity curve over the heart as input function. Minimum, mean and maximum transit time (Max. TT) were determined from TF. The functional image for each of the transit times was constructed by displaying the distribution of the values for matrix elements with a color scale. In this study, a critical Max. TT of 60 min was used to detect abnormal biliary flow. Of 30 cases, 9 positive cases were discriminated from 21 negative cases on the basis of the finding of presence or absence of areas with Max. TT of more than 60 min anywhere in the liver. Bowel activity overlapping the liver was excluded in the judgment. The validity of this method was evaluated in comparison with the clinical courses after surgery with (8 cases) or without (22 cases) problems. The results were sensitivity of 88%, specificity of 91%, accuracy of 90% and positive predictive value of 78%.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

The ultrasonic absorption spectra of aqueous solutions of polyacrylate (PA), polyphosphate (PP), and polystyrenesulfonate (PSS), neutralized by tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAOH), were measured. The effects of addition of tetramethylammonium chloride (TMACl) and sodium chloride (NaCl) to the polyelectrolyte solutions were investigated in the frequency range from 500 kHz to 100 MHz. Two ultrasonic relaxation processes due to the local segmental motions were observed. The relaxation frequency for TMAPP solution decreased as the ionic strength was increased by the addition of TMACl. For the other two polymer solutions, the ionic strength did not affect the relaxation spectra. The addition of NaCl led to an increase of the ultrasonic absorption, which was ascribed to ion binding. The ultrasonic absorption due to the ion binding was estimated by subtracting the contribution of the segmental motion from the measuring ultrasonic spectra. The volume changes accompanying the ion binding for polyacrylate and polyphosphate salts were estimated to be 5 and 8 cm3-mol?1, respectively.  相似文献

α-Fluorinated esters were effectively prepared by the Baeyer-Villiger oxidation of α-fluorinated ketones with m-chloroperbenzoic acid (m-CPBA) under mild conditions. The yield of the esters was influenced by the choice of solvent, base, and substituent on the aryl group of the ketones. 4-Methoxyphenyl substituted fluoroketones were oxidized almost quantitatively with m-CPBA within 10 min to 12 h at room temperature using 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoro-2-propanol (HFIP) as a cosolvent with CH2Cl2 (1:1, v/v) and aqueous buffer (KH2PO4-NaOH, pH 7.6) as an additive base. The oxidation reaction rates of α-fluorinated ketones were higher than those of the corresponding non-fluorinated ketones. The fluorine atom at α-position of fluoromethyl aryl ketones enhanced the reactivity in the Baeyer-Villiger oxidation.  相似文献

Enantioselective intramolecular radical cyclization of benzimidazolyl iodoalkenyl and iodoalkadienyl sulfones using chiral Lewis acids gave products with good enantioselectivity. Gas mixtures of methane and ethane form structure II clathrate hydrates despite the fact that each of pure methane and pure ethane gases forms the structure I hydrate. Optimization of the interaction potential parameters for methane and ethane is attempted so as to reproduce the dissociation pressures of each simple hydrate containing either methane or ethane alone. An account for the structural transitions between type I and type II hydrates upon changing the mole fraction of the gas mixture is given on the basis of the van der Waals and Platteeuw theory with these optimized potentials. Cage occupancies of the two kinds of hydrates are also calculated as functions of the mole fraction at the dissociation pressure and at a fixed pressure well above the dissociation pressure.  相似文献

The graft copolymerization of styrene onto preirradiated poly(isobutylene oxide) was studied. An alkyl radical, ? C(CH3)2? CH? O? , was mainly observed by the irradiation of preswelled poly(isobutylene oxide) in aerated methanol. Kinetic analysis of the graft copolymerization indicated that the preswelling influenced ktr and kt and did not influence of ∫ Ridt and kp.  相似文献

Hybrid systems consisting of the conducting layers of organic donor molecules and the magnetic layers of inorganic anions have been focused on as possible bifunctional materials, whose conducting properties can be tuned by controlling the magnetic state of the anion layers on an application of magnetic field. Here we report the magnetoresistance of the antiferromagnetic organic superconductor, kappa-(BETS)2FeBr4 [BETS = bis(ethylenedithio)tetraselenafulvalene], consisting of the two-dimensional superconducting layers of the BETS semications and the insulating layers of the FeBr4- anions. Due to the metamagnetic nature of the Fe3+ spin system, characteristic resistivity decrease was observed just below the antiferromagnetic superconductor-to-ferromagnetic metal transition at 1.6 T. Furthermore, an indication of the onsets of the magnetic-field-induced superconductivity was discovered around 12.5 T.  相似文献

New conjugated oligomers were prepared by reacting phenylacetylene under high pressure of 0.11 to 0.92 GPa at 100–200°C for 0–5 h. The number-average molecular weight M?n, the weight-average molecular weight M?w, and the oligomer yield increased with pressure, tem-perature, and time. The average molecular weight of the oligomer showed the maximum value (M?n: 830, M?w: 2400) under 0.92 GPa, the maximum pressure, where phenylacetylene was oligomerized at a constant temperature. The structure of the oligomer was investigated from ESR, infrared, UV–VIS, field desorption mass (FDMS) spectra, and 13C NMR spec-trum. Analysis of the FDMS spectrum revealed that the molecular weight of the oligomer was multiple of the monomer. 13C NMR spectrum of the oligomer showed the absence of sp-carbon (? C?). We found that the oligomer had a cyclic structure. The cyclic oligomers of pentamer or more were new compounds. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

We study a generalized aggregation process in which charged particles diffuse and coalesce randomly on a lattice. For one-dimensional and mean-field models, we show that there exists a statistically-invariant steady state when randomly charged particles are continuously injected. The steady-state charge distribution obeys a power law with the exponent depending both on the type of the injection and on the spatial dimension. The response of the system to a perturbation (i.e., relaxation) is characterized by either a power law decay (t ,1) or a compressed exponential decay [exp(–t ),>1].  相似文献

Combinations of the five polyketide synthase (PKS) genes for biosynthesis of tylosin in Streptomyces fradiae (tylG), spiramycin in Streptomyces ambofaciens (srmG), or chalcomycin in Streptomyces bikiniensis (chmG) were expressed in engineered hosts derived from a tylosin-producing strain of S. fradiae. Surprisingly efficient synthesis of compounds predicted from the expressed hybrid PKS was obtained. The post-PKS tailoring enzymes of tylosin biosynthesis acted efficiently on the hybrid intermediates with the exception of TylH-catalyzed hydroxylation of the methyl group at C14, which was efficient if C4 bore a methyl group, but inefficient if a methoxyl was present. Moreover, for some compounds, oxidation of the C6 ethyl side chain to an unprecedented carboxylic acid was observed. By also expressing chmH, a homolog of tylH from the chalcomycin gene cluster, efficient hydroxylation of the 14-methyl group was restored.  相似文献
