The title compound, 4‐amino‐1‐(2‐deoxy‐β‐d ‐erythropentofuranosyl)‐5‐(prop‐1‐ynyl)pyrimidin‐2(1H)‐one, C12H15N3O4, shows two conformations in the crystalline state which differ mainly in the glycosylic bond torsion angle and the sugar pucker. Both mol­ecules exhibit an anti glycosylic bond conformation, with torsion angles χ = −135.0 (2) and −156.4 (2)° for mol­ecules 1 and 2, respectively. The sugar moieties show a twisted C2′‐endo sugar pucker (S‐type), with P = 173.3 and 192.5° for mol­ecules 1 and 2, respectively. The crystal structure is characterized by a three‐dimensional network that is stabilized by several inter­molecular hydrogen bonds between the two conformers.  相似文献

It is shown that transient magnetic fields in Gd-host for20Ne ions at a mean velocity of 12.5v0(v0=c/137), considerably beyond the Bohr velocity of 1s electrons of Ne ions (v1s=10v0), are dominated by the Fermi contact field of these electrons. The first excited 2+-state of2Ne was used as probe. The derived value for the mean degree of polarization p1s=0.32(13), is surprisingly large, though still consistent with values obtained at lower velocities. Present calculations of spin exchange cross sections severely underestimate the observed polarization at this high velocity.The authors are grateful to the operating staff of the UNILAC for providing excellent beam conditions. In order to study rheological properties of gelling systems in dilute solution, we investigate the viscosity and the normal stresses in the Zimm model [B. H. Zimm, J. Chem. Phys. 24, 269 (1956)]. for randomly cross-linked monomers. The distribution of cluster topologies and sizes is assumed to be given either by Erdos-Renyi random graphs or three-dimensional bond percolation. Within this model the critical behavior of the viscosity and of the first normal stress coefficient is determined by the power-law scaling of their averages over clusters of a given size n with n. We investigate these scaling relations numerically and conclude that the scaling exponents are independent of the hydrodynamic interaction strength. The numerically determined exponents agree well with experimental data for branched polymers. However, we show that this traditional model of polymer physics is not able to yield a critical divergence at the gel point of the viscosity for a polydisperse dilute solution of gelation clusters. A generally accepted scaling relation for the Zimm exponent of the viscosity is thereby disproved.  相似文献

Identification of an electron poor trifluoroacetophenone allows the formation of uniquely stable hemiketals from prochiral oxetanols. When exposed to a cobalt(ii) catalyst, efficient ring-opening to densely functionalized dioxolanes is observed. Mechanistic studies suggest an unprecedented redox process between the cobalt(ii) catalyst and the hemiketal that initiates the oxetane-opening. Based on this observation, a dynamic kinetic resolution of the transient hemiketals is explored that uses a Katsuki-type ligand for stereoinduction (up to 99 : 1 dr and 96 : 4 er) and allows a variety of 1,3-dioxolanes to be accessed (20 examples up to 98% yield).

Desymmetrization of prochiral oxetanols via an electron-deficient hemiketal intermediate is achieved. Key to this process is the catalyst''s chiral recognition of one of the two hemiketal enantiomers enabling an efficient dynamic kinetic resolution.  相似文献

Well‐defined pH‐responsive glycopolypeptides were prepared by polymer‐analogous aqueous amide coupling of d ‐glucosamine to poly(α,l ‐glutamic acid) (PGA) using the coupling agent 4‐(4,6‐dimethoxy‐1,3,5‐triazin‐2‐yl)‐4‐methylmorpholinium chloride (DMT‐MM) without any organic solvents, additives, or buffers. Degrees of substitution (DS) up to 80% can be achieved, and the DS is adjustable by the molar ratio of DMT‐MM to PGA repeating units. Successful glycosylation of both low MW and high MW PGA was confirmed by 1H NMR and FTIR spectroscopy as well as by an enhanced solubility at low pH. CD spectroscopy revealed that glycosylated PGAs with a DS up to 0.63 are able to undergo a pH‐responsive and reversible helix‐coil transition. However, for polymers with higher DS no transition occurs. A comparison with PGAs functionalized with monoethanolamine showed that the low helicity at high DS is not a steric effect due to the bulky sugar moieties, but a solvation effect.
