Let p be a prime integer and let r3 be an integer so that p5r?7. We show that a closed Riemann surface S of genus g2 has at most one p-group H of conformal automorphisms so that S/H has genus zero and exactly r cone points. This, in particular, asserts that, for r=3 and p11, the minimal field of definition of S coincides with that of (S,H). Another application of this fact, for the case that S is pseudo-real, is that Aut(S)/H must be either trivial or a cyclic group and that r is necessarily even. This generalizes a result due to Bujalance–Costa for the case of pseudo-real cyclic p-gonal Riemann surfaces.  相似文献

An analytical method for the simultaneous determination of eight pharmaceutical compounds in biosolids from urban wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) was developed and validated. The compounds evaluated were non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (naproxen, diclofenac, and ibuprofen), lipid regulators (clofibric acid), and antibiotics (sulfathiazole, sulfapyridine, sulfamethazine, and sulfamethoxazole). Ultrasound assisted extraction with a water–methanol solvent mixture (1:1, v:v) was performed and the compounds were then determined by liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry. The design of the method was based on the application of the standard addition calibration methodology to reduce matrix interferences. Validation procedures were conducted with rabbit excrements as blank samples. Recoveries of the target analytes ranged from 76 to 131% in spiked samples at 50, 200 or 1000 ng g?1 dry weight (dw). The relative standard deviations were in the range of 5–15% and the method detection limits ranged from 2 to 12 ng g?1dw. The method was applied to monitor pharmaceutical concentrations in biosolids from different WWTPs over an eight-month period (May to December 2011). Diclofenac, sulfapyridine and ibuprofen were detected in most of the samples whereas sulfamethazine and ibuprofen were the pharmaceuticals found in the highest concentrations (>200 ng g?1 dw on average).  相似文献

Quinolones are degraded by light with loss of their antimicrobial activity, generating active species or radicals. Evidence exists that some fluoroquinolones (lomefloxacin, fleroxacin and enoxacin) induce damage to the cellular membrane and DNA cleavage by photosensitization. In this study, the genotoxic potential of the quinolones ofloxacin, nalidixic acid and ciprofloxacin (three antimicrobials frequently used in therapy) was evaluated upon irradiation with UV light by using the comet assay on cells of the Jurkat line. The results demonstrate that there are significant differences between the control groups (positive control with 50 microM H2O2, negative controls without drug and with and without irradiation) and the groups of irradiated quinolones (ofloxacin 2.76 x 10(-5) M, nalidixic acid 2.15 x 10(-4) M and ciprofloxacin 2.01 x 10(-5) M), indicating that, at the dose of irradiation employed (necessary to produce 50% photodegradation), the photodecomposition of the quinolones enhanced DNA damage. The unirradiated drugs also exhibited genotoxicity significantly different from that of the negative control.  相似文献

A self-consistent field optimization of the vibrational coordinates for nonlinear triatomic molecules is presented. The optimal coordinates are obtained by making a three-dimensional rotational transformation of the normal modes and determining the rotation angles as those for which the SCF energy is stationary. The utility of the optimized coordinates in full variational calculations of vibrational energies is studied for the molecules of H2O, O3, H2D+, H2T+, and D2T+. For H2O and O3, the optimization procedure leads to the local mode representation. It is shown that the use of the optimal coordinates in variational calculations allows a large reduction of the dimension of the Hamiltonian matrix to be diagonalized in order to reach convergence.  相似文献

The photohaemolytic potentials of the quinolones oxolinic acid, pipemidic acid, rosoxacin, norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin and M-193324 (synthesis intermediary) were evaluated and compared with the photohaemolysis induced by nalidixic acid. Quinolones with a piperazine group in position 7 (pipemidic acid, norfloxacin and ciprofloxacin) did not induce photohaemolysis. However, oxolinic acid, rosoxacin and M-193324 produced a concentration- and oxygen-dependent photohaemolysis. Ascorbic acid, histidine and thiourea inhibited the photohaemolysis induced by oxolinic acid, rosoxacin and M-193324, suggesting a photodynamic mechanism similar to that found with nalidixic acid. In addition, deuterium oxide increased the photohaemolysis induced by photohaemolytic quinolones, indicating that this process is mediated by singlet oxygen.  相似文献

The Fischer–Tropsch heavy fraction is a potential feedstock for transport-fuels production through co-processing with fossil fuel fraction. However, there is still the need of developing new and green catalytic materials able to process this feedstock into valuable outputs. The present work studies the co-hydrocracking of the Fisher–Tropsch heavy fraction (FT-res.) with vacuum gas oil (VGO) at different ratios (FT-res. 9:1 VGO, FT-res. 7:3 VGO, and FT-res. 5:5 VGO) using phonolite-based catalysts (5Ni10W/Ph, 5Ni10Mo/Ph, and 5Co10Mo/Ph), paying attention to the overall conversion, yield, and selectivity of the products and properties. The co-processing experiments were carried out in an autoclave reactor at 450 °C, under 50 bars for 1 and 2 h. The phonolite-based catalysts were active in the hydrocracking of FT-res.:VGO mixtures, presenting different yields to gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel fractions, depending on the time of reaction and type of catalyst. Our results enable us to define the most suitable metal transition composition for the phonolite-based support as a hydrocracking catalyst.  相似文献
