Consider a continuous local martingale X. We say that X satisfies the representation property if any martingale Y of X can be represented as stochastic ITǒ integral of X. Using the method of random time change systematically, in the present paper the representation problem for continuous local martingales is treated. We describe a class of martingales Y that can be represented as stochastic integral of X by probabilistic conditions. This leads to sufficient conditions for the representation property of X being true. Besides, an interesting characterization of continuous processes with independent increments is obtained. In part II. we proceed with general examples, applications to the n-dimensional case, and, in particular, to the n-dimensional time change of continuous local martingales with orthogonal components.  相似文献

The present study reports on experimental investigations about the phase velocity diagrams of Alfvén waves in the anisotropic solid-state plasma of bismuth. Alfvén-wave transmission at 34 GHz and 4.2 K has been observed, using an interference technique of high sensitivity. The experimental results are in good agreement with a theoretical model given by Buchsbaum, which makes only use of the anisotropic mass tensor of bismuth.  相似文献

Background  

Mechanisms that affect recovery from fetal and neonatal hypoxic-ischemic (H-I) brain injury have not been fully elucidated. The incidence of intrapartum asphyxia is approximately 2.5%, but the occurrence of adverse clinical outcome is much lower. One of the factors which may account for this relatively good outcome is the process of neurogenesis, which has been described in adult animals. We used a neonatal mouse model to assess new cells in the hippocampus after H-I injury.  相似文献

Crystal Structure of AgCu3Cu(AsO4)3 and its Structural Relations to AgCo3H2(AsO4)3 and AgZn3H2 (AsO4)3 The compound AgCu3Cu(AsO4)3 was synthesized and investigated by X-rays. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with a = 1 212.7(2), b = 1 249.0(2), c = 727.8(1) pm, β = 117.94(1)°, Z = 4. The structure is closely related to the structures of AgCo3H2(AsO4)3 and AgZn3H2(AsO4)3. Only two hydrogen atoms are replaced by an additional copper atom forming a copper coordination square instead of two hydrogen bridges. The remaining copper atoms are sixfold coordinated with the generally observed Jahn-Teller distortion. Whereas in AgCo3H2(AsO4)3 and AgZn3H2(AsO4)3 silver has a (4+4) coordination, it is in this compound distinctly eightfold coordinated.  相似文献

Hydrostatic pressure experiments on AlxGa1?xAsGaAs quantum-well heterostructure (QWH) laser diodes are described. Data are presented giving ~11.5meV/kbar for the bandgap vs. pressure coefficient at lower pressures, with a change to 8.5–9meV/kbar at higher pressures. We suggest that this behavior is caused by biaxial and shear stresses in the active region induced by doping or composition mismatch relative to the confining layers, or between the n and p confining layers themselves. A model consistent with the experimental data is presented.  相似文献

Mass spectrometric plasma analysis for biomarker discovery has become an exploratory focus in proteomic research: the challenges of analyzing plasma samples by mass spectrometry have become apparent not only since the human proteome organization (HUPO) has put much emphasis on the human plasma proteome. This work demonstrates fundamental proteomic research to reveal sensitivity and quantification capabilities of our Peptidomics technologies by detecting distinct changes in plasma peptide composition in samples after challenging healthy volunteers with orally administered glucose. Differential Peptide Display (DPD) is a technique for peptidomics studies to compare peptides from distinct biological samples. Mass spectrometry (MS) is used as a qualitative and quantitative analysis tool without previous trypsin digestion or labeling of the samples. Circulating peptides (< 15 kDa) were extracted from 1.3 mL plasma samples and the extracts separated by liquid chromatography into 96 fractions. Each fraction was subjected to MALDI MS, and mass spectra of all fractions were combined resulting in a 2D-display of > 2,000 peptides from each sample. Endogenous peptides that responded to oral glucose challenge were detected by DPD of pre-and post-challenge plasma samples from 16 healthy volunteers and subsequently identified by nESI-qTOF MS. Two of the 15 MS peaks that were significantly modulated by glucose challenge were subsequently identified as insulin and C-peptide. These results were validated by using immunoassays for insulin and C-peptide. This paper serves as a proof of principle for proteomic biomarker discovery down to the pM concentration range by using small amounts of human plasma.  相似文献

1,4‐Diazidobuta‐1,3‐dienes (Z,Z)‐ 10 , 17 , and 21 were photolyzed and thermolyzed to yield the pyridazines 13 , 20 , and 23 , respectively. To explain these aromatic final products, the generation of highly strained bi‐2H‐azirin‐2‐yls 12 , 19 , and 22 and their valence isomerization were postulated. In the case of meso‐ and rac‐ 22 , nearly quantitative formation from diazide 21 , isolation as stable solids, and complete characterization were possible. On the thermolysis of 22 , aromatization to 23 was only a side reaction, whereas equilibration of meso‐ and rac‐ 22 and fragmentation, which led to alkyne 24 and acetonitrile, dominated. Prolonged irradiation of 22 gave mainly the pyrimidine 25 . The change of the configuration at C‐2 of the 2H‐azirine unit was observed not only in the case of bi‐2H‐azirin‐2‐yls 22 but also for simple spirocyclic 2H‐azirines 29 at a relatively low temperature (75 °C). The fragmentation of rac‐ 22 to give alkyne 24 and two molecules of acetonitrile was also studied by high‐level quantum chemical calculations. For a related model system 30 (methyl instead of phenyl groups), two transition states TS‐ 30 – 31 of comparable energy with multiconfigurational electronic states could be localized on the energy hypersurface for this one‐step conversion. The symmetrical transition state complies with the definition of a coarctate mechanism.  相似文献

Combining biologic pretreatment with storage is an innovative approach for improving feedstock characteristics and cost, but the magnitude of responses of such systems to upsets is unknown. Unsterile wheat straw stems were upgraded for 12 wk with Pleurotus ostreatus at constant temperature to estimate the variation in final compositions with variations in initial moisture and inoculum. Degradation rates and conversions increased with both moisture and inoculum. A regression analysis indicated that system performance was quite stable with respect to inoculum and moisture content after 6 wk of treatment. Scale-up by 150× indicated that system stability and final straw composition are sensitive to inoculum source, history, and inoculation method. Comparative testing of straw-thermoplastic composites produced from upgraded stems is under way.  相似文献
