A flow-injection system for the determination of 3-hydroxybutyrate in serum is described. 3-Hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase is immobilized on poly(vinyl alcohol) beads and incorporated in a flow-injection system. 1-Methoxy-5-methylphenazinium methylsulphate reacts with enzymatically generated NADH to give H2O2, which is detected chemiluminometrically with the reaction of luminol and hexacynoferrate(III). Serum is diluted and filtered through an ultrafiltration membrane. The system responds linearly to injected samples (80 μl) in the concentration range 0.5–300 μM; the detection limit is 0.1 μM. The within-day relative standard deviation (n = 90) for 58 μM 3-hydroxybutyrate in serum is 0.8%. The maximum throughout is 20 samples per hour. The immobilized enzyme is stable for at least 1 month. 相似文献

Monodisperse polymelamine microcapsules were prepared by phase separation method. Control of microcapsule diameter was investigated using the uniform-sized oil-in-water emulsion droplets as the capsule core. The monodisperse emulsion droplets were prepared using the Shirasu porous glass (SPG) membrane emulsification technique. The effects of the diameter of the oil droplet and concentration of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), which is a typical emulsifier in SPG membrane emulsification, on microencapsulation were investigated. The microcapsules were aggregated when oil droplets with small size were microencapsulated at high SDS concentration. To reduce the SDS concentration, the creamed emulsion was used. The monodisperse polymelamine microcapsules were successfully prepared by using the creamed emulsion. The microcapsule diameter was almost similar to the diameter of the encapsulated oil droplet. The coefficient of variation values was about 10% for all microcapsules prepared in this study. Control of microcapsule diameter was achieved in the range of 5–60 μm. 相似文献

Coherent phase control of the photodissociation reaction of the dimethylsulfide has been achieved by means of quantum-mechanical interference between one- and three-photon transitions. Dimethylsulfide was irradiated by fundamental and frequency-tripled outputs of a visible laser (600.5-602.5 nm), simultaneously to yield CH3S+ and CH3SCH2+ fragment ions. The branching ratio of the two product channels could be modulated with variation of the phase difference between the light fields. This accounted for the difference between the molecular phases of the two product channels. The phase lag was observed to have a maximum value of 8 degrees at 601.5 nm. This is the first result of a selective bond breaking in a polyatomic molecule by the coherent phase control. 相似文献

1-Methoxy-3-trimethylsiloxy-1,3-butadiene (Danishefsky's diene) is recognized as a synthetically useful diene due to its high reactivity in the Diels-Alder reaction with electron-deficient alkenes to give oxygen-functionalyzed cyclohexenes and substituted cyclohexenones, which are important building blocks for the total synthesis of natural products. However, the development of catalytic enantioselective versions of Diels-Alder reactions using Danishefsky type dienes with electron-deficient alkenes has been difficult because of the instability of the dienes under Lewis acidic conditions. Only highly reactive CO and CN double bonds are employed in a hetero-Diels-Alder reaction which proceeds under catalysis of chiral Lewis acids. We have developed a new chiral ligand, BINAMIDE, which is easily prepared from 1,1'-binaphtyl-2,2'-diamine by acylation. The highly diastereo- and enantioselective Diels-Alder reaction of Danishefsky type dienes with electron-deficient alkenes in the presence of an Yb(III)-BINAMIDE complex has been developed. Azido-protected Fmoc-Lys-OH (Fmoc-Lys(N3)-OH) was synthesized from Fmoc-Lys-OH by the copper(II)-catalyzed diazo transfer method, and introduced to a peptide by the ordinary Fmoc-based solid-phase peptide synthesis. This azido peptide could be condensed with a peptide thioester by the Ag+-free thioester method without any significant side reactions. A redox-active ferrocene-based heteroditopic receptor bearing a boronic acid (as a catechol recognition site) and a benzo-18-crown-6-ether unit (as an ammonium ion recognition site) was synthesized. A 1:1 ditopic complex with dopamine was evidenced by mass spectrometry and NMR spectroscopy. Studies on the oblique interactions of weakly nonlinear long waves in dispersive systems are surveyed. We focus mainly our concentration on the two-dimensional interaction between solitary waves. Two-dimensional Benjamin–Ono (2DBO) equation, modified Kadomtsev–Petviashvili (MKP) equation and extended Kadomtsev–Petviashvili (EKP) equation as well as the Kadomtsev–Petviashvili (KP) equation are treated. It turns out that a large-amplitude wave can be generated due to the oblique interaction of two identical solitary waves in the 2DBO and the MKP equations as well as in the KP-II equation.
