Electrochemical oxidation of catechol and its derivatives ( 1a–d ) has been studied in the presence of 4‐amino‐3‐thio‐1,2,4‐triazole ( 3 ) at various pHs. Some electrochemical techniques such as cyclic voltammetry using the diagnostic criteria derived by Nicholson and Shain for various electrode mechanisms and controlled‐potential coulometry were used. Results indicate the participation of catechols ( 1a–d ) with 3 in an intramolecular cyclization reaction to form the corresponding 1,2,4‐triazino[5,4‐b]‐1,3,4‐thiadiazine derivatives. In various scan rates, based on an electron transfer–chemical reaction–electron transfer–chemical reaction mechanism, the observed homogeneous rate constants (kobs) for Michael addition reaction were estimated by comparing the experimental cyclic voltammetric responses with the digital simulated results. The oxidation reaction mechanism of catechols ( 1a–d ) in the presence of 4‐amino‐3‐thio‐1,2,4‐triazole ( 3 ) was also studied. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Asymmetric hetero‐Diels‐Alder (AHDA) reactions provide a multitude of opportunities for the highly efficient, regio‐ and stereoselective construction of various heterocycles in enantiomerically pure form. The asymmetric aza‐Diels‐Alder (A‐aza‐DA) reaction using diversely hetero‐dienophiles and hetero‐dienes have been increasingly developed as a valuable method for the synthesis of functionalized nitrogen ring systems. The purpose of this review is to give a detailed discussion of the A‐aza‐DA reaction particularly, the stereoselective reactions of imines as dienophiles with Dainshefsky dienes to obtain optically pure aza‐Diels‐Alder products. The development of stereoselective variants of the reaction make use of imines as the dienophile and Dainshefsky dienes is at the forefront of these studies. A novel polymer supported [poly (styrene-co-maleic imide) (SMI)]Cu(I) nano-particles was prepared via in situ reaction of 4-amino-5-methyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione with [poly (styrene-co-maleic anhydride)] (SMA) along with immobilization of CuI. These nano-particles were fully characterized by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy analysis, Xray (EDAX), inductively coupled plasma (ICP) analysis, 1H NMR and FT-IR techniques. Moreover, the structural and electronic features of metal–ligand interactions in the complex model of polymer-supported copper nanocatalyst were assessed using density functional theory calculations. The catalytic activity of these supported Cu(I) nonoparticles was examined in one of the classiest name reaction so–called “click reaction” which is coined K. B Sharpless for the regioselective synthesis of 1,2,3-triazole derivatives using a multicomponent reaction (MCR) involving benzyl halides, sodium azide and terminal alkynes in water as a green solvent. This heterogeneous catalyst showed excellent catalytic activity and was separated by simple filtration and was used at least in five consecutive runs without a significant decrease in its activity.  相似文献

The simple and facile strategy for the synthesis of 2,3-disubstituted-chromeno[4,3-b]pyrrole-4(1H)-ones has been established. This method describes the Kornblum oxidation reaction of acetophenones, followed by the Knoevenagle treatment of the resulted (het)arylglyoxals with active methylene compounds and consequently iodine-activated Michael type reaction with 4-amino coumarin in a one-pot manner to afford disubstituted chromeno[4,3-b]pyrrole-4(1H)-one derivatives.  相似文献

An efficient and direct procedure has been developed for the preparation of amidoalkyl naphthols by a one-pot condensation of aryl aldehydes, 2-naphthol and urea or amides, in the presence of HClO4-SiO2 as a heterogeneous catalyst. The reactions were carried out under reflux and solvent-free conditions. The present methodology offers several advantages such as excellent yields, simple procedure, easy work-up and ecofriendly reaction condition. The catalyst is easily prepared, stable, reusable and efficient under the reaction conditions.  相似文献
