The synthesis, IR, 1H NMR and UV spectra of optically active square pyramidal cyclopentadienyldicarbonyl-molybdenum and -tungsten complexes with Schiff bases, derived from methyl-substituted pyridine carbaldehyde(2) and S-(—)-α-methylbenzylamine, are described. The epimerisation of these complexes, measured polarimetrically at 75–97°C in DMF, follows a 1st order rate law and represents a regular pentatopal skeletal rearrangement. The inductive effect of a methyl group in the para position of a pyridine ring leads to a retardation of the epimerisation compared to unsubstituted complexes. The rate constants decrease even more if an ortho methyl group is introduced into the pyridine system, since additional steric effects are introduced. If the metal complex contains a 4,6-dimethyl-substituted Schiff base as a chelating ligand, the contributions of a 4- and a 6-methyl group are additive. A benzene ring fused to the 5,6-positions of the pyridine system also leads to stabilisation of the configuration.  相似文献

A surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) study of imidazolium ionic liquid stabilized gold(0) nanoparticles (GNPs) furnished previously unknown knowledge about the coordination and stabilization mode of the imidazolium cation. GNPs were prepared by hydrazine reduction of a chloroauric acid solution in 1-triethylene glycol monomethyl ether-3-methylimidazolium methanesulfonate 2 as ether-functionalized room-temperature ionic liquid (RTIL). UV-vis spectroscopy showed the presence of GNP aggregates as absorptions extended to the NIR region. A parallel coordination mode for the imidazolium cation of RTIL 2 on the GNP surface was observed by SERS, which occurred without the simultaneous coordination of the 1-triethylene glycol monomethyl ether-functionality. Instead of this, the ether-functionality was directed away from the GNP surface and acted as steric barrier between the GNPs/GNP aggregates, thus preventing further aggregation. These new insights suggest that the imidazolium cation is responsible for electrosteric stabilization.  相似文献

The reaction of [Cp2MoH2] and AgBF4 with the dithio ligands Na(S2CPh) and K(S2COiPr) afforded the complexes [(Cp2MoH2AgS2CPh)2] (1) and [(Cp2MoH2AgS2COiPr)2] (2). Using the monothio ligands Na(SC(O)Ph), K(SC(O)CH3) and Na(S(NHPh)C=C(CN)2) the complexes [(Cp2MoH2AgSC(O)Ph)2] (3), [((Cp2MoH2)2(AgSC(O)CH3)3)n] (4) and [(Cp2MoH2)2AgS(NHPh)C=C(CN)2] (6) were formed. The reaction of thiobenzamide and [(Cp2MoH2)2AgCl] gave the complex [(Cp2MoH2Ag(Cl)S(NH2)CPh)2] (5). Complexes 1 and 2 have a dimeric structure with the two dithio ligands bridging the two silver atoms. Complex 3 is also a dimer, however, the monothio ligands are coordinated with their single sulphur atoms to the silver atoms. In the polymer 4 the thioacetate ligand has the same bonding mode as in 3. The three-dimensional structure of 4 is built-up of parallel strings. In the dimer 5 the thiobenzamide ligands bind with the sulphur atom to a silver atom each. Complex 6 has a monomeric structure in which the silver atom is coordinated to two [Cp2MoH2] ligands and to the sulphur atom of the S(NHPh)C=C(CN)2 ligand. Compounds 1–6 were characterised analytically and spectroscopically and the structures were determined by single crystal X-ray analyses.  相似文献

Azulene, acenaphthylene and fulvene derivatives exhibit important physical properties useful in materials chemistry as well as valuable biological properties. Since about two decades ago, the metal‐catalyzed functionalization of such compounds, via C?H bond activation of their 5‐membered carbocyclic ring, proved to be a very convenient method for the synthesis of a wide variety of azulene, acenaphthylene and fulvene derivatives. For such reactions, there is no need to prefunctionalize the 5‐membered carbocyclic rings. In this review, the progress in the synthesis of azulene, acenaphthylene and fulvene derivatives via metal‐catalyzed C?H bond activation of their 5‐membered carbocyclic ring are summarized.  相似文献

The effects of gymnochrome A were tested on the electrical activity of the frog atrial heart muscle. Gymnochrome A (1-5 microM) did not alter the resting potential. Gymnochrome A (5 microM) slowed the initial depolarizing phase of the spontaneously beating action potential. Under voltage-clamp conditions gymnochrome A (5 microM) did not affect the electrical constant of the membrane and the kinetic parameters of the peak Na+ current (INa) recorded in the Ringer solution containing tetraethylammonium (2 mM) and Cd2+ (1 mM) but shifted the membrane potential at which the current both activated and reached its maximal value toward more negative membrane potentials. It did not alter the reversal potential for INa, indicating that the selectivity of the Na+ channels had not changed. These observations suggest that gymnochrome A binds to the membrane and shifts the activation of INa on the voltage axis by modifying the free negative fixed charges present at the membrane surface rather than by occupying a specific site on the Na+ channel. Photoexcited gymnochrome A transiently triggered an early outward current which lengthened the time-to-peak of INa and decreased its amplitude. In addition, photoexcited gymnochrome A blocked the background K+ current. This is, to our knowledge, the first time that such effects are reported on the cardiac muscle. These observations suggest that the photoexcitation of gymnochrome produces physico-chemical effects which lead to intracellular changes. Further experiments are required to determine their nature.  相似文献

Aza-crown ethers 2 and 3 with anthracene-containing pendant arms have been synthesised and characterised. Both compounds bind Group 1 metal cations in solution, forming complexes of 1:1 stoichiometry. The properties of compound 2 and its complexes have been studied by a range of techniques, including NMR, UV and fluorescence spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography. The pendant arms can adopt either a cis or a trans geometry, the cis geometry favoured with larger cations. The geometry of the complex affects the fluorescence properties of the system, with larger cations giving higher excimer/monomer ratios. Upon irradiation at lambda>300 nm, coronand 2 forms the cryptand 5 through a reversible intramolecular [4pi+4pi] cycloaddition reaction. The rates of the forward and reverse reactions of this photochromic process are cation dependent; in particular the rate of the thermal reverse reaction is decreased by smaller cations and increased by larger cations, especially Rb(+). The metal binding constants in methanol for 2 and 5 have been determined, revealing that the cryptand 5 binds Na(+) and Rb(+) more weakly than crown ether 2 by over two orders of magnitude.  相似文献

In Hiyama-Nozaki reactions of allylchromium with aldehydes the expected products are homoallylalcohols. However, oxidation products derived from these, predominantly allyl ketones, can be common side products. This can be explained by an Oppenauer-(Meerwein-Ponndorf-Verley)-type mechanism (OMPV-reaction). The amount of oxidation is strongly dependent on the substitution pattern of the reaction partners and the reaction conditions. An appropriate choice of these can lead to preferential formation of ketones instead of the alcohols. In addition to its synthetic usefulness, the oxidation-reduction equilibrium is of the utmost importance for the design of enantioselective Hiyama-Nozaki reactions because it is also a potential racemization pathway.  相似文献
