To evaluate the system performance, several preoperational fundamental tests of single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) were carried out. Spatial resolutions (FWHM) measured with the point-spread functions of a 99mTc line source were 12.5 mm with a high resolution (HR) collimator and 17.2 mm with a high sensitivity (HS) collimator respectively. Slice thicknesses (FWHM) obtained from the profile curves of slice images were 17.5 mm (HR) and 29.0 mm (HS) at the center of rotation. System sensitivities were 5.4 kcps/slice (HR) and 27.8 kcps/slice (HS). Uniformities calculated from the SPECT images of a pool phantom were 4.7% (HR) and 2.7% (HS) at the condition of 3,000 kcounts to be acquired. SPECT images of the HEADTOME SET-031 were considered very useful to diagnose the cerebrovascular disease.  相似文献

Colloidal dispersions of noble metals in synthetic polymers are prepared by reduction with alcohol. Reflux of a solution of rhodium(III) chloride and poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) in a methanol-water mixed solvent under argon or air for 4 hr gives a homogeneous solution of colloidal dispersion of rhodium (Rh-PVA-MeOH/H2O). The particle size of metallic rhodium is distributed n a narrow range of 30-70 Å, and the average diameter is 40 A. The formation of colloidal rhodium proceeds through three steps: coordination of poly(vinyl alcohol) to rhodium(III) ion, reduction with methanol to form small particles (8 Å in diameter), and growth of the small particle to large particle (40 Å in diameter). Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and poly(methyl vinyl ether) (PMVE) can be used in place of poly(vinyl alcohol) and result in colloidal dispersions, respectively, similar to Rh-PVA-MeOH/H2O. Colloidal dispersions in nonaqueous solvent can be prepared by using ethanol instead of methanol-water (Rh-PVP-EtOH) and by using methanol instead of methanol-water, with addition of small amount of methanol solution of sodium hydroxide (Rh-PVP-MeOH/NaOH). The average diameters of rhodium particles in Rh-PVP-EtOH and Rh-PVP-MeOH/NaOH are 22 and 9 Å, respectively. The colloidal dispersions of palladium, silver, osmium, iridium, platinum, and gold in aqueous or nonaqueous solvent are prepared by using polyvinylpyrrolidone. The colloidal dispersions are very stable even under air for 20 days. Those of rhodium, palladium, and platinum are effective catalysts for hydrogenation of olefins at 30°C under an atmospheric hydrogen pressure. The colloidal dispersion of palladium catalyzes highly selective hydrogenation of diene and dienoate to monoene and monoenoate, respectively.  相似文献

The Diels-Alder reaction of 1,2-dihydropyridine derivatives (1-phenoxycarbonyl-1,2-dihydropyridine 1 or 1-methoxycarbonyl-1,2-dihydropyridine 4) with N-acryloyl (1S)-2,10-camphorsultam (1S)-2 {or N-acryloyl (1R)-2,10-camphorsultam (1R)-2} in the presence of Lewis acid, such as titanium tetrachloride, zirconium tetrachloride, and hafnium tetrachloride afforded the endo-cycloaddition product, 2-azabicyclo[2.2.2]octane derivatives in good yields with excellent diastereoselectivity. The absolute stereochemistry assignment of the endo-cycloaddition product (1S)-5a starting from N-acryloyl (1S)-2,10-camphorsultam (1S)-2 has been established to be (1S,4R,7S) and the reaction mechanism was proposed.  相似文献

The mesomorphic properties of 2-(4-alkoxybenzoyloxy)-5-alkylaminotropones and 5-alkoxy-2-(4-alkylaminobenzoyloxy)tropones are discussed on the basis of results obtained by X-ray crystallographic and X-ray diffraction studies, as well as temperature-dependent FTIR spectral measurements. The X-ray crystallographic analysis of 2-(4-dodecylaminobenzoyloxy)-5-tetradecyloxytropone (2f) indicated that it formed a head-to-tail dimer through an intermolecular hydrogen bond between the NH and the tropone carbonyl group. The X-ray diffraction study of compound 2f suggested that the molecules formed interdigitated bilayer smectic C phases with a tilt angle of as much as c. 40° to a layer plane. The corresponding benzenoids, however, were non-mesomorphic, with higher melting points than the troponoids. In the troponoids, sigmatropic migration of the benzoyl group weakened the intermolecular hydrogen bonding and assisted the occurrence of mesomorphic properties.  相似文献

Three series of mesomorphic 2-acyloxy-5-phenylazotropones with alkoxy, alkyl, and alkoxycarbonyl groups at C-4 on the phenyl ring were prepared. It was known that the corresponding 5-phenylazotropolone derivatives and their methyl ethers were not mesomorphic. 2-Acetyl-5-(4-hexyloxyphenylazo)tropone, however, shows a monotropic smectic A phase. Even an acetyl group is therefore able to induce a mesophase. The effects of terminal substitution of the tropone ring by groups such as alkoxy, alkoxycarbonyl, and alkyl on the clearing points are discussed.  相似文献

A new fluorescence decay measurement system has been developed. The system consists of a spectrograph and a new two-dimensional photon counter. The combination enables measurements to be made of the fluorescence decay as a function of time and wavelength simultaneously. The time resolution is better than 5 ps with deconvolution processing, and the wavelength resolution is approximately 0.15 nm with 1200 grooves mm−1 gratings. The dynamic range is 105. The instrument response function (IRF) of the system is nearly gaussian, and has no tail or “after pulses” which are commonly observed using a photomultiplier in a time-correlated photon counting (TCPC) system. Therefore fast fluorescence decay of several tens of picoseconds can be measured accurately. In addition, the two-dimensional single-photon counting can be performed without wavelength scanning, so that the wavelength-dependent fluorescence decay can be easily and direcly observed with a fast throughput and a high signal-to-noise ratio. The principle of two-dimensional photon counting is discussed together with characteristics including linearity and statistical behavior.  相似文献

Single-phase Y1Ba2Cu3O7-x has been synthesized by a polymer-metal chelate precursor technique. Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA)-ethylenediamine (ED) polyamide was used as chelating polymer for Y, Ba, and Cu. The titration curves of the polymer in the absence and presence of each metal ion showed the chelate formations. The polymer was dissolved in water and the metal nitrates of Y, Ba, and Cu (1:2:3 in mole ratio) were stoichiometrically added to form a homogeneous molecular complex. The clear polymermetal chealate film was obtained by removal of the solvent without phase separation. This precursor was dried, calcined, and sintered to develop the superconducting (1,2,3) phase. The 1,2,3 phase produced was found to be pure according to x-ray diffraction pattern and it possessed good superconducting properties, i.e., the onset of superconductivity was seen at 90.0 K and the resistance rapidly decreased with decreasing temperature, reaching substantially zero at 88.6 K. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and face and point analyses by electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) showed that Y, Ba, and Cu elements were uniformly dispersed at least micron order. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献
