Abstract For KNb1-xTaxO3 crystals the influence of the Ta-concentration on the phase-matching properties for optical second harmonic generation (SHG) was measured. For non-critical phase matched SHG of the Nd:YAG-laser (1064nm) the coefficient d31 of the tensor of the nonlinear susceptibility was applied, while for the GaAs-laser (905 nm) the coefficient d32 was used. For both laser wavelengths the phase-matching temperature decreases with increasing Ta-concentration. Non-critical phase-matching at room temperature can be reached with the GaAs-laser for a Ta-concentration of ≈9%. The corresponding value for the Nd:YAG-laser is ≈14%. 相似文献

Among the three possible phase structures (bcc, fcc and hep) of iron rich Fe100-cMn c alloys (c Mn <40 at%), the two closed packed structures, fcc and hep, produce poor resolved and similar Mössbauer spectra. Therefore the evaluation of spectra collected on a sample (nominalc Mn =35 at%) with coexisting fcc and hep phases only was possible with the help of the Afans’ev/Tsymbal method of “Mössbauer lines sharpening” introduced recently/1,2,3/. A comparison of the hyperfine field vs. temperature with an FeNi-Invar alloy (c Ni =35 at%) shows a surprising similarity. 相似文献

The purpose of this pilot study was to establish the dependence or independence of oxalate absorption on the quantity of the test dose of sodium oxalate over a range of test doses corresponding to physiological dietary oxalate intake values. Gastrointestinal oxalate absorption was measured with the [13C2]oxalate absorption test. Six healthy volunteers were always tested under standardized dietary conditions with 63 mg dietary oxalate and 800 mg dietary calcium per day. The volunteers were tested thrice each with sodium oxalate test doses of 25, 50, 200, and 600 mg. Additionally, 1000 mg sodium oxalate was applied once to three of these volunteers. The oxalate absorption of the six volunteers tested under the standardized conditions with 50 mg sodium [13C2]oxalate was 7.2 +/- 2.62 % (mean +/- SD), similar to the 120 volunteers tested previously: 8.0 +/- 4.4 % (mean +/- SD). The tests with sodium [13C2]oxalate doses in the range 25-1000 mg revealed similar percent oxalate absorption values. In conclusion, in healthy volunteers, the amount of oxalate absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract increased proportionally with the higher test doses of oxalate. We demonstrate industrially feasible large‐area solar cells with passivated homogeneous emitter and rear achieving energy conversion efficiencies of up to 19.4% on 125 × 125 mm2 p‐type 2–3 Ω cm boron‐doped Czochralski silicon wafers. Front and rear metal contacts are fabricated by screen‐printing of silver and aluminum paste and firing in a conventional belt furnace. We implement two different dielectric rear surface passivation stacks: (i) a thermally grown silicon dioxide/silicon nitride stack and (ii) an atomic‐layer‐deposited aluminum oxide/silicon nitride stack. The dielectrics at the rear result in a decreased surface recombination velocity of Srear = 70 cm/s and 80 cm/s, and an increased internal IR reflectance of up to 91% corresponding to an improved Jsc of up to 38.9 mA/cm2 and Voc of up to 664 mV. We observe an increase in cell efficiency of 0.8% absolute for the cells compared to 18.6% efficient reference solar cells featuring a full‐area aluminum back surface field. An experiment was performed on prompt γ-ray emission in binary and α-particle accompanied spontaneous fission of 252 C f using the Darmstadt-Heidelberg 4π NaI Crystal Ball spectrometer. The enhancement in γ-ray yield, denoted as the “high-energy component”, which appears between 3.5 and 8 MeV and in the region of near-symmetric fragment mass splits, was observed to be equally pronounced in both fission modes. Analyzing the fragment mass dependence of the mean γ-ray multiplicity in both fission modes clearly identifies the disintegration of equilibrated fission fragments in a narrow mass range around the double-magic 132Sn as the source of these γ-rays. 相似文献

The synthesis of three bis[(tert‐butoxy)carbonyl]‐protected (tetramine)dichloroplatinum complexes 2a – c of formula cis‐[PtCl2(LL)] and of their cationic deprotected analogs 3a – c and their evaluation with respect to in vitro cytotoxicity, intramolecular stability, DNA binding, and cellular uptake is reported. The synthesis comprises the complexation of K2[PtCl4] with di‐N‐protected tetramines 1a – c to give 2a – c and subsequent acidolysis, yielding 3a – c . The cytotoxicity of the complexes is in direct relation to the length of the polyamine. Complexes 3a – c display a significant higher affinity for CT DNA as well as for cellular DNA in A2780 cells than cisplatin. 相似文献
